Alyssa was our wonderful server. The food was delicious with large portions. Fast and friendly place. My first time visit. Great job.

The restaurant is right next to A1A and has a view of the ocean. The servers were efficient and nice the food came out quickly. I got the french toast made with there Steve's famous bread 4 thick slices. My Dad got the chicken parm a very healthy serving size. The food wasn't anything exciting but it was good and filling.

A classic for locals. Steve's is a great place for an affordable meal, classic American diner food, large portions, and good service. No kids menu for breakfast, but I ordered Steve's Deluxe Breakfast, and added chocolate chips to the pancakes for my son. I still had plenty of food to eat. I also tried the pistachio muffins. SO good.

Yankee Pot Roast Dinner $12.99, excellent!

Man-o-man this is my kind of diner! It has a great hometown feel, you get a lot for your money, the staff are attentive and friendly, and most if not all the food is made right here in the restaurant; excellent! The food overload begins the moment you walk in the door. Staff just finished baking a slew of scones, muffins, and cookies that filled the dining room air with a delicious, freshly baked, sweet aroma. Upon entering you will find a display case with a variety of delicious cakes and pies to close out your meal or to take-home for later. We were promptly seated by server Donna L.; she was awesome and took great care of us. We explained to her this was our first time here and she took the time to go over several of the menu items for us. We decided on two dinner specials which comes with a choice of soup and homemade bread. Donna delivered our soup and bread a few minutes after placing our order. There are two soup options available so we picked one of each, the Beef Barley and Creamy Lemon Chicken. Both were excellent, yet we both agreed the Creamy Lemon Chicken was our favorite. The Bread is on another level and is amazing! It's a freshly made and warmed white bread but the slices are huge and thick, biggest I have ever been served. I slathered warmed butter all over mine and seasoned it with salt and pepper before dunking it in the soup. It was a major win coming here just for this bread and soup, I might just have this as my meal next time, damn!! When our meals arrived, I knew that there was no way I was going to finish it in one sitting. Could I have done it? Yes, but I wouldn't have made it to the Bandshell to see the American Stones without my insulin overload putting me down for the count first. Nancy chose the Roasted Turkey and Dressing ($15), which is basically like Thanksgiving dinner. I chose the Yankee Pot Roast ($14). Both options came with mashed potatoes and green beans. The food was delicious, hot, and exactly what a homestyle diner meal should be. Lots of mashed potatoes, green beans, meat, and gravy, no skimping here. We saved room for dessert, went with Donna's recommendation and chose the Chocolate Cream Pie ($7) to share. It was a large slice, very chocolaty, creamy, and delicious. I would definitely order this next go-around. The two meals and a slice of pie came to a total of $40.96 minus tip, which isn't bad for all the food we received. Yes, we might be able to get more at a buffet, but it won't be from scratch like it is here. The only thing that's probably 100% from scratch is the mashed potatoes and gravies. I could be wrong but I swear I could taste potato peal instant potato mix in with the mashed potatoes. I seen skins, so I know some of it was real, but I have seen where restaurants use a mix of the two to make them creamier. I was forced to used them many moons ago at Howard Johnsons, and they just have an unforgettable taste/texture to them. Also, a dark gravy like the one used on the pot roast usually comes from a premix since it can take hours or days to prepare a dark brown gravy or demi-glace. Not trying to beat them up but just something I noticed. All-in-all, Steve's is a great diner. I have been riding by this place for years and am now kicking myself for not stopping in sooner. If you are in the area and have a hankering for some delicious diner food. I highly recommend you check them out.

The Restaurant and me!

OMG this\n Is a family owned business? It is beautiful. The Sun came out and greeted me. The food is fantastic. It's homemade. Oh, my God, my mouth is watering just talking about it if you come to Daytona, please let this be one of your places to stop and get a good home cooked meal at a very reasonable rate. You will not be sorry. I promise you, the food is great, the service is great. The obviousness is great. I mean, it's more than I could ask for II left with a smile on my face. Good home cooked wholesome food at a reasonable price can't beat it! I went today for breakfast, and I will be frequent in this place a lot while II am here, the corned beef hash was homemade, I've never tasted corned, beef has that good before. Oh, my God, you haven't had corned beef hash until you taste this rest around corned, beef. Haash and the pancakes get out, they're the best. Homemade pancakes, fluffy, nice and good.It is comfort food, certainly and all the staff was very pleasant.Very good place to eat

Wow. We came here on a Saturday around 5 pm. The place was not packed and we got a nice table. Our server Donna was super nice. We told her this was our first time. I got the turkey dinner with dressing and mashed potatoes green beans and cranberry sauce. Oh do good. My husband got the pot roast. Each dinner comes with a soup. We got the beef and barley and the creamy lemon chicken rice soup that was delicious. The meal also comes with homemade white bread cut thick with butter. I also tried their coffee it was pretty good I drank three cups. We finished the meal off with a slice of chocolate cream pie that was scrumptious, lots of chocolate flavor in the cream fluffy part was so good. They also have all kinds of baked goods. Plenty of parking. Restaurant is right near the beach. We will come again!

Lived here for 3 years and today was the first time I tried Steve's famous Diner‼ Our wonderful waiter was named Steve as well. We had a hard time deciding on what to order, everything, not to mention the huge list of desserts, sounded FAB. We decided to split the pot roast dinner and we tried both soups split pea and chicken orzo ! Then got an orange dream sickle slice of cake for later ! The fresh baked bread OH MAN D'Lish ‼

Fried Shrimp Platter

Very nice experience. I always enjoy Steve's on the beach when visiting the area. Very friendly casual diner like food. I ordered the fried shrimp and fries which were great. The shrimp were large and tasty. I miss the broiled shrimp they used to have on the menu as I would have much preferred that to fried. Our server was professional and dinner was well paced. The bread is always something to rave about here. And save room for dessert too!

Great food, breakfast, lunch,dinner

Lots of ....Great food and the service is perfect! #Food #Service..thank you Steve's diner

When you enter, you pay the day pass of $25 which allows you to play mini golf, as well ping pong, corn-hole and foosball table. We were lucky enough to walk in when it wasn't crowded! For food, we ordered the nachos, wings and mozzarella sticks. Drank around the course with a couple of beers and cocktails. The crowd was very respectful when playing mini golf and we didn't feel rushed. Everyone was having a good time! I recommend downloading the Popstroke app prior to your visit. No reservations required but I highly recommend getting your money's worth and get there early. The gift card does not work when paying through the mobile app.

Let me start with... the band Turnstile, they get me going. Their album 'Never Enough' from last…read moreyear pumps me up like no other. That's the best comparison I can make for Popstroke... this could quite possibly be the best 20 dollars I've ever spent. I'm excited to visit again when one is near(closest to Louisville is Nashville). I'm not a huge golf fan but I'll play putt putt any day of the week. Most putt putt places like this are just that. Golf. Popstroke reinvented the wheel on this. A hangout with golf, GREAT food, foosball, bar Jenga, ping pong, tvs for sports watching, and plenty of space! Where do I start with this place? You walk in, pay your 20 bucks, they give you balls(the clubs are hanging elsewhere). And you're there. They have two 18 hole courses. You can keep score via provided pen and paper or you can download their app(makes it SO MUCH EASIER). The kicker... YOU CAN STAY AND PLAY ALL DAY! So if you have anything to do on the day you visit, just go ahead and cancel it. As we were leaving, the lady told us to keep our balls and we could come back! If golf isn't enough, you can relax anywhere on the property really, chairs, couches, tables, and bar areas. To top it off, the foosball, ping pong and other games... I just can't believe how much fun this place is! I think we arrived around 11:30 AM and stayed until almost 6. We had planned to come back because the place stays open until midnight but got sidetracked after we left. And then there's the food! It borders on bar food but it's a step above bar food. We got hungry, ordered and ended up playing bar Jenga while we ate. Many places try to do the order at your table via a QR code. Businesses... take some pointers from Popstroke because they've nailed that part of the experience too. You scan the QR code(let's them know where you're sitting/hanging), order, it gets added to your tab. If you decide to move to a table or other area, scan the QR code for that designated area(again... so they know where you're sitting/hanging). It gets added to your tab... you close out your tab from your phone when you're finished for the day and you're on your way. Like the Turnstile album, Popstroke gets me going even thinking about the place. I can't wait to go again! When you come out of Popstroke, you won't be singing "I'm going dull". Do yourself a favor and go have some fun!

The food was excellent--well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Service was organized and efficient, and everything flowed smoothly throughout the evening. Our guests consistently commented on how much they enjoyed the meal. What stood out early on was the tasting experience. It was not simply a presentation of menu items; it was a true collaboration. The team took time to discuss our vision for the event, the audience we were expecting, and what would best fit a corporate milestone celebration. They offered thoughtful ideas and guidance while remaining open to our input. The process felt like a partnership built on trust in their expertise and experience. One of the most impressive aspects was how they executed the décor around the catering displays. We shared general concepts tied to our industry and company identity, but we did not provide rigid instructions. Honeysuckle took that direction and elevated it beyond expectations. The incorporation of industrial elements--bolts, metal plate accents, and tools reflective of our fabrication and welding background--was creative, tasteful, and perfectly aligned with Dutchy Enterprises' brand. It was a complete and welcome surprise to see our company identity brought to life so thoughtfully in the food presentation itself. We are very grateful for the care, competence, and initiative Honeysuckle Catering brought to our event. They delivered not only exceptional food, but a cohesive and memorable experience that reflected who we are as a company.
