First time eating here, the food was good & the prices are more than fair. Clean & friendly service. Located in a small strip mall next to a Thrift store. We had breakfast however they also serve lunch. This is not a fancy place but if you love the Buffalo Bills you will enjoy the decor. The one thing that bothered me was that the server took our check with payment and never returned with the change! I've never had a serve assume the change was her tip. Hadn't been here in a long while and popped in for Saturday brunch. This place is an old roadside diner cafe that's been around a few generations. If you can get past the tired decor and PAY ATTENTION to what's coming out of the kitchen (hence my 5 stars), you'll understand why SO many people keep coming here for decent, simple fare. (Especially when you get the tab!) Ordered the Farmer's Omelette and I must say it was surprisingly VERY TASTY! Like I mean WOW good Kapow! And it was also a decent size portion of food. Most breakfast, lunch and dinner plates are an affordable $10 these days, but remember they're CASH ONLY and close most days by 2pm. Service can be a bit pokey, but it's a great place to take your friends out to catch up over a decent meal of comfort foods or start of the day. There's also plenty of nearby parks you can order a takeout for outdoor dining. Going back to try the GIGANTIC onion rings with either a grilled chili dog or fish sandwich! We come here for specifically one sandwich, although everything else on the menu is a hit. I am a Buffalo native and know what a great Beef on Weck sandwich should really taste and look like. This is as close to perfect as you could ask for here in Florida! I would make 2 very small adjustments to this wonderful beef filled sandwich. Perhaps cook the beef to a nice medium-rare, or rare and add some zip to the horsey sauce (for those of us that can't quite take the full on prepared horseradish)! That being said I have to give Tim's a 4.80 rating. We go frequently and thoroughly enjoy everything we have ever ordered. This is definitely our "go to" place for a filling warm sandwich. Ok, this is a place well worth visiting. It's not fancy at all but the food is 5 start. The blueberry pancakes are incredible! Truly the best we've ever had. We also tried a breakfast sandwich with sausage, cheese and scrambled eggs on French Toast. It's different in a good way. This was our first time of many more to come! read more

Today is the Tim's let me down. Today , we arrived before 2pm. I get eggs that are cooked twice and I'm also serve the same cold toast and potatoes. Not a very good experience. I just had to stop here after passing by numerous times and finding the parking lot full, I even attempted to eat here once before but after walking in I found the place completely full with customers with a few waiting outside and a few just standing in the limited space inside waiting for a table to free up. On this particular morning. I found a seat at the counter, after rubbing elbows with the guy who squeezed in next to me I found the counter can get rather crowded and isn't the best option, my first impression of the restaurant is it seemed a little dis-shuffled and not as cleaned as I had hoped. The staff was very friendly but a little loud, maybe this was due to the fact that I had a front row seat, a little closer to the action than I would of liked to have been (if you have the choice pick a booth against the wall). The restaurant's theme is football related highlighting the "Buffalo Bills" and it appears the collection on display is more about quantity rather than quality (nothing amazing or in the least bit interesting, but I'm not a Buffalo Bill's fan so please ignore that comment if it offends you). I ordered a ham, bacon, sausage and cheese omelette, I wish I had skipped the process cheese, there was way too much of it. The meats were just okay and the omelettes are made on a flat top so it was paper thin and lacked any flavor. The coffee was as good as the prices here which is actually very good, probably one of the main reason for the crowds. Nothing really bad here so I give it three star for just being okay. read more

Husband ordered a burger that was supposed to have onion rings but they were out of them. Tables were too close together and uncomfortable. My wife and I had Breakfast at Tim's Corner on A1A in Port Orange. It's a no - frills breakfast /lunch place that seems to be a huge fan of the Buffalo Bills The breakfast was really good and really inexpensive. MY wife had the breakfast special - 1/2 biscuit and gravy, eggs and sausage links for 5.25, while i husband had a western omelette with hash browns and toast for 5.25. I coffee (1.95) with my meal, Wife just had water. The waitress was very friendly and attentive and made sure I had lots of fresh coffee and my wife's water glass was full. She even offered coffee and water to go.... The biscuit was a whole biscuit (so 1/2 means 1/2 of a normal serving of 2 biscuits) with sausage gravy. It was a huge portion and My wife left 1/2 of it because it was so filling. It was really fresh and they cooked out the raw flour taste before making the gravy. She really dosmt like sausage gravy that tastes like raw flour - nor does she like brown sausage gravy that looks like it's been sitting around for too long! It could have had a bit more sausage - but that's just her personal preference. She had their sausage links and they were large and really delicious. The over easy eggs were done perfectly. I loved his omelette. It was pretty large and stuffed well with all good things that go in a western omelette. The hash browns were crispy on the outside and the toast was buttered (for some reason i like when they pre-butter) So a great meal for about $15 including tip... When you are up in the Port Orange area, I recommend a visit. read more

Ate again there today 7/21/17, Loved the chicken n biscuits mmmm comfort food plus an "all the way" omlelet. We love the prices ! It was busy busy today around 11a. Last year (2016) we ate breakfast around 11:30a for $5 bucks a piece! Busy but no wait. We Sat ourselves and within minutes was greeted by two waitresses who set our table, gave us menus and took our orders. Food came out fast and farmers omelet was good. Ham and sausage on other plates good not too salty. Jalapeño cheesy grits were yummy. Had to take most greenies out but was still very yum. Don't pass by this Old style florida highway us1 dive-diner-style restaurant as we usually have great food for a fair price.
