Some of the sauce. The garlic cilantro sauce was the bomb.
Nancy C.

We were on vacation in the area. I found this place by accident. We decided to give it a try. We were so pleased that we did. We liked it so much we went twice! We will be back on our next trip. The place was vibrant and very clean. The first time we went the young lady that helped wasn't very knowledgeable about the menu. She was nice. But since we had never eaten Venezuelan food I wish she could have been more helpful. Now the second time we went, the young lady who took our order was very knowledgeable and super excited to hear that we were repeat customers from out of town. Now to the food, we loved it. The first time we went, we kept it simple. We ordered 3 different items, an empanada, a chicken lunch special and a chicken el patacon. The empanada was huge and delicious. The lunch special was very yummy. But the star of the meal was El Patacon. We liked it so much that on our next visit we both ordered one. We will definitely be back. We can't wait to try more items from the menu.

Patacon Verde. Savory not sweet. Another plantain on the bottom too

Tried a sachipapa and it was great. Came back a week later and tried a Patacon Verde- also great. Never tried either of these dishes before but this place knows how to cook. I was nervous about portion sizes but portions are big! They both filled me up and I'm a big eater. Going to try something new next time. Keep it up guys

The food was so yummy! They had a sauce bar which allowed us to try a big array of sauces.

Cachapa de Queso , Patacon Maduro Carne Asado, Tequenos Queso y Guayaba

This is the closest i was able to find to some good Venezuelan food besides going to Orlando. I love the tequeños. I'm a huge fan of cachapas but these are passable . Not a huge fan of them but it's the closest to good in the area .

The food was amazing. The place was a little small but it was clean. I wish there was a little better description of each dish on the menu.

I can honestly say I've had really bad luck in this place. Not only does the service take forever,…read morebut also it is just crappy food. I just think they don't try hard enough, the people working there perhaps are not properly trained, paid or it just comes all the way from the top. I went there to give them a second chance since I had previously tried them about a year ago and I thought the food was not good back then, but maybe since they have been open long enough, maybe it was that one thing I had. Well I was wrong, I ordered just some appetizers, not even a full meal or anything and they took almost an hour to bring it out!! I didn't want to complaint so I just took my food to go and left, but when I got home the mandocas I ordered were terrible, tasted like they just reheated them and didn't even have cheese or nata which is what they should come with, or how they are served in any Venezuelan place you go to. On top of that, I had asked for cilantro sauce for the tequeños, they said it was in the bag, and when I got home they just put garlic sauce in there!! I didn't even eat, what a waste of money and energy to go there. Terrible experience, I don't recommend the headache to anyone, it's just not worthy. Unfortunately.

Staff was great and friendly, we came early on a Saturday morning. The shredded beef arepa was…read moredelicious it had ham, cheese, cabbage, mayo and ketchup but bit pricey for $15 for only one. I wish they had a kids menu or more sides like French fries. They do also have an ice cream business so its pretty nice if you want to eat an arepa and then stay for dessert.

This place opened up in my local mall relatively recently. It advertises itself to be Latin food,…read moreto appeal to the masses, but upon closer inspection, it has a focus on Venezuelan cuisine, which is super fun. I saw it one day, I was oooh, and I dove into the menu. I ordered three things and split them. Tequenos (Venezuelan cheese sticks). These look like little pastry dough mummies wrapped around a cheesestick, and they are flavorful and lovely. Very crispy and flakey on the outside. Ooey gooey, warm cheese on the inside. If you come, you Have to get these. Tata's Tostones with shredded chicken (3 Tostones with shredded chicken, queso de mano, pico de gallo + green sauce). These were fun, like tostadas, but with a tostone base. A very crispy, strong base, that held up well against all the toppings. The chicken was very well seasoned, and there was a lot of it. The pico was everywhere, and was very welcome, adding some pico to every single bite. And the queso was a slab of cheese that added a cheesy chewiness to each bite. Just lovely. I also got something that I can't place exactly on the online menus. But it was a steak stuffed arepa sandwich with some pico, some shredded cheese, and some crema. It was very good. The arepa shell was a little dry, but when pico and crema are everywhere, it doesn't matter. It all came together in a deliciousness. And the steak, even though it was cut up really small, it wasn't overcooked. It was good. Get this. Just get everything.

Loved the food! I went to visit my daughter at UCF and it was not far from there. The service was…read moreamazing!
