Been there twice. Took forever to get service even though there wasn't many people. Breakfast was ok.

The staff here is fantastic, very welcoming and accommodating - we got here and the place was in the middle of a fundraiser volleyball tournament so the crowd was mostly locals and although we were able to grab a high-top without a wait this place was hopping and the staff here was up for it and never missed a step while providing outstanding service. This bar which I thought after all these years of driving by it was a dive bar, well nothing could be further from the truth, it's well lit and very clean and most of all family friendly. This is definitely where the locals hangout which is great and there's no doubt they come for the food, the drinks, the prices and the exceptional staff. We spent a few hours here enjoying great conversation and responsibly having a few drinks and tasting a few of what the kitchen was dishing out - the gator and pretzel bites were delicious and the sauces served on the side were outstanding. We tried the cheese burgers, chili cheese dogs and Philly steak sandwich everything was delivered hot and there was nothing left on the plates and definitely no leftovers This is definitely a hidden gem and one that I plan to return to in the future. If you're looking for a great bar a little off the beaten path that's not touristy or pretentious you gotta give them a try...

Thomas was an incredible waiter as always. The Three Cheese Asiago Bread is a more recent change to an older version. It comes with a loaf of Asiago Bread, and four different dipping options, those being an olive oil with a balsamic s, one whipped butter with basil, one infused with garlic, and one infused with blue cheese. All of our meals were amazing. I got the Santa Rosa, which wasn't my favorite, but the people I went with all loved theirs.

For the mains, the tender steak paired beautifully with cheese crumbles, while the fresh fish over creamy polenta and charred asparagus was rich and decadent. We topped it all off with a flawless crème brûlée featuring a perfectly shattered sugar crust. While the kitchen team is firing on all cylinders, your seating choice will entirely dictate your experience. The outside seating is lovely, relaxing, and wonderfully quiet--perfect for a peaceful dinner. However, the inside seating gets incredibly noisy and loud, making it difficult to hold a conversation. We highly recommend requesting a table on the patio to enjoy this phenomenal meal in the fresh air.

And they are good but they are the most popular and fill up fast so the wait the tends to be un-reasonable and borderline on bearable. Dinner is not meant to be eaten that early just to avoid the crowds. At RT you CAN get a reservation and the staff is friendly, kind & attentive. I am the type to never order anything on the "Chef's special menu" but the ambience was so warm and inviting, I lost my head a little-bit. I'm glad we did we order the Crustini and it was next level. I thought I was eating on south beach for a moment. Flavors were intense, but not overpowering & it all complemented one another. If you are there make sure you try this appetizer. The bread for the Crustini was fresh not overly hard or stale. The main course I had was perfect. I had the steak au poivre. The sear on the meat was spot on and the sauce was not overly peppery. It let the steak do its job with the seared crust. Chefs veggies were good and the red bliss mash was velvet, smooth. The cocktails here also are amazing! I'm not just saying that my wife order something called the beatnik. You can taste the fresh beet juice. You can tell there was somebody back there pressing them freash. You know how beets usually stains your teeth? This did not! Overall fabulous experience. We even took our kids here and they had excellent choices for kids menu. Very happy over all. We did not try dessert. However we notice on the menu they support local dessert shops in the area with their offerings. Next time we go back we will definitely try them. I hope you found this helpful buen provecho everyone

They have indoor and outdoor seating, we made our reservations for indoor, so happy we did it was pouring so we really didn't get the opportunity to checkout the outdoors but it looked so inviting and romantic as well. The design is incredible, they did an outstanding job of using the natural beauty of this Grand Tree and mixing it with a classy/beachy vibe. We sat at the bar on the second floor of the Treehouse that provided a relaxing environment and very welcoming Staff. While interacting with most of the Staff we primarily talked with Alexis, she made you feel like a regular whether you were or not. Alexis was phenomenal, very knowledgeable with their wine and drink menu allowing her to provide great options depending on things you like. We also had great experiences with Sidney, Jackson, and Bri, all assisted in making our visit enjoyable. We planned on drinks, maybe an appetizer, but decided to give dinner a go. As expected, Alexis' knowledge of the food menu was outstanding as she provided great recommendations for dinner. We started with the in house made Zucchini Bread appetizer, simply delicious. For our main courses we had the Prime Sirloin Steak Special, Grilled Shrimp, Sea Scallops, and 4 oz Filet. Everything was perfectly prepared and seasoned, too include the sides, absolutely delightful. Overall, I wish Norwood's was closer to home (Huntsville, AL) because it would be on our frequent flyer list of GoTo restaurants, whether for drinks and appetizers or dinner. If in the area definitely don't miss out of this Gem

That said, the food matches up with outstanding food experience in taste, presentation and overall culinary offerings!! I missed photos of our starters; Soup of the Day - Crab and Corn Chowder and Potato Latke. The chowder had great flavor and plenty of vegetables and crab with each bite. The base was thinner than a traditional chowder but still very delicious. Latkes were good but I saw the foie gras go to another table and wish we had tried that instead. All of the entrees were delicious. Filet was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The Tile fish was beautifully prepared. Very light and flavorful with the fennel salad and bean cassoulet. The winner was the House-made gnocchi. Deep in flavors and the gnocchi melted in your mouth. Because they were made with flour (vs potato), they were like pillows of goodness on a plate.
