I cannot believe the sheer audacity and incompetence of Stereo Pros in Corona. This so-called establishment, located at 1441 W 6th St Ste 103, Corona, CA 92882, has managed to set new lows for customer service, professionalism, and basic integrity. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Let's break down the litany of failures that Stereo Pros has managed to rack up: Inept Installations: I contracted Stereo Pros to install running boards, a front grill, and front parking sensors on my vehicle. Right from the start, it was a disaster. Omar, their so-called representative, not only failed to properly install the equipment but also attempted to gaslight me into believing that their shoddy work was somehow acceptable. The running boards might have been installed eventually, but not without a series of adjustments that Omar insisted were "intentional." Front Parking Sensor Nightmare: The installation of the front parking sensors reached new levels of unprofessionalism. Despite Omar's promise to remove the front bumper assembly to ensure a proper installation, his installer proceeded to drill holes into the bumper with no measurements, no alignment, and no care whatsoever. When I caught them in the act, Omar tried to continue his gaslighting spree by claiming the installation was within "manufacturer guidelines," a claim that was easily debunked. The sensors malfunctioned, and Omar's solution? A convenient "off" switch to silence the malfunctioning alarm. Truly remarkable. Blatant Lies and Denial: The web of lies woven by Omar and Stereo Pros continued to unravel. Omar assured me that the sensor console would be hidden under the dashboard, only for their installer to blatantly place it on top of the dashboard. When confronted, Omar attempted to backtrack and insisted that we had agreed to such a placement. Talk about insulting the intelligence of a paying customer. Damaged Wiring and Broken Promises: After insisting on the removal of the faulty sensors and demanding a refund, the damage caused by Stereo Pros' incompetence became evident. The connecting wires were frayed and damaged, likely due to their initial installation mishap. Omar promised to get his uncle's body shop involved to repair the damage and properly install the grill and sensors. Surprise, surprise, the body shop declared the damage irreparable and the bumper assembly needed replacement. No Follow-Through: Enter Damien, the replacement for Omar. And what a replacement he was! All he could do was relay messages to the elusive owner, Junior, who seemed to be practicing his disappearing act. Weeks turned into months as I followed up repeatedly, explaining the entire debacle multiple times to both Omar and Damien. Junior's appearance was as elusive as Bigfoot. Lack of Integrity: Junior finally deigned to grace me with his presence through a phone call, only to promise investigations that never materialized. Weeks turned into months again, and my hopes for a resolution dwindled into nothingness. Junior's lack of integrity mirrored that of Omar's, leaving me to wonder if this was a trait passed down from mentor to protégé. Failure to Deliver: In the end, Stereo Pros charged me a staggering $440 for a job they essentially didn't complete. They agreed to install the running boards, front parking sensors, and front grill--all of which I provided--and yet they only managed to install the running boards. My 2022 Kia Telluride now sports a damaged front bumper assembly, thanks to their negligence. In a span of months, Stereo Pros managed to achieve what most businesses strive to avoid: utter customer dissatisfaction, shoddy workmanship, blatant lies, and an absolute disregard for accountability. They've proven themselves to be nothing more than a group of charlatans, promising expertise they clearly lack and exhibiting a complete lack of professionalism at every turn. You can tell Alanna's review is bullshit. I was charged $648. to install Infiniti Kappas, components in the front, and KAPPA co-axials in the rear. I took a walk and came back to find they installed JBL GTO639's in the back, and wanted 108.00 more. GTO639's can be had o Amazon for cheap. So WTF? They gave me my old speakers, but claimed there was no crossover installed. BS: Al & Ed's put those in. 2 weeks later I hear rattling in my right front door at volume. I take it apart to find the wood housing under the speaker frame in screwed down over the speaker wire, A LOOSE CROSSOVER SLIDING AROUND THE INSIDE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR, and, THE SPEAKER LEADS TO THE TWEETER WERE NOT CONNECTED TO THE KAPPA CROSSOVER! HOW THE HELL did they wire it?!? Now I must pay Al & Ed's Ontario $546. to rewire my car! Junior talks sweet and accommodating, But Installer Oscar (ball head dude) needs to be fired. I am such a fool for falling for this joke of a shop. I'll bet when Al & Ed's gets in there, they will find my old crossover connected to my kappa tweeter. The receipt drawn up are not specific and broken down between items and labor. One thing they did decent was housing the tweeters onto the factory grill to make it look custom factory. Don't ever fall for this joke of a shop again, you will just be in debt later trying to fix shoddy wiring. When I called today, they claimed there was a second crossover. They wanted me to visit to show me. The only other crossover are the Diamond Crossovers that they didn't give me back from the Diamond that I was taking out. LAZY ISTALLATION WITH NO HONESTY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP! I am best never going back ever. What comes around goes around. Stereo Pro's hopefully goes out of business. Wait until I send this to the city of Corona and whatever their main newspaper is. They should not have screwed with me. ok this place is perfect for me. Had my windows tinted, a new radio put in and many other things. Lately my car's battery kept getting drained and I had to jump it just to get moving...real hassel. Well Andrew (I think that was his name), jumped on it and for 4 hours this guy was cutting wires and such. They also put in a back up camera 6 months ago and that was causing the problems of the battery drain. I had taken it to them before this and they still couldn't figure it out and 4 guys worked on it. Well it took Andrew awhile but finally figured out the problem and started moving with it and getting it all off the battery not sure where he put every thing. Oh and they also installed an Alarm system 2 years ago, and he thought that might be the trouble so we replaced it with a new one. What ever he did worked and I went out next day at 4 a.m. to start my car and yes it started. So whatever he did worked and I am very thankful to all these guys for having to put up with me and yes I've been there many many times for problems and they have always taken care of every thing. So again thank you for all you did and all of you have my extreme appreciation. Andrew did a great job and the office guys handled me...and remember its not ma'am it's Nancy hahahahaha just a joke with the guy behind the desk told him ma'am makes me sound old and they joked and said I didn't look 30 so again thank you for that all you guys are the best and top of the line in my book. Worst mistake I ever made was coming here. I went in May 19th for LED lights and we are now June 23rd and still no lights. I started off dealing with Omar who no longer works there ( many customers complained). Now the owner Jr and Omar's replacement Damien are who I've been dealing with for the last 3 weeks. Went in today after finding out that the owner wouldn't just refund me my money and we part ways. Keep in mind when we agreed to the terms lights would be ordered and ready to be installed by May 22-24. Well first set of lights were lost they only received the fog lights which Omar never called and informed me that he was gonna install just those. A second set of lights were ordered and I was still okay with an honest mistake, they had the wrong size. I waited two weeks and never heard from them. Keep in mind not once has this store called us to provide us with updates, we are the once calling and driving to the location. This is where we started asking for a refund put back my old fog lights and we would part ways. The owner didn't want and ordered another set of lights. Come to find out that the owner does not know how to do business he expected me to pay for the lights. At the end of this conversation I asked how much for the lights and I would just pay and have someone else install them ( knowing they may not do a good job) well they ordered the wrong size again!!!! I'm done doing business and gonna be seeing this Jr guy in small claims. Spoke to Jamie I asked for INFINITY KAPPA or REFERENCE 4X6 Plates KICKER 6X9's 40CS6934 2 12" subs 1 Box2 Amps A Radio and Alarm Installed, I was quoted $1,000.00 out the door! I Received less than one thousand dollars worth of merchandise, I was ripped off for $1,500.00 No alarm the fucking crappiest installation! The radio if you grab the facePlate the hole unit comes out, Both Amps have a total of 3 screw's altogether the 1 box became 2 wrong boxes! To top that off my Buddie who went with me Noticed the speakers were the wrong one's! Ow and the 90 Days same as Cash turned out to be be i Lease, go figure! They are liers who are there just to make a quick buck! THEY ROYALLY DID ME OVER MORE THAN ONCE!!! They did not even give me any documents at the times of sale meaning information on this lease or nor did I sign any contract at this time! Saying this place is one of the worst shops to ever go to is a polite understatement. The first time i went there to upgrade my headunit, they said what i purchased wasn't compatible. I came with a second one( which I verified to be compatible) and after wasting two days sitting and waiting at the shop to get a head unit installed, they tell me it still doesn't work. Not only that, the guy working on my car didn't even have the decency to put everything together the way he found it and just left my headunit( with all the cables) laying in the trunk with some loose screws( had to then figure out where these went). If you plan on going there( which i hope you don't) be prepared for the worst, longest and most boring wait of your life. Not only that, they want you to pay before service and if they can't do it that's too bad because they don't do refunds. Honestly thought this place was nice when i started coming here however i quickly learned they do half ass jobs. The subwoofers and radio i got installed was one of the cheapest jobs I've seen. I had to put towels and rags in between the boxes because stereo pros could not secure it down, also they didn't even screw my amp into a holder they just laid it on the floor for it to get stepped on. After spending almost a grand (1000$) in stereo equipment, speakers, sub, etc. at this place (that was a mistake) my radio monitor stops working. I call and ask if they can help and they say yes. I live in long beach now so it took me about and hour to get to them and i spend and hour in the store trying to figure out solutions to fix or replace the radio that he said would last for years. They did not fix or replace the radio that i got 6 months ago, that supposedly has a year warranty, and Am now out a grand and am driving an hour back to long beach. THIS PLACE IS GREAT Don't know why there is such negative reviews about this shop. I've had nothing but a positive experience. I purchased a whole sound system and installation for my 2002 Dodge Durango for a great price. Considering i priced quite a few other shops and they were all about the same or more. They said it would take a few hours to instal and called me not even 2 hours later saying it was done. The job was done great and I had no complaints and the sound quality was immaculate. About 8 months later i had a problem with one of the speakers wires coming loose and would cut in and out. I drove with it like that for about a month before deciding to get it fixed. I called them up and they told me to come in and they'd fix it FOR FREE. i was in and out in no more than 15 minutes and it works great now. I am very happy with the work they did. These guys are ok in my book. They gave me a deal installed hundreds of dollars less than their competitors. 2 amps 2 12s Infiniti inside Bluetooth dvd headset tint and the whole nine. They were always happy to see me come back even if it was just for an adjustment or tune up. Today they spent 3 hours redoing cable lines and a few other parts and didn't charge me a thing. I brought them a gift to show my appreciation. What more can you ask for from a stereo shop... they are polite professional and have a good energy that's good to be around. .. they sell the top of the line products and have the knowledge to do the job right... and most of all they stand behind their work!!! When you walk into a stereo shop, you already know what you want your car to sound like. But the majority of us also think that we know what it takes to achieve that sound. Which is why most shops get a lot of bad reviews...Stereo Pros included. My experience at Stereo Pros was fantastic. I went in, and told Omar what I wanted. But what i wanted wouldn't have resulted in the sound I was looking for. Omar suggested a few things. Which of course cost more. I said ok...Stereo Pros installed 4 Infiniti 6x9s, 2 boxed 12 inch Kicker L7 subs, a Kicker 720 4 channel amp, a Kicker 1800.1 amp, a P7 sound modulator, DynoMat inside my doors and trunk for vibration, and Limo Tinted my windows. The sound coming from my car is phenomenal. They did an excellent, professional job on my system, and I am completely satisfied with it. read more

These guys have done shit work for years I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for a long time. I tried calling the multiple times after they lost my rgb lights, as well as putting down that they would fix my step and install my kicker speakers, they lost my rgb headlights, which cost more than they charged me for. They didn't even put the speakers in correctly and as well did nothing to fix my power step. Called the owner multiple times never called me back. Disputed the payment since they never contacted me back. Lost because of signed paperwork don't take your vehicle your better off doing it yourself than taking it to this place, they will lie and tell you they can do everything under the sun.
