I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone believe me when I say they do not know what they are doing! Don't let those nice cars in front fool you! Let me start by telling you about the stereo output, I asked for a HDMI port and they said they had no cable and cannot get one till after they did the job (I would've brought that cable my damn self if they would've told me about while they had the head unit out) meaning they are not up to date, what double din stereo has no hdmi output nowadays?This was not on a Weekend for them to say their warehouse place was closed so they didn't put the cable for that or any USB port like I asked them to do, they agreed they would do it, charged me and did not do it! Another thing I asked them to do is the tinted windowsI asked for 5% and they ended up putting whatever percentage they had, since they didn't have the 5% once again they did not tell me about this they just put it on with no care to call me and ask if 20% was ok, I asked him to put tail lights they did put on the tail lights but since the taillights had no lightbulb they did not care to put one on Nor tell me about it, (again what kind of place has no led bulbs nowadays or why agree about doing the job). they put speakers all around and by the time they were going to turn in the truck back to me, the speakers were smelling like smoke because of the guy blasting the stereo in the shop supposedly "tuning" the amp (and yes I connected good brand equipment (alpine, kicker and JLAudio) since I put new LED all over my lights were flickering like crazy all over and they didn't even have the decency to to mention that to me before me leaving and getting pulled over and being informed by a cop with a ticket! I asked him to put a lightbar on top and to put the switch next to my steering wheel but they didn't they put it where it was convenient for them I just don't think it's right for the owner to agree to everything you tell him not do it the workers in the shop said that the owner doesn't mention any of the things they have to do so I don't understand how the business works I got charged 1300 for installations only and I ended up having to go to downtown LA to get it all fixed so in other words I just paid twice I do not recommend this place to anybody if you have any questions feel free to call me I can back up my story 2133006711 cell phone read more

I'd totally recommend this place if you like bubbly tent! I came back for them to fix the horrible job they'd done and it took a whole 1hr and a half for them to tell me they were too busy to fix it. Don't u even dare to ask to speak to a manager all of those clowns claim to be managers! Oh and don't u even think about getting rims they put my rims on so tight the bolts broke of because they were on so tight! And no one was able to take them off for me without ruining them!!! This place used to be great. Staff was very friendly and if I had any issues they would be fixed immediately. I brought my 3rd vehicle here to get tint on all 4 windows and a visor strip. It was bubbled by the next day but was told to wait as the bubbling would go away. At first it was only on one window, but now it's on all 4 and they didn't go as far down as instructed with the visor strip. Now that I'm trying to get it fixed, they suddenly are extremely busy and don't have time to redo what they messed up. I've been coming here for years, but I don't want them to touch any of my vehicles ever again. They don't care and they don't want to fix their mistakes. It's a 0 star experience for me. In addition, I've also had stereo work done here, they managed to do that incorrect as well. Had to go back for that also. In the end, don't bring your car here if you want a good experience and want the job done right. read more

I previously came in for a new stereo a few months ago and they gave me an amazing deal right off the bat!!! A new Jvc stereo, including the mounting kit and installation for $140!!! Today I came in to replace the rear speakers in my 2002 Honda Accord and the same amazing deals and service were immediately thrust upon me! DO NOT COME HERE. my girlfriend and I went here upon the owners insistence that we arrived before 6. we rushed over still expecting decent service. I was given an initial claim and agreed to wait one hour for my sub installation. about 45 minutes in, one of the employees alerted me that the parts I had brought into the shop were inactive and I needed to buy one of his parts in order for the subs to be functional. I was charged an extra $500. it was immediately after I drove away that I was bombarded with a handful of problems: -missing bought parts -didn't wire one ohm -took rubber for sub cone -head unit issues: wasn't clipped in place -left screws on passenger floor -AC was not plugged in and to top it all off these guys were getting high on the job. I would advise that no one EVER come here unless you desire crappy service and a scamming manager who overcharges. I am left here Saturday morning doing THEIR job myself with $860 less in my pocket. once again DO NOT COME HERE! read more

Discriminated against my blind brother and did not provide a full service.

My biggest mistake was ever going to this so-called stereo shop. I took my new 300.00 head unit to be installed and they broke one of the preset buttons when installing it on May 4 2012. The manager Junior said they would warranty the radio even thought they broke it. They are now on the third manager and I keep getting the runaround. They keep saying the part is on order, three months later. If they mess up they will not own up to it They are liars, full of excuses. I'm really annoyed by the service and the complete bullshit that they tell me. They should treat customers the way they need to be treated. This business is horrible I wish there was an option for no stars, or at least negative stars!!!!. There is another stereo shop right behind them called Just Audio & Alarms. This shop is superior in every way, go there instead. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! read more

Not sure about all these bad reviews cause I have sent over 1200.00 dollars there and to me it was all worth it. Got my tint done there and have a life time warranty. I went in cause I saw a bubble which some times happens with tint and they stripped and replaced for free. This shop does great work and knows how to treat there customers. read more

This place is horrible! I took my car in and asked for a decent pair of subs, with a amp. They gave me a price of $1299 not including tax for a pair of JBL's. I went to another stereo audio place and they gave me a price quote of under $400 with everything installed and same subs as stereo pros. The guy that was there he was a big guy, and he was the rudest person ever, I didn't feel welcomed or anything. I would recommend NOT GOING HERE. Save you're time and don't bother here. I generally install my own audio equipment in my cars. I have kids and am limited to free time. I decided to take in an amp and some front speakers to get installed into my Wife's Lexus GS400. When I picked it up, I realized it did not sound so great. A day later one of the speakers stopped working. The following weekend I decided to check it out myself and realized that they had connected front and rear speakers together and used only 3 channels to be lazy even though my amp was a 4 channel, I then further realized that they had connected positive and negatives together as well! I did not take it back in again because I did not want this place to touch my car again. read more

i went there last monday for limo tint in the back and half in the front because I had previously gone there before. Previous time i was more than happy with the job they did. I loved it and thats why i went back. this time the windows seemed lighter than the previous time so I went back to let them know. I was able to get an extra layer on the back seat windows to make it darker which is what I wanted. They seem friendly and took care of the job and the problem so I'm content but i was bothered that they left drips all over my car from when they "cleaned" my windows and that i had to go twice rather than them doing the limo tint right the first time but im content with the job and like it read more

I took my car to this location to install a new headunit, speakers, 2 amps, & a subwoofer in my 2017 Honda Accord. My total was $3,200, which I felt was a bit high. Come to find out the headunit they installed was $700 more than I was quoted for the headunit. Omar told me I would only be paying $300 more on top of the headunit I already had, come to find out it was in addition to the $600. Furthermore, I had to return to the location more than 5 times for them to adjust the sound, which never turned out right. I had several problems with my android auto connecting to the headunit which NO ONE in the shop was able to figure out. I also paid $130 for them to install something so that I can continue to control my radio from my steering wheel, again NO ONE at this shop was able to figure how to make it work. I never received a refund. Fast forward 1 year later my headunit is turning off and on every time I get in the car. I again returned to the shop for guidance. NO ONE in the shop could tell me what the problem. They wanted me to replace the whole kit which wouldve cost me another $600 dollars not including labor. I refuesed to give this shop another dime of my money. I took my car to another shop & he was able to locate the problem within 10 mins. The problem was never the kit. I needed to update the radio software, which took all of 5 mins. I haven't had a problem with my headunit since. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NEVER USE THIS SHOP. read more

These guys do not know what they are doing and charge way too much for shotty work. After they installed my DVD player and alarm,all kinds of dashboard lights came on and won't turn off,my left headlight keeps fusing out and Ac rarely works now. Avoid at all costs. This week will be the fifth time bringing my truck back to have the stereo fixed in six months. The first day should've been the tip off. I had a head unit, speakers, sub woofer and back up camera installed. When I picked my truck up the head unit looked like it had been shoe horned into the dash and the right side was sticking out 1/4" father than the left side. When I took it back they told me they didn't have the right mounting kit and they would order it. The first tip off as to what sort of shop this is. They didn't have the right mounting kit but they installed it anyway. When they did get the right kit I had it reinstalled. When I got home I realized they forgot to reconnect the back up camera. Back to the shop. A month later I'm driving and the unit powers of, then powers back on. Off on, off on etc. I take it in the next day and they repair it, telling me it was a bad connection to the power source. A month later the unit goes black. It needed to be "reset". This weekend, the same thing. Won't power up. Back to the shop. These guys are nice enough and to be fair they always fix the problem, but the issue is the problems. I've had more issues with this installation than the previous 6 car stereos I've purchased combined. Pay the extra money and go to a reputable shop with professionals that don't do hack jobs like Al and Eds or even Best Buy. If I had it to do over I certainly would. read more

the worst stereo place to go to my brother and a friend came here and got double dins, alarm and system both were crappy installation. My friends turn signal lights didn't work right after leaving the radio stuck out wasn't even flush and the alarm horn was just hanging. He had to bring it back and my brothers deck didn't even work he brought it back dropped it off and 4 hours later came back and they hadn't even started on it. There excuse the radio just came in I'm in the sales business myself and sad to say this place don't have the write installers and the proper customer service. read more
