My favorite tea place. I wish it was closer to my house. Love their London fogs and ambiance

I love this tea place. They have a great vibe, the people who worked here were good. I loved the tea, i bought loose leaf lapsang souchong and it was reasonably priced. They had a kinda kitchy mug that i bought, it was a mr. rogers which had the sweater chabge color with hot liquid. Overall i loved this place. read more

The best local tea shop in Flagstaff. Their dirty vanilla chai tea latte is my favorite on a cold winter day. Their corner shop has studying nooks for people to study in and people watch out of their large windows. The workers are super friendly and are always willing to give great suggestions. If you or someone you know likes tea, they also sell loose tea to give as gifts or take home to make in the comfort of your own home. read more

Amazing little place with an abundant array of loose teas. If you're not sure what to pick, they will gladly recommend some depending on your taste. Very nice and energetic service. Lots of yummy desserts. read more

A rather grungy atmosphere, and my drink (lavender mint latte) wasn't very good- it tasted like watered down tea with a bit of added milk. It is large and a good spot for studying. Parking may take a while as it's located in downtown Flagstaff. I wouldn't recommend against trying Steep, but don't necessarily expect your drink to be good. read more

I love this lil tea shop:) They have unique flavors to drink on the spot , plus you can buy their products in store or online. The service is amazing! They have yummy unique sweets as well read more

Worst service I've experienced in years. We've waited a long time for just a coffee. Who knows when we'll get to eat. Three girls working. One mostly just sits. Finally I asked for the coffee while we wait and got really arrogant responses. Especially from the girl who just sits and talks to the others. Last time here for us. read more

This was one of the few places open on a sleepy morning after new years in Flagstaff, on the way back from the Grand Canyon. They are a tea-infused store with most of the drinks being tea-based, I had the butterscotch latte which was surprisingly good, there are a lot of great choices. Not only that but they have a nice space to relax and a large display of teas and accessories, we found the perfect tea/coffee cups to match our black cats at home. Nice and funky, great service. read more

Always love this place! Everyone is so nice. extremely comfy place. There may times some people here are loud and you can't study in peace but that's okay since it's a public area. But this place is enormous. Drinks are just a bit pricey but worth it! read more

Cute and cozy coffee shop! Such a wide range of options and kind staff! Heads up, they do not offer espresso based drinks but also a fun try if you've been looking to try different drinks! read more

Didn't even last 5 minutes in here. My 10 year old saw a deck of Uno cards, he grabs the deck of cards and proceeded to grab a table for us. The one and only Barista that was at the store comes up to my son takes the deck of cards from him and tells him he's making a mess because he dropped two cars on the floor and the torn rubber band holding the deck. My 10 year old was patiently waiting for us to grab our tea tins, and order our drinks, so we can all sit down and play Uno. I don't have a noisy kid, nor was he running around the shop. I am appalled by the rude customer service. This barista didn't even great any customers. Too bad this cute little coffee shop lost out on some good money. My daughter and I are avid tea lovers and we make sure to buy teas at every mom and pop shops to promote small establishments. At this rate Starbucks and coffee bean are more customer service efficient than this barista was. Steep management please please train your staff to be more courteous to your potential customers. Greeting people and making them feel welcomed makes a huge difference! read more

Cute. Great tea. Comfy environment. I'll be back. Nice area to walk around and lots of walkable parking nearby.

I love that they use real tea leaves. Basically it's a really cute place especially if your a tea snob. read more

A few days ago, I had the pleasure of enjoying my lavender latte at this beautiful and cozy tea place. Let me just say that the whole atmosphere was warm and inviting. I love how they have a few spots close to the window, which as soon as a table became available, I totally went to sit there and enjoy the rainy day and all the passersby. Super cute and adorable gem of an establishment. I had to come back and here I am now, enjoying my vanilla mint chai with almond milk. So good!! They also have a lot of great tea sets and other related items for sale. Come visit! You will be glad you did! read more

Went in for a coffee, mistake. Bad cup of coffee for almost $4.00. Try Macy's or Stronghold instead.

Great matcha lattes and environment. The baristas here really seem to take pride in their work and try to make something special for each customer. Thank you so much! read more

This was my favorite place! My friend and I went here twice during our three night stay in Flagstaff. It's such a comfortable and quiet place. They play awesome music, and the baristas are so friendly and down to earth. Berry matcha latte - it was so yummy. It's a perfect balance of matcha and sweetness. Matcha has a little bit of a bitter taste and the berry flavoring is sweet. They use actual tea to make their flavorings instead of syrup which makes it that much better. Cinnamon matcha latte - I was a bit hesitant about this but it was actually delicious! The cinnamon did not overpower the matcha at all. It was a great blend of two things. read more

Delicious teas, merch and muffins, quiches, etc. Very chill atmosphere. Pretty pricey for two teas, a quiche and a muffin...might come again but just for tea. If you want a gift for a real drinker this is the place! read more

Not so good customer service from the cashier. Place was dirty. We went on Sunday afternoon and the cashier didn't greet or ask what we like to order when we were infront of her. Would definitely prefer someone else, especially this is our first time in the shop read more

Outstanding! I went to Steep early on October 12th and got two coffees and a ham and cheese croissant to go. The woman who helped me was delightful, and the coffee and croissant were hot and tasty. Perfect! read more

Not impressed. My coffee with almond milk had no almond milk and a lot of grounds at the bottom of the cup. Mint chai latte was alright. Tried this place once and will now go somewhere else. read more

Quant little coffee and tea spot, very skilled in the proper way to brew tea. Several organic loose tea options to drink and purchase to make at home. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and fun. We frequent and hang out here whenever visiting. Love the late hours, the chill hippie vibe and seating. read more

My friend and I are passing through and found the best breakfast place ever. My burrito was delicious! The cinnamon matcha tea was to die for! I had to go the special route but my friend got a typical cup of coffee and she said, "This is perfection!" We loved the decor and the servers were delightful! We could stay here all day but the road is calling! read more

The peach smoothie with lavender is addicting!! Staff are super friendly and it feels incredibly safe during the pandemic.

First time drinking tea in a tea shop. Tea was interesting and the atmosphere was nice especially since it was Christmas Eve. Prices were alright and not too expensive. read more

Super selection of tea and exceptional service. I stopped in today because I had an iced black tea at Brix last night that was really rich & tasty and they told me it was from Steep. The very kind, attentive lady at the counter worked with me until we figured out which one it was. She offered to refund my iced tea that I had already purchased (thinking it was the one), which was really above & beyond (and I did not let her do). She also mentioned that I could order online and shipping is free. Bonus: cool vibe there, so sit and stay awhile! read more

Super cool ambience, super amazing lattes!! A very pretty place in this amazing little town.

I know tea is like their thing but I have only tried their coffee, which is good. Cushions near window could be more comfortable. Cute vibe.

This place is still one of the highlights of my recent cross country road trip. Flagstaff has a lot of unique places and this is no exception. They have a ton of different teas with a ton of different flavor profiles. It was a great place to take a breather room the constant travel. read more

I really wanted to like this place. It's in a cute part of town, it looks great on the inside and boasts a large selection of tea. But a place like this has go to have more substance than just what is for sale. Here is my issue with Steep - if a soon to be customer is in line to order and politely asks to use your restroom, let them. Don't say "Oh, I'm sorry, the bathroom is for customers only"... What am I? You don't see me as a customer? Did I roll into your fine tea lounge and mar it with my low class? Wow, gee whiz, I'm so sorry to be tinging your sophisticated aires with my need to take a piss before I order. Before you choose to condescend to your (never again) customers, please think it through. Your attitude makes or breaks a customers experience. read more

I'm in deep like with this place. I love coming here and reading in their little window nook seats. All of the local featured art and knick knacks are really cool. I know a little about tea, but the staff's knowledge is in depth and everyone is very friendly. I don't know where all the reviews about staff being rude and inattentive are coming from, honestly, because everyone here has been nothing short of warm and lovely when I've been in. read more

Wow! I had no idea tea could taste so good! This place is awesome. If you think you can appreciate a craft beer, I challenge you to appreciate the finest tea available in the country. This little tea bar has tea you literally can not find anywhere else in America. As a 30 year Flagstaff local I am excited to say this tea bar is the best thing to happen in downtown since Heritage Square was built. This tea bar doesn't sell alcohol, but provides a great ambiance and activity for people who want to enjoy a quality evening doing something interesting without being surrounded by a bunch of drunk people. read more

This place was incredible. On my way out of town I wanted to sample a local tea shop and Steep was perfection. It was rather dead when I went early on a weekday morning but the barista was so friendly. She totally sold me a pumpkin chai latte. She made it perfectly and I loved it so much that I bought some of the loose leaves to bring back home. Steep was a great stop so if you're looking for a local tea shop, I can't recommend this place enough! read more

I hung out at Steep for the first time today, and I enjoyed my visit. My taste in tea is similar to one's New Year's resolutions or quantum teleportation: theoretical. I know tea is good for you and whatnot, but I don't like the flavor often. My tea soon becomes a cup of sugar as I try to make it palatable for my childish taste buds. This isn't very enjoyable after. I was able to find a tea I genuinely enjoyed without feeling the need to soften its edges. Of course, I haven't the slightest clue what I drank, but I'll be sure to ask next time. The natural lighting also made a big difference for me. Poorly lit establishments often leave me feeling sleepy, whereas here I left feeling g refreshed. read more

Been here numerous times and all the employees are really friendly and helpful! When we realized that one of our drinks had dairy, the employee remade it without an issue. All the drinks are really good and great atmosphere. The only thing that sucks is the music. Highly recommended! read more

A decent place for a good cup of tea. This is a nice tea shop in the heart of Flagstaff. They offer a decent selection of teas, but not as many as we have in our home. The food options are very limited. In large part this is more a gift and tourist shop than a tea room. Still, if you need a cuppa, it's there in the middle of what is primarily a coffee city. read more
