I love this shop. I always stop in when visiting Flagstaff. They're easy and convenient to get to right in downtown, with parking lot options all around. They have such cute clothes and local finds. I've bought a few things from them over the years, but most recently I bought my new niece who lives across the country a cute little cactus plush. It cost more than it would typically at a big-box store, but it's a local shop and you're supporting local. I heart this place. Whenever I have a chance to come to Flagstaff I try to stop by this cute little shop. This boutique offers unique Flagstaff souvenirs. It's not your typical shop for area stuff. This place shouts "cute" and "adorable". The items you can find here are both decorative and functional. There is inspiration buzzing around every corner. You can find coffee cups, jewelry plates, hand crafted soap, NAU baby onesies and so many other girly items. When I walk into this shop I feel happy. The staff is always friendly and they ALWAYS offer to wrap your items. If you are giving it away as a gift they put it in a box and tie it with a pretty bow. I stopped by a week ago after a long drive from Amarillo to Phoenix. This stop was perfect because it was right in between. I had a chance to have a great conversation with Brooke while she wrapped up all the little gifts I picked up. She was patient and took her time putting everything together. What impresses me the most is the sincere and helpfulness of everyone here. From the moment I walked in to the time I left everyone gave me a warm smile and helped me find the things I needed without being pushy. I would love to meet the owner of this shop to tell them personally that they've done a really good job at hiring great employees. I will come back here time and time again. read more

One of my favorite places downtown is the Old Town Shops. One of the best stores in the little shopping center has to be PJ Chilcottage. It is a little more feminine in general, but they have some really great, homemade soaps and other really unique gifts. My wife and I often wander through the store after a dinner out downtown and almost each time we leave with something! They've got tons of women's clothes and accessories and some really great baby gifts- baby shower gold according to my wife. I have yet to visit the store without a genuine greeting from one of the ladies working there, they all seem super friendly and are always helpful. Definitely a fun and unique shopping stop for locals and tourists alike. read more

Located in a fun small shop called the Old Town Shops. PJ ChillCottage is such an adorable and friendly shop! Every time I've visited someone cheerfully says hi and welcome. They have deliciously good smelling soaps (my favorite is the one with the bird in the middle and second favorite is the one with yellow waves inside that smells really clean - obviously not technical names or descriptions but you'll see, it works, you'll find them). They have some really cute dresses and accessories but I usually browse and end up getting soap. If you're buying kid clothes or baby shower gifts they have the cutest little section for really unique and little things that I'm always tempted to get in hopes I can give it to someone who's going to have a kid someday lol. Seriously that's how cute the section is, you'll think of someone who'd love it. If you ask they can wrap your purchases in gift wrapping so it's extra special and already ready for gifting (or for feeling special when you need to change the soap in your own home, why not!). I really appreciate how bright, cheery and colorful this shop is. read more

This is the cutest store!! So many adorable whimsical items that I wanted to buy, especially their soaps and cat-themed items. Their baby section was also awesome and I loved the thoughtful baby clothes and accessories! A lot of it was overpriced I thought and I was miffed by the sales staff--they were so attentive to everyone that walked in and ignored me the whole time I was in there. They also were bubbly and chatty with each other and I heard all kinds of stories about their lives and their singing as they jammed to the music that was playing. In the end I didn't buy anything but generally loved the layout of the store and all the cute stuff. If I came back to flagstaff I'd still check out this store despite the lack of customer service. I went next door to Sage Brush and found a bunch of stuff I loved there, with great customer service that helped me with my purchase! read more

Pj was one of my favorite places when I lived in Flag. It is a little overpriced though, and the last time I was in the store, I was basically ignored by all the associates. In the past, I have gotten soaps and even a necklace (which broke unfortunately after months of me wearing it every day) and little gifts for Christmas. It is a very nice store overall, just hope they lower some of the prices on certain things. read more

A lovely find in Flagstaff! It is an adorably trendy little place in the heart of Old Town, and offers a variety of colorful things like homemade soaps, mugs, socks, wallets, and clothing. It is very Anthropologie meets Etsy meets an Arizona/Flagstaff souvenir store (not to mention, there is a TON of cacti merch), and all not too expensive! I initially walked in because of the knick nack store across from P.J. Chilcottage but as soon as I opened the door, I was drawn into the store by the delicious smelling soap. I smelled every single soap they offered and picked out 12 bars! They just smelled too good to pass up. If you don't mind getting the end cuts of the soap, they have them for sale at 50% off. I snagged a couple of those. Everything in there was cute and flirty. If I'm ever back, I would definitely do some damage. read more

They have some really cute cat and dog lover gifts, and a very nice selection of greeting cards. Greeting cards can be hard to find sometimes, but they have a good variety.
