I frequent Flagstaff as often as I can (which is maybe once a year at most unfortunately) because it is my dream city. And this shop is always one of my top stops!Cutest stuff ever (that I can't find where I live) and the kindest people that work there. A few months ago I had found in my drawer at home a bra cami that I was obsessed with, and I could not remember where I had purchased it. Finally, after researching all over the internet, I realized I had bought it from Sage Brush Trading about 2 to 3 years ago. I immediately called them and asked if they still sold them, and not only did they, but the employee that helped me was amazing- let me know when more colors were coming in stock, kept me updated and contacted me letting me know all the colors and options available once they were all in. And then she quickly shipped them out to me after I placed my order. The kindest person ever! So super excited that the shop is now online so I can order from home. Even better that they still offer a personal touch via phone even if you are ordering from out of town. Highly, highly, highly recommend the shop to everyone! I was visiting a friend the weekend before last in Flagstaff and she took me to the downtown area where all these great one of a kind/local shops and restaurants are. I discovered Sage Brush Trading boutique. Not only was the merchandise amazing and one of a kind finds from clothing to jewelry and accessories but the associates working there were super friendly and helpful. I saw a necklace I liked but could not find any coordinating earrings. I found some earrings online when I got back to Phoenix and called Sage Brush Trading to inquire about the necklace since I did not see it on their online store. I had the pleasure of speaking to Sarah. Sarah was very kind and knew exactly what necklace I was referring to from my description. Sarah went the extra mile to take a photo/text it over to me to ensure we were both on the same page to ensure she would be sending me the correct necklace and she promptly mailed out the order with a very warm thank you note inside the shipment. Wanted to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Sarah for her exceptional service. I will be coming back to Sage Brush Trading next time I am in Flagstaff. I highly recommend this store!!! read more

This is a great little shop! Stopped in on a Thursday afternoon while my husband was skiing. Joelle and Clare (I think) were both super kind and helpful. Lots of cute clothing items, scarves, and lovely jewelry. I bought a couple of shirts, a couple of sterling silver necklaces made by Averi Copp of Reed & Rush. I also purchased a warm, snuggly throw blanket as a gift for a friend. They offered beverages as I shopped (water, wine, or beer) which I thought was a really nice touch. Sage Brush Trading Co is in the Old Town Shops of Flagstaff. I come here every time I visit. I enjoy browsing through the store and like the clothes and accessories. The associates are always nice and pleasant. They even opened the store 5 minutes earlier when they noticed I was waiting outside. I haven't bought too much here because it's a bit too pricey. However, its great for browsing through and if you have a bigger budget! read more

I really liked this little store! It's well merchandised and has unique brands that you can't find elsewhere. It is a bit high end in terms of pricing but the quality reflects the pricing (at least I think). Also, the staff is incredibly nice. Very friendly and definitely not sales. I stopped here for my first time on a Sunday afternoon and was amazed! The selection is great - lots of basics (soon to become your favorite) mixed with pops of patterns! Niki was fantastic! Her level of customer service was fantastic! She offered wine, checked for multiple sizes, and made great suggestions! I think I spent over an hour in this adorable store! I was previously in PJ Chilcottage, which I think is owned by the same company, and loved the style of all the clothes in there, however nothing seemed to be a good fit or wasn't exactly my style. Also the customer service was a little off. Sage Brush however, was a different shopping experience! From the first few moments as I was perusing the sales rack outside, I was greeted by a very bubbly and nice gal who called me "girlfriend." I loved it! Inside the clothes were great--classy, casual but unique styles and cuts. I loved a buttonless blazer and their mix and match basics collection. Their MeMoi sweater tights were exceptionally cute and I snagged a couple of those. They also carry my favorite line of fair trade bags made by Manos Zapatecas and adorable locally made jewelry. The gals that worked there were exceptionally nice and very patient with me as I bought a bunch of things and then came back and had to return some of them after I realized I liked some tops at Earthbound Traders a lot more. Too bad I don't live in the area as I would definitely frequent this store! Fun shopping experience. read more

One of my favorite place to shop. I have found some of my best clothing items at their "Dance With the One That Brung You" sales. This is a great place for upscale, unique clothing as well as some great basics, and the sales people are awesome. With hundreds of people shopping the sale, there is still an enormous amount of personal attention. They know how to do it and I always go away happy for the fun and the finds. read more

Oh wow, I love this store! Every single item is special and beautiful and wow! they offered me a glass of wine while I shopped. Next year I will be prepared to try clothing on because they are so lovely, but we stopped in after a long day of hiking and I was not feeling so fresh. I did purchase some accessories for myself and a little something special for my daughter and the sales girl was a joy to interact with.
