Sweetest little shop with the sweetest staff. I did a little shopping with my husband, he helped me fill the fitting room with all sorts of options in the dress variety. I was really impressed with the amount of clothes they fit in this store without it feeling cluttered. Took a trip up North to Flag and stopped into this boutique. My niece, who is a high school student and works very hard for her money was excited to purchase their "mystery grab bag" for $25. We all walked away eager to see what items she got from their boutique. We were disappointed and quite frankly disgusted to find a bag of dollar tree items for 3-5 year olds. This is very misleading and bad for business. Buyers beware...dollar tree items for a mark up...you should be ashamed!!! read more

Not bad. Very cute tiny store, pretty but tiny fitting room kinda like a curtain surrounding around you. I like this store but the dress I got didn't even last long. I tried it on, it was good at the fitting room. But when I got home to wear it to church, the zipper broke so quick. Like...wow. I was so disappointed. It was only $15 cause they had 75% sale getting rid of their summer clothes. I also saw one of their dresses with broken zipper where it was only $5. The sold a dress with broken zipper for $5. I also think the zipper they use for their outfits are pretty cheap. I think they need to use different more sturdy zipper. Cute dresses but very pricey. I think if your outfits are that expensive then make the zipper better. The price people pay isn't worth it if the zipper doesn't last long. That's all. read more

Great little store. I expected that they would be mostly shoes based on the name but there were lots of clothes as well. I found a great pair of Sorel boots that I had in my Nordstom cart online and didn't purchase in time. So glad I didn't because this little shop had them on sale for half-price. I'm a little baffled that this is called "Shoes & Such" when the shoe display was tucked in the back, with very few shoes on it (5 pair for the whole store, ~$200/ea?!), but whatever. The overall style of the store was not stuff I would wear, but I really did like their jewelry and bags. Store features gauzy, loose tunics and dresses whose style (and prices) are not dissimilar from what you might find at Anthropologie. While I did not find any "shoes" in this cute little boutique, I found a lot of "such". So much "such" so I had to drag myself out before I bought every necklace in the place. The buyers for this boutique know their stuff and keep the store stocked with tons of one of a kind items that are too cute to pass up. I found the prices for clothing to be a bit high, but that is in comparison to Phoenix where we have a lot more variety to choose from. If I lived in Flagstaff this would be one of my main stores to get my shopping fix. read more

Love, love, LOVE this place. Every time I am in downtown Flag and stop here I know I'll be in trouble because I will find something I absolutely love. The styles of the clothing are variable as well as the cuts so you will usually find something to fit your body type (it does however seem like they probably don't have too many plus sized options). They have very cute accessories ranging from funky, boho, classic and many others. I actually have not ever bought shoes here but have found a cute purse. This store is a cute little place and they carry several different styles of Birkenstocks, which is amazing as it can be tough to find a boutique that carries a wide array of styles. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the salesperson working the floor to help me - or even make eye contact with me. She was very talkative and friendly to the person who was there when I walked in...and then walked right past me to offer a friendly greeting to the people who walked in after me. I guess maybe I didn't look like I could afford the Birkenstocks I was looking at - I was actually willing to buy two pairs if they'd had them in the colors I was looking for. I left because it seemed like they didn't want or need my business. The owner/employees might want to not make assumptions based on eyeball assessments about who's "worthy" of being greeted with a friendly hello and an offer to help. read more

I want to start out by saying I love this little store and have shopped here many many times. Recently though, I was a little sad. My sweet sweet boyfriend heard me mention that I would LOVE a new pair of snow boots, so for our anniversary he got me a pair and I was so excited. I put them on and they did not fit at all! They were too long for my foot yet the top of my foot felt way too tight (obviously not shoes and such's fault at all!). I went back in to see if they had anything else that might fit better, and unfortunately my annoying little feet with high arches couldn't find anything of the sort. My boyfriend felt so bad and suggested we should return the boots and he would get me something else for our anniversary (another surprise). Here's the thing though, when I went in, I realized they only do store credit, which is a problem in our case. He wanted to surprise me and unfortunately it didn't work out, now he is out a considerable amount of money and no gift. He just wanted to really surprise me and I guess it won't work out this time. I do understand small businesses have this policy for a reason, but I literally tried returning them within a few hours of the purchase with a receipt and everything! The sweet girl last night told us she was not allowed to issue full refunds but if I went in the next day, her boss would be there and maybe would issue one due to the circumstance. Unfortunately when I went back in, I was told the same thing, only store credit. I understand this policy if someone lost the receipt or if they were worn, but I literally couldn't even get my foot into the boots and it hadn't even been a full 24 hours. I opted for the store credit, since that was the only solution but this may be something to consider if someone else's boyfriend is getting an anniversary present like this. Still love this store and everyone, including the owner is super sweet and friendly, but it was a bit of a downer for sure! Obviously my story is a bit unique and I completely understand the no refund policy but it might be something to consider when buying gifts like an expensive pair of boots. read more

This is a cute shop in downtown Flagstaff. After a day of sledding with the twins, I told my hubby I wanted to check some shops. He was so awesome and stayed with the twins, so I can leisurely wander the shops. I found this one, and I scored a few pieces, a tunic, a nice casual top, and some Sorrelli jewelry and a beaded headband. I will keep this place in mind next time I am in Flagstaff. read more

I really love the "and Such" at Shoes and Such, but wish that they carried smaller sizes of shoes since I have a tiny foot. The clothes are very cute, the prices are good, and you can always find cool fashions.
