Awesome store, great prices, amazing high quality items. Staffed by all volunteer staff, therefore hours are limited to Thursday-Saturday, 10 AM to 2 PM. I bought J Jill pants for $6, Talbot pants for $6. Displays are beautiful and artful. The store supports great causes of veterans, homeless, school children, all local causes. read more

The store is very clean and their displays are amazing. Everything is so well organized and great pricing on everything.

Great selection, quality items, unbelievable prices! The proceeds of the store stay right here in Flagstaff and benefit the homeless, school children, babies and veterans. read more

Wonderful, clean shop with friendly people who are polite and helpful. Bought some amazing bargains. Are they the cheapest? No. Do they have high quality? yes! Do the proceeds go to a good cause? Yes! read more

I've been here twice. The first time I found a lot of beautiful things at reasonable prices. Most of the employees were friendly, if a little intrusive. They seem to like following the customers around as if they're there to shoplift, lol. Regardless, I was impressed with the stores, it's cleanliness, displays, and bargains. I was eager to return and SPEND even more $$$$! On my return today, I was shocked to discover that they're only open until 2 o'clock! When I arrived, oddly enough, exactly at 2 pm (it's a 30 mile round trip from my house), they briefly opened the locked door (I could see three employees inside) to tell me to "come back tomorrow". The tone was abrupt, bordering on rude. Would have been lovely if they allowed me to come in for five or 10 minutes to purchase some items. I understand safety and security concerns with just these old babes working there, but I'm also an old babe, well-dressed and driving an expensive car....so clearly not the bogeyman! At the very least, they could've more graciously stated their hours! Having operating hours ONLY Thursday through Saturday from 10 to 2 is ludicrous & they're really missing an opportunity to make much more dollars for the Community. Very poor business model! read more

The assistance league shops are among my favorite. So while in Flagstaff a few days had to go. I hit it right as they were having $5/bag of clothes. Wow. And the amazingly nice staff even said "oh if bag is overflowing roll the clothes, you will get more in". Got Wrangler, LLBean, Talbots and more in one bag. Also got a Vera Wang backpack for $6 that needs some love and stitching but for the price I couldn't resist. Not sure what charities they work with...in Albuquerque it's a program to give kids shoes. They do an amazing job. read more

I found quality items easily, things were well marked compared to many thrift stores and well organized. The ladies working were so nice even though they were busy, plus we're extra helpful despite it being close to closing. Wonderful experience. Because of their hours I can rarely come here but every time I've been able to I've been impressed with findings and interactions. People were all very friendly today in general here and that's always appreciated. Glad I could make it before they closed, finally and barely! Difficult to find parking so I walked a bit which I expected on a Saturday. Wish they had slightly later hours at least one day during the week, though I understand why they don't for now. They have a good process of getting people checked out efficiently at the register while still being gracious - nicer than most other places too. Excited about a few real gems I didn't expect to discover. I generally feel they have higher quality donations here, but of course that varies as with any donation-based organization. Dangerous to go thrifting or antiquing with an open mind of what to get lol, and it's also more fun that way so... Win. read more

I've been here a few times with my clients who are looking for bargains, low cost. Every time I've gone there, the elderly ladies (not very nice) follow the customers around, extremely suspicious that people will steal their used merchandise. My clients are on limited incomes but the items are costly compared to other thrift stores across Arizona. I thought the main point of a thrift was to get sell the used items at low cost. They aren't welcoming to those in need, homeless and poor. read more

This thrift shop is something I'm super grateful for in town. These ladies who volunteer here are absolutely delightful to chat with. They are always so cheerful and helpful in the store. I love how the money made here goes back to our community. I'd rather shop and donate here vs big thrift stores that are in it for profits. The cedar closet thrift store is one of a kind here in town, and I absolutely love this place. The prices are ALWAYS super reasonable, which makes me want to spend even more LOL! There's always so much awesome holiday and home decor, and gorgeous fine jewelry pieces. The displays are always so organized and look so nice. They really do such a great job here, keeping the items fresh each week. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to stop here and look around. Yes the parking is minimal on busy days, but trust me it's worth it! read more

Absolutely recommend this place! So many great items clothing wise and furniture. The staff was on top of the COVID safety which was great! read more

Cedar Closet Thrift Shop - Boutique section - Thrift Stores Near Me - Flagstaff, Arizona

Assistance League of Flagstaff has a very wonderful Thrift Store. The shop is clean, smells good (as many thrift shops don't) and has a wonderful assortment with great prices! The women who work in the store are all volunteers with proceeds going to 10 philanthropic programs in the Flagstaff area. It's a great place to look for furniture and designer clothes at rock bottom prices. There are books & frames, artwork that would cost a fortune in other places, a children's area with clothes and toys, and so much more! read more

Cedar Closet Thrift Shop - Thrift Stores Near Me - Flagstaff, Arizona

One of the best thrift stores in Flagstaff! I just came here on Friday and got a great deal on a lot of stuff. $1 women's shirts, $1 baby clothes and I was even able to pick out 2 free books for my daughter. Great prices and friendly staff. The only thing was that checking out took quite a while, but not too big of a deal. Such a wonderful thrift store that's non-profit! I will definitely be coming back here next time I come to Flagstaff! read more

I was browsing for fabric to make tote bags, which I found in plentiful supply at great prices. Also stumbled into a shoe sale, something I never pass by: found two pair of sandals at $3 each. I wish I had more time to explore the store as we arrived with not much time until closing. read more

I am a bit reluctant to write this review because I want it all for me!! Hahaha! Okay I guess I can tell you this place rocks and the people are SUPER friendly, helpful, outgoing and considerate. I found tons of ceramic and glass unicorns, Mona Lisa espresso mugs, and furniture here. So judging from this selection they have an eclectic selection. Very, very reasonable prices and I am glad I stopped by because looking from the outside it appears to be a tiny shop but is a good size inside. All of my breakables were wrapped individually and put in white paper bags. I can't wait to go back! read more

Stopped off here for another look while in FLG. Didn't find anything I wanted to grab except for a book Alex Haley's 'Roots' caught my eye and I had to purchase. read more

Very clean and well kept. Clothing prices are good but furniture was a little high. The parking lot is a little tricky to find but is right next to the store. I would definitely return. read more
