It's a warehouse full of junk. Very unorganized. Clothing is well outdated yet high priced. Wasted trip.

I've been there two days in a row and it's always closed. How are we supposed to support local businesses if no one is there?

As usual I found something terrific that I'll be able to use for a long time that's quality & had a pleasant conversation with the two gentleman working. Love shopping & perusing here! They were fairly busy today as well. Happy with my find & of course I'll continue coming here whenever I feel inclined to buying something & taking a short drive... Which is fairly frequently obviously haha. I should probably limit my visits here since I always find & buy something but I've never not loved what I've gotten & they have reasonable prices on everything. Great selection as usual. read more

Friendly Staff and Lots Of Stuff To Look At We stopped in here on a road trip as we were driving by to get it off of our butts and walk around a little bit and Peru's what they had to offer. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make engaging conversation with us. They showed appreciation for my military service and offered a discount for it which I always think is cool. I bought a couple shirts and a water bottle tactical holder and carried onward to The Havasupai Indian Reservation for our wonderful waterfalls exploration.... One funny thing about this place is for some reason most of their boot collection is size 14, 15, 16 and 17 in men's! I'm not sure if Paul Bunyan has his progeny are living in this area or why there would be so many huge boots that even my 6'4" tall body couldn't even think of doing anything but swimming in them. Lots of great stuff, if you are a prepper, this is the place, ammo cans, tents, uniforms, training aids, surgical implements, top dollar Benchmade knives, cold weather gear (this is Flagstaff, after all), boots, morale and actual unit patches, plate carriers, used body armor, too many things to list. Great store, unreal customer service, great prices, they have real army surplus items! I met Scott, the owner and he was great. The young man behind the counter was very helpful, I was looking at knives & such and he kept asking if I would like to see anything (in a very helpful, caring way) very clean store, great, very clean restrooms, organized store. My wife & I were blown away! I hope they are there a long time, we will stop every time we go to Flagstaff! It reminded me of the old Popular Surplus in Flagstaff next to Bun Huggers in the 80's. So glad to see Flagstaff get another military surplus. It had been too long. Scott, the owner, is a great guy who runs an honest shop. He takes trades on old gear and will try to give you an honest price. Lot's of old gear along with new knives and tactical accessories. Not into 'Airsoft' but they have a lot of that stuff as well. read more
