Large Thai tea with boba and extra ice instead of easy
    Rebecca C.

I've ordered from here before about a month ago and I ordered the Thai tea with boba. It was really good, not too much ice, plenty of leftover boba and the tea was really good. However, I just went in to get the same drink as last time, a large Thai tea with boba. I also asked for easy ice. They gave me my drink and I was happy and left. I try it only to taste old, wrinkly, and even some uncooked boba in the drink. It made the boba have a weird texture and taste, and the uncooked ones were hard and crumbly. The tea itself was fine. Also as it shows in the photo, they definitely didn't go easy on the ice. I liked this place the first time I came, but after this second time, I don't think this was worth the $5. Going to be looking for another boba place in town.

The boba was ok. The service was horrid. I walked in to find two young ladies on their lab tops, did not acknowledge me as a customer. The place was empty. The only reason I went here was to TRY and support a local business. Front hostess need to be trained on how to greet customers and communicate. I likely won't be back which is unfortunate as I'm a Flagstaff local.

The boba and drinks here are both amazing! I was super happy to find a good boba place in Flag and this is me and my friends GO TO SPOT on the weekends and weekdays. My only critique is that the environment of the store is really quiet, like barely any music so kind of awkward and the appearance is very home-kitchen-like, very unexpected. However, aside from the visuals and vibe on the inside, the boba is fresh and the drinks are delicious.

Finally, a real bubble milk tea shop in Flagstaff, with prices cheaper than I typically pay in Phoenix! Their Signature Milk Tea has a good strong oolong tea flavor. They also have coffee and ice cream, with shaved ice coming soon. I am kinda surprised that no one else has reviewed them on Yelp yet.

First time here and the lady at the front desk was very rude. I'd highly recommend going to Java Juice cafe instead for boba.

This is a side counter to the Chinese restaurant next door. They don't serve coffee! Kinda rude too...

One of our favorite tea spots to stop at whenever we're in Flagstaff. They sell their own teas…read morein-house, which is a nice touch. My boyfriend ordered the hot London Fog and really enjoyed it. I can't remember the exact name of my drink - something like Orange Dream - but it was delicious as well. You can actually taste the tea, and it doesn't taste artificial at all. Super good. There's plenty of seating inside, which makes it a great place to hang out. The only downside is parking - finding a spot in Flagstaff can be tricky, and most of the parking in the area is paid. That said, it wasn't too busy when we went around 8am. Definitely recommend!

I knew I was in trouble at Steep Leaf Lounge the moment I asked for coffee and the room got quiet…read more Coffee? No (well they do have one option) Latte? Also no (they do have tea lattes) Hot chocolate? Technically yes... but even that comes with Earl Grey tea inside. These folks are deeply, passionately committed to one thing: dried leaves steeped in hot water. And honestly, they do it well. If you're a tea lover, this place is your Disneyland. The selection is impressive, the vibe is relaxed, and the people behind the counter clearly care about what they're doing. There's a real enthusiasm here for the craft of tea, and that kind of passion is always fun to see. That said, my one issue was a pretty important one on a cold Flagstaff day... My tea showed up lukewarm. Now normally I'm a pretty forgiving person... but when it's 40 degrees outside and tea is the entire business model, this feels like a pretty big detail. When tea is the whole menu, temperature isn't a detail... it's the headliner. I like the concept. I respect the passion. It's just a bit limiting for my taste, and the execution missed slightly on the most important note. Three stars. A cool idea... that just needed to be a little hotter.
