Bathroom could be cleaner. Otherwise fast friendly service. Drive thru was busy. Staff was busy. It is a Starbucks.

The team that works at Starbucks is absolutely amazing! I stopped in this morning for coffee and was blown away by how kind everyone at the Starbucks location was. Even though it was not even 5:30 in the morning they were so welcoming and cheerful! It was such a bright Start to my day

Quiet. Clean. Tasty. AND COMFY Chairs! Comfy chairs is my personal pet peeve about a lot of the Starbucks not having any comfortable place to sit. This place does. God bless the people who need to study but there are a few of us who like to just relax and drink our coffee with a friend. Thank you Starbucks for providing a good place for a visit.

When I visited here they did not allow indoor seating. The layout of the place is awkward compared to other Bucks. Service and my coffee was average. I rank this a below average Starbucks.

Yes they are open for business and fully Remodeled. Everything about the store is new and modern . The employees are still super friendly and accommodating. Issac is awesome and always remembers my order.

If you need to stop for a quick cup of coffee on your ride along Interstate 40. This is it. It has a great view and a lovely outdoor patio to give you a break from driving. The staff is alway kind and friendly

Spacious interior!

This was my first time at the Flagstaff Starbucks. It was the morning before I started a long drive and I needed coffee quick. It looked busy, but when we came in and there was no line I was optimistic. We placed our order and the drinks were ready very soon after that. Not only were they made correctly, they were delicious. Thank you for starting my road trip off right!

Dysfunctional, dystopian and overall odd place to try to grab a coffee. Good luck getting out of there in less than 25 minutes. I guess I should have went to Target, bought a bag, coffee maker and made my own in my hotel room. There were 17 people besides me when I left and 5 employees. Typically Starbucks will do a drip coffee without question, but I was met with a stern no from Isaac and another employee. I guess it's a good thing to keep the COVID spirits alive and have as many people shoved into one place. For such a progressive company like Starbucks to establish a new corporate policy (per the two employees) and to not pour the simple coffee is an odd decision to say the least. I had to wait behind myriad specialty drinks, online orders and more. I get it, I was indeed after them, but I've been a patron of Starbucks for years and it's always about getting the drip coffee orders out the door. All that said, mmmm this coffee taste like the smorgasbord of employees and chaos. I will definitely be back /s For the Corp rep that sees this, empower your team to keep the crowds down. It's not safe or a good customer experience. Your employees handled all the pressure well for the record and should be commended for dealing with the stress.

Friendly and fast staff. The Pink and Dragon drinks are my favorite. The teas are also tasty.

Bathrooms were unsanitary at this location in Flagstaff. It is in a convenient location on a busy street.

I knew I was in trouble at Steep Leaf Lounge the moment I asked for coffee and the room got quiet…read more Coffee? No (well they do have one option) Latte? Also no (they do have tea lattes) Hot chocolate? Technically yes... but even that comes with Earl Grey tea inside. These folks are deeply, passionately committed to one thing: dried leaves steeped in hot water. And honestly, they do it well. If you're a tea lover, this place is your Disneyland. The selection is impressive, the vibe is relaxed, and the people behind the counter clearly care about what they're doing. There's a real enthusiasm here for the craft of tea, and that kind of passion is always fun to see. That said, my one issue was a pretty important one on a cold Flagstaff day... My tea showed up lukewarm. Now normally I'm a pretty forgiving person... but when it's 40 degrees outside and tea is the entire business model, this feels like a pretty big detail. When tea is the whole menu, temperature isn't a detail... it's the headliner. I like the concept. I respect the passion. It's just a bit limiting for my taste, and the execution missed slightly on the most important note. Three stars. A cool idea... that just needed to be a little hotter.

One of our favorite tea spots to stop at whenever we're in Flagstaff. They sell their own teas…read morein-house, which is a nice touch. My boyfriend ordered the hot London Fog and really enjoyed it. I can't remember the exact name of my drink - something like Orange Dream - but it was delicious as well. You can actually taste the tea, and it doesn't taste artificial at all. Super good. There's plenty of seating inside, which makes it a great place to hang out. The only downside is parking - finding a spot in Flagstaff can be tricky, and most of the parking in the area is paid. That said, it wasn't too busy when we went around 8am. Definitely recommend!
