The best coffee I have had at a small business!! It was so sweet and creamy - I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and it was delicious!! I live out of town and this was the first place I tried coming into it and I wasn't disappointed. It is a cute little drive up shop that reminds me of Washington coffee shops!! The service was 10/10 i specifically requested extra sweet and got that- I usually have to hand it back to get it extra sweet but the barista knew exactly what I meant! when I come back to flagstaff; I will be coming here for my morning coffee! read more

Great first visit! There wasn't a line, I'm glad their sign said Open or I wouldn't be sure if they were open. I wanted to support local and try a new coffee place while visiting flagstaff. The dirty chai was delicious and boy did I feel the shots- their coffee was fresh! Tasted great as well! Got it with oat mik. Got my daughter a strawberry smoothie, it actually tasted like it had some real strawberries in it as well, not just straight syrup. Then also had my Dog with me and she was lucky to get a cute pup cup with a dog treat in it :) Customer service was amazing! Sweet girl working, left her a little tip. Overall all I would totally go back. Downfall, no bathroom at least from what I could see and wish they had a little mote options or fun seasonal fun drinks. I love Wicked and would choose them over Dutch any day...Unfortunately, they're training yet another girl at the downtown location and even though I was very specific with my order, she still got mine wrong as well as my passengers. Yuck! The person training her was just smiling away I couldn't rain on her parade, but the drinks were like sewer water. We drove over to the location on old 66, and let Arwen know we had a bad experience. She not only remade our drinks, but knew exactly what she was doing, added some extra love && those drinks were FIRE!!!! Thank you girl you saved two mamas that day! read more

In flagstaff with family during medical emergency for 3 weeks. Have gone to wicked az coffee almost everyday had really good service and really good coffee for 3 weeks. Then today went and got coffee it was burnt to the point where you couldn't drink it had them try to re make it and it was worse the second time. So took it back a second time to just get a refund and move on then they would not give money back. read more

Decent drinks! Not to compare but about the same price as Dutch bros but a little less quality. They usually only have one person working so it can be on the slower side and there's definitely inconsistencies like sweetness level. I love the cute little drive up coffee spots! That's one of my favorite things about traveling outside of California. The girl working was super sweet and service was so fast! She helped to suggest some coffees for us. The only complaint was the coffees were too sweet. So, if you don't like a super sweet coffee, ask them to go light on the syrups or choose their sugar free options! We will definitely try again when we come back to Flagstaff! read more

Up and at em early before heading to check out some historical stuff nearby and we came across Wicked Coffee. While small this drive thru coffee spot is kicking ass. The location was easy to get to and offers ordering from each side of the building. While they don't offer cold brew which I prefer they did say they could make an iced americano if id of liked. I opted for an iced vanilla latte instead. Service was great and the coffee flavor was awesome and not masked with too much syrup or overdone with milk. Prices were great. read more

Def one of my favorite local gems! I've been coming to Wicked Coffee for years every time I'm in Flagstaff. They have 2 locations and both are drive thrus. The majority of the time I try something different and it's usually always very good. Drive up coffee shops that seem to be almost littered around Arizona. I went to a few of these coffee shops and I have to say they were really good. I love how I was able to watch them make the drinks since you were just in your car by the window. I also really enjoyed the fact that it is a smaller menu so it is easier to comprehend while also being easier to read from the car.. The reason I gave this place four stars is due to me being a pickier coffee drinker, and so it leaves less for me to drink there. They had a butterscotch drink around Halloween and it was one of my favorite dress I've ever had. Unfortunately it was only at Halloween time which means I haven't been able to go there as much. The items on their menu, for people who are not as picky with their coffee as I am, seem very well-rounded and as if it's a place that anyone could find something to get. I wish they had the butterscotch drink again though. The people who work there have been extremely sweet and very happy to answer any questions that I have had. I became a regular for them during this time since they had a drink that I absolutely loved (I have not yet found another drink there that stood as high for me). During my time of going here have not had a negative experience whatsoever with the staff. My first time going here was before an hours long trip to Las Vegas for Halloween of 2023 - this was a great start to a long trip as it helped to solidify a positive memory for me. I will say part of me giving four stars is also due to a lack of music playing there. It left me and my friend awkwardly sitting there in silence waiting for our drinks as each time we attempted to talk the worker would come over. I think it would be a really great idea for these locations to play music so their customers can vibe out in the car. Overall, if you're looking for a place with really sweet staff and a menu that is not as intimidating as other places also not having to leave your car, I think this would be a great spot to visit. I know for a fact that when the butterscotch drink returns, I will happily be there as often as possible to get one. read more

I haven't been back in awhile, but the experiences I did have were hit and miss. Sometimes they'd be good and sometimes they'd be awful. The coffee itself is good if there's not an overbearing about of sweet stuff out in. I prefer getting the coffee black, and putting my own creamer to my liking. Sometimes certain employees are not friendly, and have an unpleasant attitude. This is partially the reason why I haven't returned. I hope they can correct this, so those of us who have had no so pleasant experiences would give them a try again. I do love the convenience of a drive up/through small coffee location. The barista was super friendly and informative and provided us with some really good drinks.
