Also no (they do have tea lattes) Hot chocolate? Technically yes... but even that comes with Earl Grey tea inside. These folks are deeply, passionately committed to one thing: dried leaves steeped in hot water. And honestly, they do it well. If you're a tea lover, this place is your Disneyland. The selection is impressive, the vibe is relaxed, and the people behind the counter clearly care about what they're doing. There's a real enthusiasm here for the craft of tea, and that kind of passion is always fun to see. That said, my one issue was a pretty important one on a cold Flagstaff day... My tea showed up lukewarm. Now normally I'm a pretty forgiving person... but when it's 40 degrees outside and tea is the entire business model, this feels like a pretty big detail. This is my regular choice because it's pretty close the the freeway on ramp. There's plenty of searing. It's clean and the staff is always kind and helpful.
