I'm giving 2 stars because the young lady helping me was so nice. Honestly if you don't like bitter coffee then this place isn't for you. Even after trying to make it sweeter it was still bitter. I ended up adding a ton of sugar and flavored creamer just so I could drink my $7 coffee :/ read more

I'm not going to lie, I am visiting from out of town and the line for Dutch Bros was huge. So I yelped the next closest shop with a drive through and this place popped up. I was really happy with my coffee. I would actually choose their Irish cream breve over DB. My husband enjoyed his caramel frap. And they gave treats to my dogs who were in the car. Good coffee, quick, and friendly. Really that's all anyone can ever ask for. read more

Have always loved wicked az's coffee but tonight I had such an amazing experience that really elevated it even more! The person at the window could tell I was not having a good day (I had been crying and it was a really bad time for me) and I could tell she noticed right away, but instead of saying anything about it (which would have been bad for me so she was intuitive) she merely told me she had paid for my drink with a kind smile! It blew me away! I am not sure I have ever experienced this level of pure kindness, and from a stranger no less! Truly above and beyond! It really made my day! Thank you so much! read more

A double-sided coffee drive-thru, how convenient! The coffee market in Flagstaff is totally oversaturated, leading to great quality and low prices pretty much everywhere you go. The service at Wicked AZ left a little to be desired, but a classic iced Americano was sufficiently strong to fuel my drive home, and at a cheap $3. read more

Hello one, hello all To a review of a coffee shop that beats all It's a place so wicked I reviewed it twice Two different locations Both equally nice This one's in Flagstaff on Route 66 It's one of the best spots to get your coffee fix First I must admit I still don't understand why coffee is a hit Starbucks is bitter, burnt, and weak I say go for the WiFi and drink up the tea. There are other shops to choose from, this I know But to tell you the truth I find their coffee so so Which is why Wicked Coffee stands apart As the only coffee shop that has my heart The coffee is not too bitter Nor is it too sweet It won't give you the jitters But its still coffee, so beware the heat The drink selections are also diverse Some will love this, others will curse One of my favorite choices is the chai It's a real delight which I suggest you try. The service is good the staff is friendly They usually greet me warmly upon entry The prices are fair, the sizes are fine And best of all, there is hardly a line It's open early and its open late Flexible hours never tasted so great Hark this song of praise Of a wicked place that will amaze It may be called wicked but it comes from above As the only coffee shop in town that I love read more

When coffee is offered via drive thru, we try it. Wicked has been in Flagstaff for a long time and we love getting a quick caffeine fix from them. One of my go-to drinks is the iced snickers latte- tastes EXACTLY like the candy bar in liquid form. They have lots of other great drinks too, hot, iced and kid friendly. They actually make a lot of the same drinks as the other guys with the coffee drive thru (ehem, Dutch Bros). Grab a punch card at your next visit, I'm sure you'll get that free drink in no time! read more

The 911 or cardiac or whatever they are calling it with 6 shots is SO good. They make it with Irish cream breve so it doesn't just taste like straight espresso. The place is drive through and its one way in one way out so make sure you enter in the right spot! read more

Wow. Seriously drove up to the window at 11:39am on a Thursday. Had my hot vanilla latte and back driving at 11:40. Fast service made up for me passing it and having to turn around! Friendly service only complimented the speed! read more

We were on the east side of town as we were heading out to the Sunset Crater to do some hiking and exploring. We didn't want to brave downtown & saw the Wicked Arizona's Coffee kiosk on the side of the road & decided to chance it. It turned out to be great! We got 2 doppio breves and both were very good. The ladies there know how to pull a good shot and were as nice as could be. They also did have soy milk for the kids (Silk). Wouldn't hesitate to return (as we did) if we were on that side of town and needed something. We do enjoy Macy's for the coffee and the atmosphere but it can also come with a side of attitude. Not so at Wicked Arizona's Coffee. read more

Everyone that works at Wicked AZ Coffee is very friendly and knows how to make the drinks. Having worked at a drive thru coffee shop myself, I know that it can be challenging when the line of a cars gets to be pretty long and it isn't always easy to keep a smile on your face but the employees of Wicked AZ Coffee seem to make it happen. Once you've been there a few times they remember your name and or your drink which is always nice when you're in a hurry. The best part is that they're on the East and West side of town on Route 66. read more

I used to be a die hard fan. But now, it is inconsistent at best. It's like the girls aren't getting any training. I expect better for a $5 coffee. Wicked needs to get back to their roots and stop trying to be like Starbucks. I avoid Starbucks like the plague. And for the love of coffee, please find a solution for the drive through. I realize it's not Wicked'd fault that IHOP screwed that up, but for the majority of us who have big vehicles, it's awkward. read more

What a cool little place to come for coffee as a pass through city. It's a small little drive through that serves some sweet coffee drinks. The sexi mexi is a horchata coffee. Nice and sweet and you can even get whip on top! The mocha drink was good too. I might recommend these blended. The iced were tasty too. These specialty drinks are sweet so maybe ask for easy sugar if you are not into too sweet drinks. I was impressed because they actually had coffee flavor and the price was reasonable. Fun place to go for something other than a latte from Starbucks! read more

I really wanted to give this place four stars but just couldn't do it after interacting with the lady that was working. I don't think she knows how to talk to people because we were getting one word answers out of her and she kept looking at us like we were speaking a foreign language. We had to order a simple cup of coffee three times before she realized we weren't ordering a latte. She was also very slow and didn't know how to multitask. When we got our drinks they were very good and piping hot. I ordered an Italian Stallion (italian soda) with coconut flavor and that was delicious. The drinks were really good and deserved four stars, but the customer service was lacking and brought the score down unfortunately. Another plus for Wicked AZ Coffee is the price. Really cheap and way more affordable than Starbucks. read more

This place was ok. It's like a Dutch bros knockoff- just more mom and popish but still hippy. Nothing wrong with that at all. The girl was friendly, and I can't complain about her willingness to help. Listen however, she did not. Got both our drinks wrong, probably because she was trying to chit chat while taking our drink orders at the same time. My drink was awful. I basically told her it was our first time there and we were used to SB. She asked what I normally drink and said she could whip up something very similar. No she could not. Maybe if I stuck to their menu and didn't ask her for a suggestion, it may have worked out. Either way, my experience there was not the best. read more

Coffee is actually great, pricey for what you get though. Lids have a small crack in them 50% of the time which can be very inconvenient.

I love this location ! I ordered a Wicked Rockstar with Strawberry and the girl working suggested a Starburst instead. So I ordered that one (which has become my favorite drink). I've never gotten any attitude for ordering it off the "secret" menu. Most of the time when I pull up, she knows my order. If I bring in my blender bottle they're always happy to put my drink in it. They've always been very nice and I appreciate it so much! read more

If you need a Wicked Cup of Coffee to make that long ass trek to Albuquerque before stopping in Gallup then this is your spot. The Sexi Mexi was delicious and get me in high spirits for that boring drive. Ps don't drive a uhaul through here with a trailer though. There is a fence next to the stand that makes it a pain. Other than that I will absolutely repeat every time I come through Flagstaff, AZ. Cheers! read more

By far the best one of them all. I personally only ever get the dirty chai's and they are always on point. I go here daily and the staff know my order when i pull up and give me "VIP" treatment every time. The couple other times I've went tot he other one on the west side of town the drinks have been sub par at best. Highly recommend this coffee place to anyone who is new to the area like myself. read more

Just drove through the Rt. 66 location and dealt with the worst server ever!! I like to treat my daughter every couple of weeks to a coffee. Her favorite is the Wicked AZ Almond Joy, so today we decided to stop as she had to leave out of town for a sporting event. Our bill was $10.50, I handed the clerk $10 in gift certificates and a $5 bill; she gave me back two $1.00 gift certificates and fifty cents. When I told her the change was wrong, she argued that I had only given her $6.00 in gift certificates, which stills makes the change wrong. On top of that, my coffee was awful!! I always try to support local businesses, but it looks like I will be switching back to Starbucks!! read more

They'll also tell you that it'll take longer for your pour over, you'll say "hey maybe just nevermind the whole thing." To which they'll struggle to not glare at you. So you say oh no worries of course I'll wait more than the standard ten minutes. And finally- they don't even make their own syrups. They have a lot of great specials in addition to their menu, so it's hard to recommend specific dishes, but you can't go wrong with getting a burrito. I love their carne asada and their birria is so tasty--it melts right in your mouth. Come in the morning to snag some pastries. They have conchas, cinnamon rolls, you name it. In the past when I went, there was a long line, but that was a Sunday so it could've just been the church crowd.

I can truly say there's nothing bad on this menu! The staff is always super welcoming and friendly and the ambiance is refreshing. It's a smaller space and it does get pretty busy, so be aware of that. The best part is that the cafe is family owned, with roots in Playa del Carmen, MX.
