The staff is cordial, respectful, and genuinely helpful. If you ask for recommendations, they won't hesitate to point you in the right direction. I also appreciate that their oat milk lattes don't contain sunflower seed oil, which is a big no-no for me. I love everything about this place. I love how clean it is and how friendly the staff are. I love that there's actually parking. I love that there are places you can sit and work and places you can just chat with friends (though at noon on a weekday, it did feel a lot like a coworking space, with one lady not modulating her voice at all for a Zoom call that she decided we were all going to be part of, lol). Such a cute coffee shop! We stopped by here on a whim after an appointment, and I will say the store is very esthetically pleasing! There's a lot of natural light and the decorations are very earthy and inviting. Their baristas are super kind and patient. They recommended the honey matcha latte, which was supposedly customers favorite. The honey matcha latte was very refreshing. It wasn't too sweet and the matcha was on the lighter side. There's a small parking lot to the left of the shop. It is spacious enough to hang out at or do some work. Very quiet on a slow day. read more

I've been wanting to stop just never have. it was late afternoon so there was a handful of people there but not crowded. the decor is clean and simple, real sweet inside. Since it wasnt busy I was able to ask a lot of questions. Hassan was working (I hope I remembered that right) and was super patient with me. He answered all of my questions in a very friendly way that didnt make me feel dumb for asking. I'm a new coffee drinker so I always have questions. I'm also diabetic so I have to have sugar free flavors. I think the only downside was that they (like most coffee shops) only have Vanilla as a sugar free option. He made my latte and while I was a little nervous that it wouldn't taste good it was really delicious. It didn't taste burnt or too much for me, it was just right. I value both Hassans kindness and how delicious my coffee is. Will definitely be back. read more

Lots of seating, with beautiful window tables as well as a new back section with comfy booths. This is a great place to spend a few hours reading or working. From the moment we got in, we were welcome with s smile. They have s small parking on the side and plenty of street parking. The decor is very clean and pleasant. My friend and I had coffee and catch up on an upcoming project. The atmosphere is so nice and relaxing, totally made me forget about the rain. Super cute aesthetic but I've been here a couple of times now and haven't been too impressed with the drinks. Our barista was super friendly and helpful in her recommendations so service was perfect! Drinks came out quickly. A good amount of seating is available for being such a small place. I ordered the matcha latte with almond milk and since it doesn't come sweetened, I opted for vanilla flavoring. The portions here are tiny. They charge $1 for milk alternatives which is normal but the $0.75 for vanilla flavoring that I couldn't even taste was crazy. The matcha was good though, tasted good quality. But I was pretty disappointed in my drink overall. I wish it was sweeter but it was just matcha water unfortunately. 3/5 Overall, service and vibes are great here but drinks are okay. This place may be more catered to people who like their drinks simple and strong not so much for those of us who like sweet and flavored drinks so unfortunately it was a miss for me. read more

I want to meet the interior designer of this cafe because it is seriously adorable! So pinterest/insta worthy. Lots of seating and it has a second room with even more space for chilling. Only one person working when we stopped by so service was a little slow. We waited about 4-5 minutes to order before we were helped but our drinks came out quick. I ordered an iced black tea with a touch of simple syrup. Very tasty! 8/10 My daughter ordered an iced mocha with soy milk. She liked it but had to ask for a bit more chocolate sauce because it wasn't very strong. 7/10 My son loved his hot chocolate. 8.5/10 Always nice to take a break from large coffee corporations and trying new coffees while out and about. I stumbled upon Steelhead Coffee after a stroll around Bixby Knolls. Many of my friends have recommended this coffee shop to me and I was super excited to give it a try. As you walk in, you'll be greeted by many tables and chairs perfect for working. I saw about 15 people working there and enjoying drinks. Ordering was extremely simple and the menu is very easy to read. The barista was incredibly kind and gave me recommendations for a drink was strong and sweet. I opted for a latte with an extra shot of espresso and a matcha latte with strawberry foam on top. The star of the show was definitely in the Matcha latte with a sweet and fresh strawberry foam. The strawberry tasted like real strawberry, which I was pleasantly surprised about. I am definitely returning for a weekly dose of Matcha latte with strawberry foam. I read a few mixed reviews on parking, but I got here at 2:30 on a Monday and there were easily 10 spots available on the close by street + private lot. However there was only one bar seating available, but it didn't feel crowded. Most people were studying quietly. So far, I'm a fan! Clean place, cute plants, drinks are good, & wifi.
