I was recommended to order a 12oz for the most balance and MAYYN was the barista on point. The espresso and syrup blend super well and has the perfect hint of sweetness. Don't expect a crazy strong banana flavor. I feel like people expect strong fruit flavors in their drinks all the time. If you like coffee that's on the sweeter side, this may not be for you. I like my coffee strong and this feels like a perfect medium for when I don't want to be wired but need a cool start to my day. Not Vietnamese coffee strong, but not latte light if that makes sense. Service: 10/10 Barista/cashier was very very pleasant and friendly! Not sure if he's the owner or not, but he felt super genuine, which is so refreshing. It just felt like he appreciated coffee and was looking to help me find what I was looking for. The other barista was cleaning and also felt knowledgeable as she was helping guests figure out what they were looking for. They bring your coffee out to you. Not sure if they will be able to if it's super busy. Ambiance: 10/10 This place is literally perfect. Yes, heavy glazing this coffee spot haha. So much natural lighting, which I think is amazing. It's so nice to sit along the windowsill and be able to work with a view of the outside. Wasn't super busy when I came (Tuesday 1pm). There's light chatter and music was great in terms of choice and volume. Didn't need to wear my headphones at all. There's outlets here and there, so if it's busy, you might not be able to nab one. Street parking only, but it was easy to find. TDLR: Great study spot or place to catch up with a friend! Very mellow chill vibes. Your average coffee shop pricing, but worth it. Staff are friendly, music on the calmer side, volume of music is great, street parking, lots of natural lighting, clean, and mostly stool seating. Nothing but positive feedback from me. Cute little modern shop! I ordered an iced vanilla latte + strawberry cold foam. I was disappointed :( the coffee flavor wasn't very present & they put very little foam ($2 extra) on both of ours! Each drink was about $10 which is crazy for a standard latte. My mom also got a hot hey bub & it tasted like milk. I've been to the other location & loved it, so maybe they are still working things out here! read more

3.5 stars. I loved the environment created inside the space. They sell candles and other knickknacks AND even have a water refill station! Coffee came out fast and service was great. Plenty of street parking. Tons of syrups to choose from! Very traditional menu. Coffee isn't super strong or prominent. I got a matcha with banana syrup. The banana flavor wasn't present at all even though they use real bananas in the drink. Even went to ask for more syrup and it didn't really help. The latte with rose/cardamom syrup didn't taste rose at all but def cardamom. I enjoyed it just lowkey very basic iced coffee. read more

Welcome to the neighborhood! Came in on a Monday mid-morning, there were a handful of people quietly working on their laptops. The interior was spacious and bright, with ample seating and tons of natural lighting. My husband noticed immediately that they were playing A Tribe Called Quest, so bonus points for setting the vibe. I ordered a 12oz iced lavender latte. Their housemade lavender syrup was definitely as flower-y as you would hope it would be. The espresso was robust but not bitter, and the whole drink felt super classy. It was also pricey, but it's 2026 so. I highly recommend paying them a visit at this new location, especially if you plan to hang out for a little while. read more

Having visited the original Cyclops Coffee several times, we were excited to check out the new shop on Anaheim Street today. What a great location! I think this will become a very popular local spot. I love the decor...simple and streamlined, with a cram and brown color scheme. It is very inviting and pleasant. Lots of windows flood the space with light. The coffee is excellent. The treats are baked by the outstanding Colossus Bakery! Service was great! The staff were very nice, encouraging us to find a seat and they would bring our drinks to us. My cappuccino with banana syrup was excellent. The aesthetic is minimal and calming, and I liked that they just had chill lo-fi music playing. So glad there's finally a coffee shop in my neighborhood that I could walk to! Parking can be a little difficult as it's mostly street parking. Inside is very spacious and well lit. Their coffee and pastries are delicious. The baristas were all so nice and welcoming. Will definitely stop by again to try other drinks on their menu. read more

The listing says "dogs allowed," but dogs are actually not allowed here. Only service dogs are permitted, and even then it's in‑and‑out -- you can't sit inside with your dog. There's no sign posted about this policy, and I've seen several dogs here over the past few weeks, so the rules seem inconsistent. Just sharing this so other dog owners aren't caught off guard.
