Helpful staff, got me set up and ready to go ..................needed storage fast they helped me ton

Arrived at storage at 1PM and lost key to lock. Needed lock cut off, so I headed to the office and it was locked up. There's a large sign reading that they are here and to call or text. I did both. Call went directly to voice mail, and no response to text. I called the business office and they stated that Paul was at the Boulevard location (an hours drive away), but they would text him. An hour later..... No call back, no response and no Paul. It's ridiculous that this organization depends on one person to manage more than one location and the response is sorry and I understand. Paul just arrive a few minutes after 2PM stating he was at lunch from 1-2PM daily. I asked why there was a sign and he said corporate wouldn't allow it. He was kind, cordial and most importantly helpful. This organization is incompetent and doesn't know their ass from their elbow. read more

I rented a unit at StaxUp Storage in Alpine on Tavern Road to prepare to move from my home after my husband died. After several months, I was able to move my things to free storage - money was getting tight. So on February 9th I informed the employee at StaxUp that I needed to move my things out. He didn't bother to tell me that ONLY if I removed out by the close of the following day would I get any of my $389 rent back. The unit is re-rented as of today and he's collecting double rent! He told me it's company policy. My policy is to warn everyone how heartless StaxUp is. read more

Do not get a storage here, we had our unit broken into and found out there were others around the same time. They were to cheap to put cameras in the hallways and after we got our stuff stolen they didn't help to find the perpetrators. I have called over and over to see what they found and they said they were busy and would look later! So frustrating do yourself a favor stay away from this place! read more

Typical bait & switch Tell you one thing on the phone (flat out lie) that they have a unit you want then when you get there it's a whole different story as they try and rent you a different unit. Who does that? They said I'd be next for it then I get a call that they just got another one and I can have it. Cool. Then 15 min later call me to tell me they have to give it to someone else that was a head of me. That would be ok but then don't tell me I'm next twice & call me, then back out of your offer both times. Not happy with their business practices at all. read more

Ok so getting a uhaul truck was fairly easy with them so I will give them that what makes this a bad review is simple the lady my wife took the truck back to was complaining about another customer then she decided not to check the over night key return and charged us for a extra day after arguing with her she went out and checked the box and to her surprise the key was there like we told her still got stuck with a extra day I will never go through them again read more

I was greeted by Valencia, ( the on site manager), her enthusiasm and expertise made me feel comfortable. With her help I quickly decided which size unit I needed. She escorted me to look at a few units, they were all nice and clean. I finally picked one out. The transaction was very smooth. Later, I realized I would need a bigger unit.
