Don't go here if you like having something to drink with your meal because the staff will not ask you if you want anything to drink.

Ordered BUY ONE GET ONE FREE sandwich and salad thru uber eats. It arrived late, no plastic silverware or napkins for salad, and MISSING the free one. We tried a new app called beer nuggets!! unfortunately we were never told about any Sunday specials and would have definitely tried the specials! We had a burger and a sandwich! The sandwich was just ok and my husband ordered his burger medium rare and egg hard - very disappointing , there was no pink and all brown for his burger & egg was runny ! He's not a person to send back food ! Needless to say when I saw a Instagram post laster the same day with all their specials food and drinks I was super bummed !!! Sept. 20 was my first visit to Station 34. My friend and I chose it because we remembered that a new place has replaced Blues Bar (quite awhile ago) and we'd never tried it. We ate in the tent on their patio, which felt safe and comfortable on a cooler late summer day. I ordered the southwest chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. Both were about average -- probably what you'd expect them to be -- which was fine for a no-frills place. Our server was very pleasant, and accommodated my friend's customization request without issue. Throughout our meal, he was almost overly attentive, maybe because they didn't seem particularly busy that day. Overall, I'd return if I happened to be in the area, but Station 34 probably won't be top of mind when choosing a place to eat. read more

It's heartbreaking, because the Detroit style pizza is SO GOOD (most of the time) from Station 34. We have never eaten in, and have ordered now 5 times for delivery. 2 out of the 5- fine. We're in a very strange time right now, and to protect our family, we try to go out as little as possible to protect our household and businesses that we patronize. The meal is supposed to be comped, but we still waited 2 1/2 hours for uncooked pizza. If you are on a schedule, have children to feed, or are leaving for work...I would never recommend ordering from this unfortunately unreliable spot. Station 34 is by far my family's favorite place to eat and drink. The atmosphere is always electric, with either sports or live music, and Chef Soto's menu continues to blow us away! March 2020 - I am updating my review from 11 months ago when I gave 5 stars. Now it's 1. Never going back. We were not let in due to incompetent people working the host desk. We were told last night at 6:30pm we could put our name in since they were only immediately seating reservations. There were only 3 names on the wait list. 3 high tops remained empty for the 50 mins we waited. When a couple standing at the bar took one of the high tops the hostess said that was their table (a lie). They were asked to get up 20mins later by another employee. Many people were turned away while we waited. The hostess ignored many people arriving to see if there was availability. A father and son had the same experience and left. When I asked the seating host how long the wait would be after 50 mins he said an hour! I asked why the tables remained empty he said they were for reservations. "That's our policy". I asked for what time and he could not tell me. We could have eaten and left during the hour they were empty. The picture I attached shows the massive wasted space not used. We left at 7:30 and went to Draft Picks. We were immediately seated and had a great night with super service. There are too many other are options in the area to be treated like this. We'll take our money elsewhere April 2019 - I live in town and have been here twice since the new ownership has taken over. Food and service is very good. Being a Chicago guy I love their Detroit style pizza which is pan style with carmellized crust. You'd be Hard pressed to find better in Detroit. Even topping you won't find anywhere else Plenty of screens for your favorite game. A bonus is their craft beer selection. They don't have an enormous selection but it is always rotating and you'll find something you like. They also have scheduled tap takeovers which is nice. Live in downtown Mt Prospect and always enjoy Station 34. They have good deals most days of the week. Wings and pizza are always a favorite whenever we bring people there. Only weird issue I've ever run into came when I ordered a pizza over the phone. They had a daily special that day which made the pizza cheaper but would not apply it to my order since I ordered over the phone and not thru their website. Our server (Donovan?) was awesome, checked in on us when we needed and made some good recommendations. We were there on a Sunday, and they had brunch/breakfast menus that day. I believe they also have daily specials, and on Sunday they had $1.50 minis (1 order = 4 minis = $6, mini=slider, mini buffalo chicken, mini pulled pork). They also allowed us to do 2 and 2 which was nice. The sliders were really good and I honestly filled up pretty quick with just those. But being really hungry, we also ordered the Haystack and a large Detroit pepperoni pizza. The pizza was good, and tasted best fresh at the restaurant (reheating just wasn't as good). The Haystack was pretty big, 2 large biscuits halved so almost 4 biscuits with scrambled eggs and a pile of hash browns covered in gravy. Just thinking about it makes me think about going on a diet. I ate about half a biscuit before I was stuffed. It started out pretty quiet when we got there, but got pretty busy by the time we left. They said to come in right when they open and we would be good. We did just that but would not let us put 2 high tops together. They basically told me that we couldn't sit there. I loved the wings (tough critic here) and I loved the jalapeño popper pizza (cream cheese, jalapeño, bacon). It was hit when I had it delivered. The staff was super friendly and nice when I called to make sure my wings were done traditional (you can do breaded or traditional). The only thing I wish is that I had more sauce for the wings. Been coming here since Blues Bar. As a huge Blues Brothers movie fan, it was disappointing it didn't work out. We've tried every place since then but this place is the best by far! The layout has always been awesome but this time the food is outstanding! You need to get the cheese bomb which is a pan cheese pizza for $8.95 which is a crazy deal. We've had the boneless wings which were also good although their blue cheese was a little watery. Their burger sliders were excellent and the beef was juicy and the veggies were fresh. Great app since you get 4. Most places give you 3 for some lopsided 3rd wheel party you might be having. Overall, this place is awesome and hopefully it lasts. My husband and I were at Station 34 on 7/24 for dinner and had a very negative experience and tried to contact the restaurant manager on their website without response and later sent an email directly to the owner who also never responded. We were there on 7/24 and asked our server about the Sunday night wings and sliders on special that was promoted on Station 34's website and Facebook page that day. The server said that was no longer available and asked if we were showing her old screenshots from Facebook and their website, implying we were trying to "get away" with something. We showed her it was current in real time that day from our phone, so she then said they have an outside vendor that updates their online presence and obviously did not update anything so it is not Station 34's responsibility to take any action. Since the specials were discontinued and not available, we ordered two entrees. After waiting between another 30-40 minutes for the food to arrive without no one ever coming back to the table with any status update, asking to refill or reorder drinks, etc. I was given the incorrect meal. Also, we were served the food and not given any silverware or napkins. This was most frustrating as we asked not once, not twice but THREE TIMES for silverware/napkins! After asking for the third time, I tracked our waitress down and told her since the order was wrong and I had no silverware/napkins to eat with, to just send it back as I did not want to wait another 30-40 minutes and have been expected to eat with my hands. At this point, the server said for the first time the kitchen was backed up and still did not bring silverware/napkins for my husband to use to eat his meal. I know this is long, but I know that I would have appreciated being made aware of how this establishment operates so I would not be surprised by the nonexistence of basic customer service and complete lack of management accountability. Finally checked this place out after seeing recommendations in the MP Facebook neighborhood group. I heard great things about the ahi tuna nachos, and they were just as tasty as I had hoped they would be! The lamb sliders were really good, and the overall ambience of the place was enjoyable. Drinks took a while to come out due to tap issues and the service felt slow overall. My b/f ordered a blonde ale on tap, but was brought a stout by the same brewer instead because they ran out. We would have preferred to be told it was out and given another choice, rather than brought a different beer that wasn't great. But overall it was a good visit, and will plan to return for the nachos! read more

A take off of a Cuban sandwich, this pizza had roasted pork, smoked ham, pickles and yellow mustard. We decided to add mozzarella cheese which, after tasting it, felt it made the pizza complete. WARNING.....Don't use them for delivery or order through UberEats. The food is good, IF it ever arrives. They deliver it, not UberEats drivers. They are slower than SLOTHS with delivery. By the time your order arrives, it's cold and you end up having to re-heat it, making the food gross. Their store is less than 5 miles from my home yet it took 45 minutes to deliver. UPDATE--then get a snarky response from their business manager. My food took 45 minutes to drive 5 miles!!! That is bad. It was not worth eating by thr time it arrived. I won't be ordering from them again. Don't be in UberEats network if you don't want to pay for their service. Seems that many people have the same issues with this restaurant after reading the other reviews. Want GOOD pizza? Order Papa John's.
