Service is generally pretty decent here. Came here when they had live music inside and we were seated outside but still able to see/hear the band. It was a pretty cool seat to be behind the band actually. Food wise, we had a chopped salad which I thought was honestly amazing - 10/10. Whenever I come here, I always get the detroit style pizza simply because that's what they're know for to a degree. It's *okay* - I would give it like a 7.2/10. Visually it always is great, but then actually eating it it can be a bit of a let down - very bready. But it's not bad by any means, but it won't be your favorite pizza in the world. Overall though for a local restaurant with reasonable prices, pretty solid place. read more

Great Detroit style pizza. Their pizzas are 50% off on wednesdays- it's a steal. My only gripe is that their pick up times are never accurate- I always have to wait about 10 minutes longer than quoted! Parking is also tough. read more

This was a lucky find, they were able to make a large party work without notice which always speaks to great customer service! The band was setting up while we ate but we couldn't stay. TVs along the nice, long bar with lots of seating - I bet outside it amazing when it's a nice day! read more

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Especially if you are a person of color. This is not a safe and welcoming place for you. You will just experience microaggressions and invalidation, and will get less attentive service. If I can give this establishment a zero for customer service I would. We came here for a relaxing evening. The girl/host in the front Ava took our mobile number and told us we were first in the waiting list and would text us when a table becomes available. We told her we would wait in the bar. Several minutes after, we saw a group of young men come in (around her age group) and saw this Ava personally accompany the group to the first available booth. In other words, we were skipped over. We asked Ava why the group took the booth and she lied to our face, saying she totally forgot about us and that the group supposedly just walked in straight to the booth (which was a lie since we saw her lead them to the booth). When we told Ava we wanted to speak to her manager, she told us that she had found a table on the second floor for us and that she would just clean it up. When we went upstairs however, there was no table available. So that was just another lie. We then talked to Ava's manager Claire, but the manager just tried to dismiss us with a lip service apology, told us Ava was a sweet girl, essentially just invalidating our concerns. She also made us feel that we were keeping her from her duties by airing our disappointment. So in sum, what we had hoped to be a relaxing evening became a very stressful and disappointing experience. So NO- i WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. i will not recommend this place. read more

I just wanted to express that we are long time customers and the food is amazing. However, I was disappointed in my recent order this evening. I went to place my order online and utilized the Sunday specials and had a total of $100 and some change but I had a gift card so I ended up calling in so I can pay at the counter with my gift card. When I arrived I found out that the total was $15 higher. When I asked why, I was told that the specials are only discounted online and not on takeout orders. read more

The mushroom swiss smash burger was good as were the fries. However the addition of the slot machines took away a third of the restaurant and the large windows where the high tops used to be. This addition ruined this restaurant for me. Looks divey now with the band platform taking up more space. Don't care for this place anymore. read more

This place is great. Fun decor. Good food. Good pizzas. Great specials. Good beer selection and cocktails. Claire is a wonderful bartender. Such great customer service. read more

We went to Station 34 last night and this review is only for the pizza. The server was great, with a good atmosphere. The server said the Detroit style pizza was one of their most popular items. We ordered sausage and onion on ours. I was pretty shocked to see the limited toppings on our pizza. There was barely any sausage or onions. I don't think the pizza was cooked enough. The mozzarella was a little cold and the sauce tasted like it was right out of a can with not a lot of flavor. The few pieces of sausage we did get, tasted really good. This pizza needs. a lot of help. read more

My family and I were just here 7/25 and I am APPALLED at how we were treated. We love this place and have not had a problem until tonight. There was a group of middle aged people (woman and men who by the way were VERY RUDE), taking over the entire aisle by the booths on the first floor. They gave us attitude when we were told to sit at the one booth that they apparently took over because they needed more space (which they were NEVER ASSIGNED THE DAMN BOOTH IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!) the waitresses told us that they knew that a whole pitcher of water was spilled all over the booth and floor and sat us at the farthest booth near the bathrooms ANYWAY (the on the waitress told me "yeah we know they spilled, sorry". I told that waitress "the fact that you KNEW this happened but sat us here anyway is completely and utterly unacceptable. A group of drunk older people should not run your restaurant. I'm someone who has over 14 years of customer service experience and my family has lived in Mount Prospect over 50 years. If I did the same thing to one of my clients or customers, I would no longer have a job PERIOD! I do not blame the hostess ONE BIT as she was so sweet! She was afraid to speak up to the group of old people (as I would be at her age, I know how that feels and I would not want her to loose her job as a result). She was an AMAZING employee and deserves nothing but praise as she was the highlight of this experience! She told the manager but apparently they were either busy or just didn't care (nice management style)!!! We left because of the "patrons" that were taking over and frankly were RUDE! Yall need to get it together because I would never allow patrons to act this way, it's awful. I'm more upset about the fact that I now have wet shorts that I have to deal with the rest of the day. We may not be coming back because of a group of old people taking over 4 booths which they should have NEVER had the right to take over anyway. read more

I recently discovered Station34 and tried their takeout, which was phenomenal! It's hard to find takeout that's as good as dining in, but this place nailed it. My favorite is the Southwest Veggie Pizza on tavern crust--it's so flavorful with the Southwest sauce and cheesy goodness.I also tried their cheese curds, which were amazing as an appetizer. However, I wasn't a fan of their Taco Pizza; the salsa Verde paste didn't quite work with the pizza. They also had a rotating special, the Mac & Cheese, in January, which was a miss for me. The pasta was very overcooked and lacked flavor. It can get busy, so I recommend making a reservation if possible; otherwise, they do take walk-ins. Overall, Station34 is a great spot for tasty takeout and a lively game-day atmosphere. read more

A nice local bar . On a very crowded Saturday afternoon we were fortunate to grab one of the last open seats. They have several TVs for sports enthusiasts and an area with video gaming, they also have bands in the evening. . Our server was nice and attentive , even though it was very crowded. We tried the stuffed mushroom appetizer. They were ok. We did not expect them to be fried , which made them dry and definately could have used a dipping sauce. My husband had the classic burger and I had the Rueben. Both sandwiches were decent in size and came with a side order of fries. Parking can be a bit tricky , since it is limited and can be a challenge. A local sports bar with decent food. read more

Great local spot in downtown MP. Waitress was super nice and made good recommendations. Poke Bowl - not traditional but I like it a lot, finished it all in fact! Chicken sandwich - so good with the sauce and slaw. Kids meals - chicken fingers and waffle fries were yummy. Beer nuggets - these are addicting! Please try. I would go back, great spot to watch sports and hang out for a casual day with family or friends. read more

Love station! Fantastic food! Pizzas specials on Wednesday routinely save the week.

Ordered a family feast and wings on Friday. Wings were cold upon take out and had to wait 20 mins over my pick up time. The ladies at the front could care less. This is the 3rd time this long wait has happened. Not sure if I will be going back. read more

Service is quick and the food is pretty good for bar food. Definitely will be a repeat spot for us

This restaurant must be struggling. It took ~ one hour on a Sunday afternoon to be served a cheese pizza and chicken fingers. I expressed frustration to the waitress, the hostess, and the manager. They seemed indifferent. These items should have been comped. There was also no working soap dispenser in the men's bathroom. Fortunately there are plenty of restaurants that have TVs and served bar food read more

We are regulars for dinner and an appetizer. We walked in and asked for a booth at approximately 4:30 we were told that they were all occupied. We stated that a high top would be fine. The hostess informed us we would not be allowed at the high top that was open because we were a party of two and the table was saved for a larger party. It was then explained to us that we could come back they were waiting to open the upstairs but their waitress was late for work. Essentially I felt like we were being kicked out! A waitress then appeared with two menus and led us to a high table in the rear of the restaurant. We have tried many of the appetizers and decided on one of our favorites Crispy Fried Cauliflower. It arrived at our table it looked unfamiliar to us we tried it, but it was bland and no spice. It was not fried! I told the waitress it did had no flavor and did not taste right!!! Extremely disappointing! My husband had a mushroom/ cheese burger, but it was not cooked properly and left part of his burger. We frequent 34's frequently and always enjoy our food. This was more than disappointing!! No apologies from the waitress they just wanted to move someone else into our table. I do not think all our positive experiences will outweigh this sad Friday night! read more

Best place for pizza, or at least the most popular place for pizza in Mount Prospect is at this sports grill. If you happen to be around here like we were, might as well try it. Station 34 appears to have a firefighter theme. Let's hope they don't need any here to put out a fire. The draft beer goes good with any pizza. Ask if there's any specials happening. It usually has something at a cheaper price. They have happy hour prices on lots of stuff. Last time it was $4.50 Krombacher. These come in a tall big ass glass, but it's still only a pint. As for the food, pizza is the focus. They have a pretty big menu. One can choose a pizza from the list. You can also get Build Your Own. It's what we did. They have a few sizes. It's about $13 for a small thin crust. They have a few toppings for free, then you add a couple bucks each. It was a pretty good pizza and bigger than we thought it would be. We got it with giardeneria. It was like getting a few toppings on it but only getting one, so it's kind of cheating. This is a good idea if you have to cheap out. Good beer and good food. It has plenty of pizza with a whole lot more. The prices are good on most of the beers, and kind of high on a pizza, which is the only complaint but since the product is good I won't complain too much for that. read more

Stopped for for an early dinner. I've always driven by and never had tried it so glad I finally got to. The server was really nice but the food took a bit to come out, even though the place wasn't too busy. I wasn't crazy about the appetizer, the firecracker shrimp. The food here.... chef's kiss! I've been here twice and both times the pizza and food have been to-die-for. Many locals love this place, too, and I've heard really great stuff about this place! In my own experience, the only reason why I docked 1 star, is because the service was extremely slow. We were surprised, too, because it wasn't too busy. We just figured they were probably short-staffed for the day. This happened both times for me when I was there. Luckily I'm understanding and wasn't in a rush, so I didn't mind, but I know slow service bothers a lot of people so I wanted to mention it. It was slow service, but everything was delivered correctly and the servers and hosts were very approachable. Overall, it has a sports bar ambiance and a small but cute outdoor area in the front of the restaurant. The food here was great and it's a perfect place to get drinks, watch sports games, and munch on good food! read more

We enjoy going to Station 34 they have good service and good food but it is hard to frequent being that it's the one place it town that does not only not take reservations but they don't even take call ahead seating. We eat out at least weekly and generally keep it to our local places. There are so many great options in town it's hard to make a choice to go there and stand around and wait for 20 minutes or more for a table. Last week we were there and as usual it was pretty crowded. When we finally got seated we were near the bar and there seemed to be some trouble starting between two groups of people. A fight almost started. Seemed a bit like a riff raff crowd. As much as we enjoy the food the atmosphere was a bit much. Crowed ok, riff raff crowd no thanks. read more

Love all the TVs! Staff was attentive. Food was fresh and delicious. Lots of parking.

The pizza was fantastic. I was really looking forward to eating at this place and it did not disappoint. Fridays are also $3.50 domestic beers so it was the perfect pairing to this meal. This is a two story restaurant with plenty of TVs so I am sure it's great to watch a game at. I would also like to applaud the waitress who helped my wife and I. She also tended to the table next to us who complained about everything in the meal. She was very professional and respectful throughout the entirety, even when the customer wasn't. Kudos to her and I will certainly be back for more pizza. read more

The general atmosphere was nice, it was a roomy, bustling sports bar. The pizza was amazing and really tasty, and it only took 20-something minutes to get. The employees were very friendly and nice to everybody there. Maybe I arrived at Happy Hour or something. Once I wanted to see if they had a specific show on their TV. I asked them, and the surprising part is THEY ACTUALLY CHECKED the TV to see if they had a specific show for a random 10-year-old. Great place. read more

As a sports bar & viewing center, plenty of screens mounted around the room offering many views. Perfect for watching a number of games or mixed media. The bat is topped off with a couple sports gaming and a full section of gambling machines. To me, gambling machines take up real estate that could be filled with a Buck Hunter machine or similar. But I understand businesses need to attract whatever flow they can get. Pizza. It looks the part of "Detroit style." Didn't find the taste or sauce compelling, though their pizza looks picturesque for IG shots. I'd probably check them out in the future for a game and sampling more of their appetizers. read more
