However, this month, i dropped my shirts off weekly and went to pick up, when i noticed my new White Ralph Lauren Polo Dress Shirt had been severely damaged. Multiple huge stains across the front. I immediately called it out and asked them to fix their issue. Didnt hear from anyone, so visited. They were too busy (Personnel issues) to talk about it; but they asked for another week, which i gladly gave them -thinking they were really working resolution. Then I received a call that stated "They didnt cause the stain" and they were unable to get it out. I went to pick up the shirt and noticed the shirt was torn/damaged where the stain was. Now they said they cant fix it. I told them they needed to replace it. They would not. After a few more days, they offered $30 and had tossed my $80 shirt. I took the $30, glad to get anything toward a new shirt, and will not return. It was a terrible experience and now i can't trust them with my clothes. I would not trust them with your clothes.

I love everything about this place - the drive-thru is fast and efficient, the employee was friendly and even gave me a little hand sanitizer on the way out. Nice touch! My clothes were cleaned well and the turnaround time was fast as well. I'll definitely be back. The ladies working at the front counter were so kind and understanding! Besides that, nothing was cleaned properly or handled professionally unfortunately. (See photos -- they show my dress AFTER they apparently cleaned it). I contacted Margaret immediately with my concern and she never returned my call. Instead, she had her husband call me back which he informed me he "soaked" my dress, but the pictures appear to show otherwise. The pink spots were definitely never attempted to be cleaned -- which I specifically informed them of and is noted on my receipt. Even after requesting for a refund of the 50% I paid up front, they never offered to refund us. Instead Margaret informed the employee via phone to just have me take my dress and leave. If they couldn't clean it, they should've informed me immediately that it was out of their scope of professionalism. HERE'S THE KICKER -- they charged us MORE money because of my dress's designer!! This is the chillest, coolest laundry mat in the city and of course it's in Clintonville! So since I kept losing coins to faulty dryers I just come to this place! Stick it to the man I say! Lol kidding, this laundry mat has so many great cafes and bakeries near it, I just find it as an excuse to go shopping when my clothes are drying or go for a long walk with some coffee up-and-down High street. I'm going from loyal customer here to never coming back. I had slowly stopped coming to the clintonville coin-op when I noticed a decline in their cleanliness shortly after they reopened. I started visiting other laundromats. I came back to give coin-op a try again and I'm disgusted to see they haven't improved their cleaning at all. This is the inside of the first machine I stopped at, 45 minutes into the day's opening, with the attendant chilling at the desk. So I skip the machine and go check some others. Checked at least four other machines. Each one was filthy. Dog hair, lint, gunk, coins, KIBBLE?? I found the cleanest one I could and wiped out the inside as much as I was able (it was still pretty grimy). Honestly I regret doing that wash. When it was over, I ended up just grabbing the 'clean' clothes and the rest of my clothes and putting them back in my car. No idea where I'm going to wash them next, but it's definitely not here. This place really used to be my favorite, but they need to seriously implement some stronger cleaning protocols and follow up on them.
