This is my "home" or "go to" Starbucks and I haven't found another as efficient, friendly, and professional. Tracy and Cherie are two of the many employees that stand out to me. They both show respect to their colleagues and they always provide excellent customer service. The mornings get very busy, and I think they handle the rush very well. Came here for our morning breakfast. We ordered two oatmeals and they told us they did not have any so we opted for the impossible breakfast sandwich instead. Hate to bash on Starbucks but the sandwiches were completely iced in the center. Not sure if this is a microwave issue or if they just didn't leave them in for long enough but they were not good. I've been to this Starbucks for years! They hardly mess up when I come and even if they do they never respond with frustration. They just fix the mess up and apologize. The workers always make conversation with me and are always so nice. Just a reminder that if you want to be treated kindly then treat these workers with kindness too. They are making 100 drinks at once and mistakes happen. Especially in the morning when everyone is ordering drinks and food for themselves and their co workers. This is the only location that can get my Oat-Milk Honey Latte to taste good!! Every other Starbucks I've been to it's like drinking watered down espresso. So props to this Starbucks! read more

I really like Starbucks. They make some of the most tasteful coffees. However, the Starbucks location in Yucaipa next to Aldi's, have repeatedly ruined my appetite for Starbucks. In the last two months, while visiting this particular Starbucks, my chestnut praline was made incorrectly. The first time (Starbucks Yucaipa) ruined my order, I was on my way to Victorville when I noticed my caramel macchiato was bitter and was too late to return and I spoke with a young man who said he would take care of the problem and all I had to do was to ask for his name. The young man kept his word and made things right. The second time (Starbucks Yucaipa) ruined my order, I tasted my chestnut praline before pulling out of the Starbucks drive way and the drink tasted like soapy water (horrible taste). I was furious! I got out of my car, walked inside and spoke with a barista and explained the taste of my drink and the young man offered me a refund. I asked for a manager and spoke with Tracy. Tracy or the barista did not offer to remake the chestnut praline but instead offered a refund. I took my refund and vowed not to return to this Starbucks. They have nice kids working at this location but they seem too distracted. I suggest to bring back the accountability labels with the baristas name that prepared your coffee so that we can offer kudos when they do a great job and can make someone responsible for doing a crappy job. If they dont want to work, start your paperwork for excusing careless workers. read more

Rarely had a good experience here. My most recent experience 2 days ago really irritated me. I ordered a nitro cold bru with sweet cream. They gave me regular iced coffee with regular cream. I returned it after tasting and said nitro cold brew is different. They said no and then offered make another one and did the same thing. I kept saying no nitro is not regular iced coffee. They wouldn't listen. So I wasted my money on a grande nitro with sweet cream. Instead what I got I had to throw away because I don't like regular iced coffee. read more

Understaffed, dumpster fire. Came in during a promotion (didn't know), so it was pretty busy. I was going to buy a cup of cold tea when I was asked if I wanted a free one. Sure! I said. I waited for 45 minutes while working on my computer. I wasn't in a rush. But when I saw people come after me ordering the exact same drink and received their order before me, I finally walked up and asked if they saw my name on any of the cups. They didn't. I had to go back in line and they said the promotion ended 20 minutes ago. Seriously? Fail on all fronts here. read more

Incredibly slow and then I ordered a venti green tea latte just now....I get up to the window and the drive thru guy picks up my cup and realizes it's not supposed to be a grande it's supposed to be a venti so he passes it off to the guys with brown non brushed hair who can clearly give a crap...he is told it's supposed to be a venti so he takes a venti cup...fills it half with oat milk and then dumps the grande latte in to it....so I basically get a cup of oat milk with a dash of green tea latte. Don't hire incompetent employees who don't care to do the job correctly...especially knowing the customers are watching. read more

The drive thru line can be very long at times and they get loiterers from adjacent businesses taking up seats in their patio but neither of those issues are their fault. 5 stars. Worst service I have ever received. Went through the drive-thru and asked for a few drinks and they were all made wrong. Don't ask for anything without whip because they will just stir it in the drink. Ordered an iced matcha tea, knowing that I always order this, it should be shaken. Received it with chunks of matcha, and a asked if they could shake it. All they did was pour it into another cup, leaving behind most of the matcha. Just recently had this lady cut in front of the car in front of me with about 6 cars behind me and this isn't the first time I have seen this happen at this location. It's kinda and miss with this location. Sometimes the people are nice and social and sometimes they're rude. The rudeness surpasses the good though unfortunately. They also like to close the lobby 45min+ before closing while also shutting off the order ahead feature in the app. Quite often they also seem to forget the extra shots in my drink. It's obvious they didn't put them in when 45 seconds later I'm at the window and my drink is being handed to me already. It takes a bit more than 45 seconds to properly pour 4 shots and make the drink. When a Caramel Macchiato is as light as a Chai there's something wrong with it. It's also illegal to close off customers from "shopping" before posted store hours. read more

This Starbucks is amazing. I love them. When I worked at a clinic, the same crew was in a different location close to my work. When they moved out, to this current location, I went out of my way to still get coffee for myself and my coworkers from this staff everyday. All the baristas are amazing and friendly, wonderful, beautiful guys and gals and deserve so much respect for being so pleasant and courteous with such a highly demanding amount of traffic (this location particularly really gets hammered in the morning). This is hands down my most favorite Starbucks on the planet and I now drive for a living and have been to MANY, this one is still my most preferred! read more

The customer service was okay. I am usually asked for my rewards to scan for points. I did not think much of it but afterwards said to scan my Starbucks app. The lady said it would have to be before paying. This would have been nice knowing if she would have let me know. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Completely unprofessional staff. I asked for a straw and the teenage boy at the window literally laughed in my face and two other employees looked at me and were laughing too. Not sure what I did that was so hilarious but it definitely came off as they were judging me for using a straw. Not to mention they got my order completely wrong. Not sure if it was intentional or not, that's what happens when you hire teenagers that goof off on the job. Obviously poor management and piss poor employees.
