Friendly note: this is a pick-up only Starbucks! I ordered ahead of time on the app, but still planned to pop-in and get some work done. However I realized upon arrival that there are no seats here. Might be the first time I've seen a Starbucks like that?? There is a drive-thru as well. In either case, the staff were hustling and putting out orders so speedy. Mine was ready in less than two minutes and they must have put out a dozen orders in that time. Pumpkin season is here but I must admit I think all their pre-crafted pumpkin drinks are far too sweet, so I just add a little of the syrup in a flat white and it does the trick. Yum. read more

Okay, stop. This Starbucks was so cute to me on my birthday! I ordered my free birthday drink and they took the time to decorate my cup. As a little Leo who loves the effort, this was so sweet. Thanks Starbucks! read more

Needed a midday pick up while running errands. Drive through in and out, barista was friendly. When I had brain fog she was able to decipher my drink with ease. Thank you, I needed my boost and got it. read more

OK, so honestly, I didn't buy anything here. I'm just leaving a review so that I remember not to come back here if I need to sit down. We came to sit down and drink and talk, but found out there are no tables here. It's purely a "pick up" location. With a drive-through. It's the first time I've seen a Starbucks like this, so driving here, parking, then walking in to find that there were no chairs was disappointing. read more

Terrible service at 11:20 am. You pay with your card and they don't give you the receipt. The employee who takes your command has hearing issues or he is doing it in purpose to embarrass the client. He makes you repeat things four times. A colleague had to intervene to help with the order. The same employee asks you questions about how is your day going ? and shout out loud have a good day when you are leaving !? This is a terrible and awkward service... 1/10 read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Wauwatosa, Wisconsin

This Starbucks utterly crushes it especially during peek hours. These baristas are slinging drinks from all points of sale--mobile orders, insane drive thru lines, walk ins--and doing so with precision, poise, and positivity. Additional points: -the location is easy to access with ample parking -location has been recently modified and renovated to accommodate the increased flow of quick grab n go orders. In fact, there is now no in house table dining/cafe seating other than a chair or two for waiting. -this location will serve a loving pup cup every time, even when busy The My drinks from this location are often made accurately read more

This location is pick up and drive thru only now. Not exactly sure when the remodel happened to eliminate seating. read more

This store feels so sterile, there's no where to sit. The staff is kind but the atmosphere feels so sad

No place to sit. A HUGE store and it's a coffee shop with NO PLACE to sit. If you like your coffee cozy and comfortable, avoid this Starbucks! read more

It's surprising how easily a cold brew with a cold cream foam can be messed up. This store, however, makes it perfect each and EVERY time! When you you are not a morning person and only function with coffee, having the correct drink to start off morning means a lot! Tip: Cold coffee drinker looking to save a bit of money? Buy the Trenta*! It's essentially two Grandes and only .50 more. You either have one drink for today and one for tomorrow, or split with a friend! In separate cups, of course, there's still COVID! :) * Trenta is only available with certain drinks. read more

This Starbucks is extraordinarily nice! Staff members are very friendly and polite! Beverages are made the way they should. Ambiance is very welcoming!! I've been to a lot of locations as I am a coffee maniac, and this one is one of the best ! Yay to owner and baristas!! read more

whoever made the decision to remodel this place to take out all the seats and no bathroom should reconsider there job. what a joke this place is now, very good customer service though. workers are very friendly read more

This location was remodeled to cater to drive thru and pick up orders via the app. No seating at all, no posted menu, very odd vibe. Not a cozy, welcoming place. I wouldn't be surprised if there were no public restrooms here. Big bummer. The workers have been pleasant, but the remodel is a huge disappointment. read more

This is one of the better Starbucks I have been to, they take time to get to know the customers , and make sure they have great experience, Gina one of the managers there are only great things to say about her and all the employees who work there !!! read more

These guys always make my drinks well. Yelp is encouraging me to say more, well what more can I say, I was only in there 5 minutes. I had my usual Caramel Macchiato, it was perfect. Now that you mention it I had a Eggnog Latte there in December, it was perfect. read more

Every now and again I like a giant iced tea and I like that tea without sweetener. This location gets that done and the staff are pleasant despite the seemingly unending lines and annoying high school children ordering unicorn frappucinos. read more

Super quick and super friendly. They know what they're doing and they're able to manage a huge drive thru line as well as a line inside the store. Very clean location with a ton of seating. Can't go wrong here! read more

First time in my life a barista yelled at me at starbucks. This woman with a choker and piercings didn't leave room for cream in americano as requested and so I requested to remake it. She became very upset and defensive. But remake was the same. So I just dumped some out. She shouted at me for "destroying their trash can". Unbelievable. read more

This is a super busy, but really great Starbucks. They are able to get through a ton of people every day. Mornings are crazy with high school & middle schoolers - and they still manage to give good service. I always enjoy the gals at the drive through - they are super nice! They have only messed up my order once, and when I called they wrote my name down and let me get it later. All in all, it's busy but consistent with good employees. read more

This location has always been timely and the workers are always sweet during each of my interactions.

We ordered specialty drinks and it was okay we probably won't order again my daughter had a frappe and they gave it to her hot

This location is always quick and expedient. There are tables that can comfortably accommodate 4 as well as some additional lounge furniture for casual conversations. This probably wouldn't be an ideal spot for a larger group (there's a location on bluemound by target or bluemound at Woelful that has a bigger meeting space). But for small meetings, homework, studying, dates or other meet ups this location would work well. The drive through is a big plus but you can only turn right from it to go south onto Mayfair read more

I'm definitely going to get chastised for this one...but I love Starbucks. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the local spots too, like Roast, Anodyne, Alterra (and I WILL review them soon), but I love the way Starbucks coffee tastes. I can't deny it. I really really crave the soy latte sometimes. As far as atmosphere is concerned, I don't hang out in Starbucks. It's still a national chain, and feels like one. I'd much rather hang at a local spot. But when it comes to convenience and taste, Starbucks is very consistent and reliable. read more

A Starbucks is a Starbucks. People either like them or they don't. I am the type of person who likes spending time in cafes and coffees shops to study, use the internet (to write Yelp reviews for example), and to just sit and have a cup of coffee. I like starbucks mainly for their relatively low priced brewed coffee (1.50 for a tall, with 10 cents off if you bring your own cup!) as well as their free rewards program. That said, I'm not a coffee connoisseur and would never claim to be. This starbucks location is my favorite for a number of reasons: 1. although it's small, it's almost never busy and easy to find seating and parking 2. they have a nice outdoor area with multiple tables and sun umbrellas 3. it's a drive thru starbucks if you're on the go 4. it's conveniently located in proximity to mayfair mall. And the staff is generally friendly and helpful. read more

Every two weeks I go to the nearby eyebrow place for a nice eyebrow trim. I tell myself " you do not need a chai latte.. You do not need a chai latte." And what do you know... i always stop by for my tea. The employees are really friendly, the service is fast and the startbucks taste like starbucks should. I recommend it to anyone who is in the area. I will see you next week. : ) read more

This is probably not my favorite Starbucks to frequent. Not because of the quality of their service. Or the coffee itself. Moreso the annoying kids that roll through. Sprawled on the couch like it's their living room, charging their phones, taking selfies and not buying a single thing. Ironically however, they manage to leave trash behind. This isn't the local babysitter's club, pick up your children from the library or something. This is probably a pretty busy Starbucks too. Ain't nobody got time to clean up after you. read more

Almost-cozy small, a bit underlit far from the windows, but with attentive staff. The music is irritatingly loud though -to discourage students from staying in what otherwise would be a nice study location, I reckon. read more

I don't come to this location much. This is a small Starbucks store. I wish they gave a double door. It is so cold in there. Even with my cold on. All the cold air get in here doesn't make the place a cozy place to stay and do work. In my experience at other Starbucks locations, they greet and asked for names. I think having customer names are important. My cinnamon shortbread latte at downtown tasted really good. I ordered the same at this location and it doesn't taste the same. It taste plain with no flavor nor sweet. There's a lot of cinnamon grounds at the top. Chunks came out into my mouth. I don't mind. I just stir it around and drink the rest. I'll order something else and not have these extra toppings that I don't need. Other than that, they good music and I used my Starbucks app to earn points. Can't wait to earn 125 points to get a free drink. Stay warm. It's freezing today. Feet is cold now while I'm sitting here. I like that they keep this place clean as much as possible. read more

This particular Starbucks has the friendliest faces and quality service. Keep up the great work!

Not my favorite Starbucks by any means. Frequent problems and a whole lot of attitude when I ask for the mistakes to be corrected. Today was the cherry on top of the negative experiences I have had there. Ally, the girl working the drive thru today, was rude and disrespectful after I asked why my drink order was almost $2 more than I'm used to paying. I asked for a receipt and she said the printer was down. I used rewards to pay for the drink and maybe she thought that gave her the authority to talk down to me. I called to confirm this and girl I spoke with Jessie listened to my concerns and apologized for the negative experiences. She also offered to put me down for a complimentary drink during my next stop. The two additional stars are for Jessie, because honestly I wanted to review this place with none. I know it's just Starbucks and people are people but don't treat your customers like crap. Period. read more

Booooooo Starbucks on Mayfair Road and Center. Not sure what it is with this Starbucks. I order chai tea all over the area (and outside Wisconsin) and it's fine. Then, when I go to this Starbucks, they don't add enough chai; when I asked for no foam, I got about an inch of foam. Disappointing. Why do I keep going back? I passed it twice on my way to and from church on Sundays. Time to find a new Starbucks. Called and have even spoken with management. First time I was told they are busy. 2nd time she took my name, but you could tell she did not care. Guess I'll make sure they are not busy! Considering how much we pay for our fancy convenient drinks, you would think they would try harder to please customers. read more

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to! Unfortunately it is the only one I pass on my way to work!!!!

More often than not, my order from this location gets jacked. They give me a hot when I order ice, the wrong size, I have had a half full cup once, in a grande. Didn't even realize it till I got home. ect and I feel bad for holding up the line so they can fix what I order. Today, was icing on the cake. My mom was driving me back from the hospital and I was very drowsy. I wanted an iced venti macchiato so that I can take a quick nap at home and then wake up without screwing up my sleep cycle. My mom doesn't order often from SB, so I told her what I wanted. I was so out of it, my mom handed me the drink, thinking a grande was a venti size. 3 hours latter, I manage to wake up from the groggy fog, and saw the mistake. I just got back from the ER and all I wanted was a refreshing drink to wake me up. Instead, I had one more bad thing happen to me. I will never do business with this place again. Just awful. truly awful, read more
