Naturally, I expressed concern and asked further questions. At that point, another employee became hostile and demanded that I leave the store. To be clear, my demeanor remained calm and professional throughout the exchange. The employee's reaction was completely unprovoked and appeared to be an attempt to deflect from what I believe are unacceptable practices within this location. When I requested donuts that had not been microwaved, I was given ones that were rock hard. After asking for a refund, my request was initially denied. When I asked for the manager's name and the employees' names, I was refused this information and ultimately issued a cash refund instead of a refund to my original payment method. I was also told never to return. This entire experience was offensive and unprofessional. After later reviewing customer ratings for this location, I was shocked to see that my experience aligns with many others who have reported similar mistreatment. It's troubling that a location with such a reputation continues to operate in this manner. My family and I have been loyal Dunkin' customers for years, but this incident was so negative that I genuinely question whether we can continue to support the brand. I hope this message is taken seriously--not only for my sake but for the integrity of the Dunkin' brand as a whole. Please investigate this matter and take appropriate corrective action. I'm sharing this feedback in good faith to help improve your customer experience and uphold the standards that Dunkin' has long represented.

While a tiny place, you're greeted with a wonderful smell as soon as you open the door, embracing your nose like a warm hug. Service was great! Staff was efficient and offered great suggestions, such as when I wanted the grilled cheese but I am not a fan of pepperjack and it was offered to add in some mozzarella instead of the pepperjack and it was not only a thoughtful suggestion, it was an amazing sandwich! I did a combo with the ginger carrot soup and it definitely had the ginger kick but was not too potent for me and I appreciated the suggestion from staff to try this one. Just a couple small quibbles that prevented Loup from getting five stars: - There were no croutons, crackers, or bread served with the soup. That is a must for me and something that can be easily corrected. - The M&M cookie--while quite large--was not great, especially for $4. It's my husband's favorite kind of cookie and he only had about a third of it before passing it on to me. I ended up having it at home with milk (which helped) but it was overall a disappointing and expensive dessert.
