Well for one I've been going there almost every week and like always they have the best pizza hands down! The staff is very friendly and they will help you out with any questions you may have. I met bill the owner and a very nice guy I posted a video with him on google and one of the best days to go is Wednesday 50 percent off of any type of pizza. The crust is great sauce is amazing and the sausage has the flavor. Try their pizza you won't regret it. Also there Italian beef sandwiches are great to plus they have chicken wings and a lot more. Solid carryout pizza with really good flavor. Ordered for carryout and everything was ready on time, hot, and packaged well. The pizza itself had great balance, crispy crust on the bottom, soft inside, and sturdy enough to hold each slice without flopping. The sauce stood out in a good way, well-seasoned with a nice depth of flavor and the cheese coverage was generous without being greasy. The meat coverage was generous. What I appreciated most was that it tasted fresh and intentional, not mass-produced. Even as carryout, it held up really well by the time we got it back to the hotel. Never heard of this place until I saw it advertised on a radio station and I'm so glad I found it for so many reasons! Ordering was easy on phone and on time as I planned. To say our pizza party tonight was a HIT is an understatement. All of my guests even have delicious leftovers for lunches tomorrow. Each one was crafted uniquely delicious. Everyone loved them all. We were doing some shopping out in Brookfield, and we googled pizza by the slice and decided to try Jimano's. It's very clean and brightly lit, and we were quickly addressed when we stepped up to the counter. There's a pretty young staff working, but they seem to be working hard and had good guidance nearby. My husband tried the double crust sausage, and I tried the cheese. It was a pretty good slice, but I regretted not ordering 2 minutes later when a fresh pie came out of the oven. Our slices had been sitting for a little bit so the crust got kinda crunchy. I don't know that we'd go out of our way to ear here again, but if we're in the area we'd try another slice. read more

This pizza is the real deal Chicago style thin crust! Absolutely yummy. Got the Italian beef with giardiniera and red pepper flakes - spicy, meaty, crunchy, pickly, salty and delicious. Also got the pepperoni - classic flavor. The garlic breadsticks are so good. Salty, crunchy on the outside, soft and pillowy on the inside and satisfyingly greasy without being oily. Dusted in garlic and Parmesan and served with marinara. Order them! The store made a mistake on my order but when I called to tell them, the customer service I received was excellent. Online order was placed without issue with estimated pickup time provided between 30-40 minutes. A link to an order tracker was provided (I had used in the past without any trouble). The order tracker never updated. I finally called the store after 40 minutes to ask about the order and was told it was done. I asked why the order tracker had not updated. The person who answered the phone said that they don't have one at that store which I told him was not true. He said he would need to talk to the manager. I went to pick up the pizza which by now had been done for 1/2 hour. I was told again they don't do order tracking. I asked how I would know the pizza was ready. No answer. Pizza was warmish and dry. I was expecting a sit down place. They have a couple tables but it seems like more of a take out place. You can get a slice ready to go or order a pizza. We did the later. Took about 15-20 minutes. First bite, the crust is crispy and firm, then sauce hits, then the toppings. It was delicious. All ingredients seem fresh, I could see the dough proofed and ready. It had been a loss.So I decided I was gonna go back there and give it a try.And when I get to the website to order, I stumble across there.Daily menu special, which is fifty percent off pizzas on wednesday's. So instead of giving you fifty percent off the price of the specialty pizza.They just take the pizza and break it down to their regular pricing structure which is the cost of the pizza plus $3.19 per topping. I guess that's fine. Just say online.That's how the pricing is done on wednesdays. Great. Now I go to check out and not only do they have a fee for ordering online?There's an additional three percent charge.If you pay with a credit card. If you're going to charge a fee, pick one or the other. It's that kind of sneaky stuff at the end that maybe cancel my order.And I'll find somewhere else to go. I will NEVER get the "stuffed" crust again! Not only was there ZERO cheese in the supposedly stuffed crust but, we ordered a sausage pizza and there was barely any sausage on it at all. We tried their Supreme pizza last week, and it was amazing. We went with the thin crust and though it was "thin" it wasn't like a cracker and held up to the toppings. This is a shortened version of a review submitted to Jimano's Pizza which unfortunately produced zero response from the local store or corporate offices. On a Sunday afternoon, shortly after Jimano's opened a new location in our neighborhood, we sought to have a quiet pizza dinner and drinks. Upon arriving, we were sad to see only single benches in a pickup area with a drink cooler next to the order counter. No casual dining here. Each bench had one person each waiting for order pickups. We ordered a Supreme pizza which does not come with pepperoni so our order was amended to include pepperoni for an add-on charge. When we opened up the take-home pizza, a square chunk was missing, purely MISSING in the carton. This could not have been over-looked by the personnel. Also missing: the requested pepperoni, an incomplete order. Since the bill for the Supreme was already $23, we had concluded at pickup that it included the special order. But the last surprise came with the final credit card billing which came to $29. The location had apparently given themselves a 30% tip for their special work. This was our first and certainly a lasting impression of Jimano's Pizza. Unfortunately, they were unfazed by a more privately presented explanation, so it is now offered publicly. Jimano's has the best pizza in Brookfield. The thin crust pizza is good with any combination of toppings and ratio of sauce, cheese, and toppings is almost always perfect.
