We were going to get Mexican, but quickly changed our mind remembering we were right by Giuseppe's. It's been on our list for a while and did not disappoint. This quaint little shop is conveniently located right in the heart of downtown Delafield proving plenty of parking, shopping, and after dinner treats nearby! There is seating inside, all the tables were clean and nicely set with placemats. We opted to sit outside and enjoy our last days of summer. The owner came to the counter to take our order and quickly recognized it was our first time there and explained the meal deals to us. You heard that right! You can get pizza by the slice here! Heck maybe you want two...that's also an option! Need to feed the family? Get a whole pizza! Endless option and impeccable service! Our food was brought out to us on the sidewalk, we were checked on, and the leftovers were packaged. We ordered a pizza, our way (sausage, fresh mushroom, onion), garlic bread, and a slice of pepperoni on the side to give it a try. Some people love their garlic bread dripping in butter, that's not for me which made me love this garlic bread. Looked to be half a French loaf sliced up, buttered, seasoned just right and served with a large container of marinara. Onto the pizza. The crust of this pizza was perfection! We had our first Giuseppe's pizza this weekend and it was excellent. We ordered over the phone and Zach, the owner, could not have been friendlier or more efficient. When I went to pick the pizza up, Zach asked me if we would prefer the crust softer or crispier--I opted for the latter, and so he left it in the oven for a few minutes longer. It was perfectly baked and delicious--one of the best pizzas we've had in the Lake Country area. The store itself was a really nice surprise--immaculate and also very warm and inviting, with a snug dining area featuring murals of the Italian countryside and red-and-white checkered curtains. Zach offers a great customer service experience--you can tell he really cares about treating his customers well. We'll definitely be repeat customers. read more

I could not say anything better about this facility, my partner and I have been walking around Delafield for about 30 min trying to figure out what to eat, and this was by far one of the most welcoming restaurant we stepped foot in. While we were walking down the road, the smell of pizza lured us in. As soon as we stepped inside, we didn't feel rushed to order anything and was offered a menu to just browse. The cashier was very attentive and stepped back when he saw that we were ready to order. Both my partner, and I chose an Italian beef sub that was to die for. We had a group of 5 and were able to make a reservation, which pretty much took up 2 of their 3 tables--it's a small place. From the minute we arrived, Kaitlyn (Sp?) was as accommodating a server as I've ever had. Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. She let us know that we could run across the street and pick up beer, wine or liquor at the gas station (which is more like a liquor store that sells gas). The owner needs to hold on to this gem of an employee. The garlic bread and pizza (Margherita) were both excellent. One of the better pizzas I've had in a long time. Wish I had a place like this close to home in Dallas. Perfect crust, fantastic cheese. The whole experience here was outstanding. Will absolutely be coming back next time I'm visiting. read more

The pizza was literally the WORST pizza I've ever had!!! It was giving middle school lunch pizza. They definitely don't make this fresh, it's straight from the freezer to the oven. Weird tiny pepperoni are 100% frozen already on the pizza. DO NOT EAT HERE! Mad gross. If anyone thinks this place is good, I implore you to EAT REAL PIZZA! We ordered a pizza with all the ingredients we like on ours and I do have to admit it was an excellent rendition of what we expected. The crust that makes or breaks a pizza was perfect. The topping with all our ordered ingredients was also perfect and done much to our liking. We ate ate their cute little sidewalk table and the pizzas were brought out to us hot. They don't serve beer although it's permissible to bring your own as I did. We spoke with the owner which also served our pizza. He was warm and welcoming. As a side note, upon request he does make gluten free pizza crust from scratch and perfected its process. We tried Giuseppe's Pizzeria in Delafield today for the first time while caring for our grandkids who live nearby. My wife and I loved their pizza and our grandkids loved it too! The thin crust pizza alone was well worth the price, but with the extras in their meal deal (soda and delicious garlic bread) it's a great value. No skimping at Giuseppe's on the ingredients either. Giuseppe's is the place to go for perfect thin crust pizza and generous toppings. This is the best pizza I've had since living in Montréal and that says a lot! We tried the Okie Dokie Artichoke. WOW! Awesome vegetarian choice and great blend of flavors. We also had the pepperoni pizza which was delicious. As for the garlic bread sticks, well, we thought we would have leftovers when Nathan came out with the huge portion, but we couldn't stop and ended up eating them all. We even finished the huge container of sauce. We went there for our son's birthday and we'll be back for sure! We're from the Madison area and stopped in for pizza on Sunday afternoon. Heard about this place on someone's instagram page. They had been traveling the area, trying then grading the pizza. I recently ordered ribs and pizza for a graduation party. I called Giuseppe's a week prior to ask if they could accommodate our order for a gathering of 25 people. Nathan, the owner, said he hasn't been selling ribs recently due to the cost, but was planning to reintroduce them. Nathan was kind enough to accommodate us, and he made special plans to get ribs in early for our event!! Great cracker crust pizza in little downtown Delafield. We waited about 15 minutes for our pizza margherita to bake and we carried it the 10 minutes home. It was hot, loaded with fresh basil and finished with Parmesan. It's a bit different than what I thought it would be (no rounds of mozzarella), but it was still very very good.The edges were crunchy and the 3 of us ate the whole 16" pie. Called for pizza friday night at 6:30 and they said they were closing. So i said your loss and hung up. After a few minutes of thinking about it I called back and asked why they were closing? They said the kitchen was swamped and people were walking out so they were closing. I have to say this first impression is not what i wanted and since i live less then i mile away i was pretty excited to try it for the first time.
