If you're in the Brookfield area and in the mood for boba, coffee, Thai tea, or any other delicious and refreshing drink you need to check this place out. The inside of this place is such a vibe from the tile on the floor to the pictures on the wall. I had their cappuccino and Japanese honey toast and oh my word they were good! Everyone in there is so warm and welcoming. A must stop if you are in the area!

We came here to get a few coffee's and grab some pastries & other items togo to bring to my brothers on the way over there to hang when we were in town on Saturday November 22nd. We also got a few milk teas with boba too. This place is very nice inside, and has unique food options with different pastries. They also have smoothies, which my daughter got one, & macaroons too. They've got some nice couch like lounge chairs with tables if you want to sit and eat/drink inside or hang while you wait for your order. I thought it was a good experience.

The atmosphere is very pleasant... cute decor and music is a lot less obnoxious than a lot of coffee shops. The coffee and food options are tasty and unique. The employees aren't mean, but they're definitely not friendly. I always get the distinct feeling that they wish I weren't there to bother them. :/

Passing through the area, I was not expecting this experience to be so absolutely wonderful. Staff were incredibly helpful and personable. Ambiance and environment was subtle and inviting - piano/cafe music that was not intrusive. Beautiful minimalist decor with stunning visuals. The food and drinks were perfect. Italian Latte's with oat milk were unsweetened, but offered a delightful balance of natural sweetness in the froth. The pastries provided a crunchy exterior and pillowy interior. My partner suggested taking a sip while still enjoying the bite and it elevated the experience yet another level. Still further, dipping the crispy corners of the Japanese Honey Toast into the latte proved another level of perfection. My only regret is that I don't live closer to this wonderful shop, but this visit proved so unexpectedly wonderful that I needed to review it while still sitting inside, enjoying the unobtrusive delight that Sherpa's offers. Thank you to the staff.

Great addition to the area. We love stopping in to Sherpa's for an afternoon snack/pick me up. Some of our favorites are their Macrons, Japanese Honey Toast and Smoothies with Boba.

This is definitely quite the little gem in the heart of Brookfield. You wouldn't guess that a Himalayan style coffee shop would be hiding in a little strip mall next to Chipotle. The decor is splendid creating nice homey atmosphere. The service is great with delicious coffee, smoothies and baked goods

The drinks and pastries are always a 10/10 whenever I go. The staff are always so sweet too! Highly recommend the ancient brown sugar milk tea boba and the mango smoothie! The crème brûlée croissant always hits too!

Super cute place! Conveniently located, easy parking. Comfy chairs, vibes are 10/10. I got a black coffee and a chocolate chip crookie - both were great but if you come here and don't get a crookie, what are you doing?! It was that good!! Got some churros to go and they bag everything up so nice, too. Employees were so nice. Will def be back!

The boba latte is delicious, and the ambience inside is very cute. Also tried the ice cream latte and liked it.

It's in a good neighborhood with accessible parking and includes an up & downstairs for enjoying your coffee, doing work, reading, etc. (You can even reserve the larger tables...) I really enjoyed their aesthetic & was able to focus on what I needed to get done upstairs (picture included). I liked the variety of beverages & the açaí bowls seem amazing, so I will have to come back to get a taste of one of those! One of the baristas was kind enough to offer me the remainder of the drink I ordered in a to-go cup from the blender (it was a $10 drink after all). If you have the time (& money, depending on what you're getting) check it out for yourself and enjoy!

Ordered a simple chai latte, and what I ended up getting was something else, likely one of their collagen mixes. I brought it back, and after a little discussion, we decided they could steep a chai bag, steam and froth the milk, and make a latte out of it. And it worked. However, the vanilla and hazelnut sweeteners they use are sugar free, and for me those tend to have an unpleasant aftertaste and can even make me a little nauseous. Not a huge issue, but I did mention it as I was leaving, and the barista understood right away. They don't offer alternative flavored syrups, but they do have honey, which I'd definitely ask for next time. Split a Power Bar with my friend, and that was filling and delicious. Lots of tasty ingredients and just the right texture. Super friendly service by everyone who works there.

I enjoyed a NA mimosa, which if you didn't know, it looked (and tasted) just as good as an alcoholic mimosa. I enjoyed the hot honey chicken sandwich, it was largeeee, but very flavorful and satisfying. I especially loved the fries. Our wait staff was timely and kind and checked in frequently to inquire about drinks and satisfaction. It was majority of the groups first time at this restaurant, and I would personally be happy to return for a future brunch outing!

Service was attentive and the food came out fast -- both things you want on a Sunday morning when you're still in your church clothes and not quite ready to commit to a long sit. I skipped the coffee and went with the pink juice. It leaned more tart than sweet, which I did not mind, and it was genuinely pretty in the glass -- but at $9, I found myself doing the math. The menu did not specify the size, though I am guessing it was an 8 oz pour, and it came fairly full of ice. Refreshing, yes. Repeatable at that price, I am not sure. For food, I had the classic breakfast -- two eggs over easy, sourdough toast, and roasted potatoes. Simple and exactly what I was in the mood for. Hubby went with the brioche breakfast sandwich: scrambled eggs, cheddar, thick-cut bacon, and chipotle aioli on toasted brioche, with hash browns on the side. He was happy with it. The menu has a lot of options, and there are plenty of ways to upgrade or customize, though most come with an added cost. You can swap your side to fresh fruit or a salad for $1 more, which is a reasonable upcharge if that is what you are after. Worth knowing if you are going with a larger group on the weekend: no split checks on Saturdays or Sundays for parties of 6 or more. The weather cooperated and all the windows and patio doors were open. Plenty of patio seating was available when we arrived, which made the whole experience feel a little more relaxed. A solid Sunday morning stop.

It can be ordered hot or cold and I chose hot. It was fantastic and better than most restaurants I've ever been for this sandwich. Layers of boars head corned beef with finely shredded cabbage, sauerkraut with just the right amount of cheese, and thousand Island dressing. The freshly made marble rye really hit perfectly. I love how they still sample their bread of the day slices with or without butter. The fresh focaccia is like a pillow of bread goodness! And their multigrain seeded breads are second to none. Highly recommend this place for any of your bakery or lunch places!

There were lots of great food choices, including breakfast egg sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, soups, cookies, muffins, and other pastries. I decided on a Turtle Scone, and it was excellent. It had a great texture, was a good size, and had yummy chocolate frosting. The beverage selection was disappointing. There were only a couple of hot coffee choices, and some tea bags. No specialty drinks or lattes like some of their other locations offer. I ended up having water, which just isn't the way to enjoy a scone. Service: The person taking my order was efficient, but not especially friendly. When I commented on the limited hot-drink options, I got a shrug and silence. There didn't seem to be much interest or empathy. Atmosphere: The place is nicely laid out, and the menu board is easy to read. The pastries and cookies are displayed up front, making it easy to choose. There are several small tables where you can eat your selection, but the space seems designed more for takeout customers. I'd come back to pick up something to take home, but not really to dine in.
