I popped into Sherpa's on a late Sunday morning and found it to be pretty empty, which was nice so I didn't feel pressured to make a decision on what to order quickly at the counter, as it was my first time there. Sherpa's describes itself as a "global bistro." It offers five or six pastry choices in the case spanning an almond croissant, super-thick Japanese honey toast, a creme brulee croissant, a cookie croissant and a regular pan au chocolat. Their smoothie menu is has several typical Asian ingredients like lychee and taro, with options to add boba, jelly or popping boba. Dessert choices include baklava, tiramisu and creme brulee, and the small coffee menu includes a boba latte, dalgona coffee and an ice cream latte (basically a large affogato, under my impression). Basically, they've got a little bit of everything when it comes to boba, coffee, tea, smoothies and sweet treats. They've got a super cute interior and even a little sitting area with couches in addition to tables, in case you're just popping in for a coffee to go. I ordered the Italian latte, and they offered me four choices for flavored syrups. My iced hazelnut latte was definitely solid, but didn't blow me away. I'd go back to try something inventive like the boba latte, though.

If you're in the Brookfield area and in the mood for boba, coffee, Thai tea, or any other delicious and refreshing drink you need to check this place out. The inside of this place is such a vibe from the tile on the floor to the pictures on the wall. I had their cappuccino and Japanese honey toast and oh my word they were good! Everyone in there is so warm and welcoming. A must stop if you are in the area!

We came here to get a few coffee's and grab some pastries & other items togo to bring to my brothers on the way over there to hang when we were in town on Saturday November 22nd. We also got a few milk teas with boba too. This place is very nice inside, and has unique food options with different pastries. They also have smoothies, which my daughter got one, & macaroons too. They've got some nice couch like lounge chairs with tables if you want to sit and eat/drink inside or hang while you wait for your order. I thought it was a good experience.

The atmosphere is very pleasant... cute decor and music is a lot less obnoxious than a lot of coffee shops. The coffee and food options are tasty and unique. The employees aren't mean, but they're definitely not friendly. I always get the distinct feeling that they wish I weren't there to bother them. :/

Passing through the area, I was not expecting this experience to be so absolutely wonderful. Staff were incredibly helpful and personable. Ambiance and environment was subtle and inviting - piano/cafe music that was not intrusive. Beautiful minimalist decor with stunning visuals. The food and drinks were perfect. Italian Latte's with oat milk were unsweetened, but offered a delightful balance of natural sweetness in the froth. The pastries provided a crunchy exterior and pillowy interior. My partner suggested taking a sip while still enjoying the bite and it elevated the experience yet another level. Still further, dipping the crispy corners of the Japanese Honey Toast into the latte proved another level of perfection. My only regret is that I don't live closer to this wonderful shop, but this visit proved so unexpectedly wonderful that I needed to review it while still sitting inside, enjoying the unobtrusive delight that Sherpa's offers. Thank you to the staff.

Great addition to the area. We love stopping in to Sherpa's for an afternoon snack/pick me up. Some of our favorites are their Macrons, Japanese Honey Toast and Smoothies with Boba.

This is definitely quite the little gem in the heart of Brookfield. You wouldn't guess that a Himalayan style coffee shop would be hiding in a little strip mall next to Chipotle. The decor is splendid creating nice homey atmosphere. The service is great with delicious coffee, smoothies and baked goods

The drinks and pastries are always a 10/10 whenever I go. The staff are always so sweet too! Highly recommend the ancient brown sugar milk tea boba and the mango smoothie! The crème brûlée croissant always hits too!

Super cute place! Conveniently located, easy parking. Comfy chairs, vibes are 10/10. I got a black coffee and a chocolate chip crookie - both were great but if you come here and don't get a crookie, what are you doing?! It was that good!! Got some churros to go and they bag everything up so nice, too. Employees were so nice. Will def be back!

The boba latte is delicious, and the ambience inside is very cute. Also tried the ice cream latte and liked it.

I'm always greeted with a smile and helped effectively. The boba is always delicious! I've tried a wide range of their specials, seasonal drinks, and regular drinks, all of which were amazing. You are able to pick how much ice and sweetness you would like in your drink as well when you order. Don't forgot to pick up a little punch card as well! After your 9th drink, the 10th one is for free! They also sell cakes, macaroons, and chocolate. But I've yet to try any of the sweets here. They all look amazing and super cute though! The location itself can get pretty busy but of the times I've hung out and drank my boba, it was like any other cafe. There is seating along side the mural on the wall and the window in the front of the boba shop, as well as, a cotton candy machine and claw machines that were recently added.

To me the meaning of bootleg vibe is when you go to a restaurant and the pictures on the menu are just random internet pictures and the descriptions have nothing to do with what's shown. The place says smash burgers and crispy chicken and the photos were like random KFC pictures. Steer Clear!

I frequently like to ask what are some of the most popular items people buy when I go to a new place and aren't familiar with the offerings. There were a number of things on the menu - a variety of hot dogs, boba teas, and tornado potatoes. When I was there, several customers were enjoying a large bowl of shaved ice with toppings - that seemed to be popular. There are a few seats to hang around while snacking/eating. There is a large public parking lot just behind the shop up the hill, a conveniently located spot. I picked up a 3-pack of Mochiring doughuts, with the following flavors: mango; churro; brown sugar. The doughnuts were placed in a rectangular box which made it easy to carry home. Because it was hot, I ordered a fruit boba tea- mango with green tea and with mango-flavored popping boba. It was my first time to have the popping boba. The green tea plus the mango, which was recommend by the cashier/front counter attendant was really good. After trying the popping boba, it was fine, but I personally prefer the regular boba (I think it is a personal preference). I'd definitely get the green tea and mango combo again. The doughnuts were light and airy, and I like the fact they are small, sliightly smaller than bite-sized rounds. I'll come back another time to try the famous hot dogs - and I'd come again for the doughnuts, too. I recommend stopping by if you want to try something new.
