Their specialty lattes, especially the Pistachio, Spanish, and Biscoff, are all incredible! And I can't get enough of the Strawberry Matcha iced drink, it's seriously out of this world! The food is just as fantastic, delicious Arabic pastries, savory empanadas (spinach, chicken, beef), and the Dubai Chocolate Cake & Croissants. And don't forget to try the viral Trompe-l'œil French pastries! I tried the mango and banana flavors, and now I'm totally addicted! The space is bright and elegant, adorned with beautiful decor and murals. Plus, they even have a separate prayer room, making it perfect for community gatherings. Best part? It's the most affordable Arabic coffee place I've found so far! Staff were very attentive and friendly! I will be back soon.

This coffee shop is beautiful. The space is open and bright with colors, plenty of spaces to sit. Service is great, except sometimes it gets very busy when there is only one person working. So it can be slower getting drinks. The pastries are delicious. Their pistachio croissant is HUGE and filled with flavor. My daughter loves their beautiful cake pops. I have gotten various empanadas and they all exceed my expectations. Their cookie butter latte is amazing, I love the chunks of cookie in it. Can't wait to try more!

The employees are very nice. Like other new coffee shops, everything is very expensive, but is nice for a treat once in a while.

This place is a bit hard to find if you aren't familiar with the area. But it was well worth the search. For starters, the drinks are amazing. I had an iced Carmel latte, and a strawberry matcha. Both tasted delicious with strong coffee flavor. The decor inside is also beautiful and feels like a true overseas coffee shop. Staff were friendly, and the service was pretty quick. And for the cherry on top, the have a dedicated prayer room which I thought was very thoughtful. I highly recommend MOTW if you are looking for a change in your regular caffeine fix.

Wish I had taken more pictures, but this was so good! Along with a blueberry tea refresher. The people were very nice and helpful. We were offered some guayabas, very kind of them. The interiors has a modern twist, very peaceful in there. Love it! Highly recommended.

“The foam was so thick on the pistachio latte and you could really taste the flavor of both drinks.”

Coffee is now ubiquitous with daily life in America, which brings me to Qamaria Coffee. Hatem and Munif are two Yemeni entrepreneurs with a passion for Yemeni Coffee and the joint goal of wanting to share it with the world. They founded Qamaria Coffee in 2019 to accomplish this task and in January 2024, they opened a location near Milwaukee in Greenfield, WI. Qamaria offers a variety of dessert options, including a Chocolate Tres Leches, Pistachio Tres Leches, and Caramel Tres Leches cakes. I went with the caramel version, which is described by the cafe as "A decadent caramel treat inspired by tres leches cake, creamy, sweet, and irresistibly smooth". If you've never had Tres Leches Cake, it's a light sponge cake soaked in three types of milk (evaporated, condensed, and whole) that's popular in Latin America. The cake originated in Nicaragua during the 19th century, so on first glance it's not exactly a Yemeni dessert. Doing some research, Middle Eastern variations exist that feature cardamom or rose water and some Qamaria locations do have a Rose Tres Leches. It's fine that the Greenfield location did not have that variety as I honestly would have got the caramel version anyway. My slice was perfectly moist as there was plenty of milk soaked in, but not so much that it made a mess or compromised the structure of the cake. The bottom layer was soft and Tiramisu-like in texture, while the cream on top was rich and thick. Personally, I found the caramel flavor to be mild, but delicious. As it is served chilled, it paired nicely with a hot cup of coffee (which they have a plethora of options to choose from). Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews

We went for dinner at Dia After Dark around 7:30, and easily found a spot. The space is bright and vibrant with plenty of creative seating, including a nook outfitted with a large screen television. Our server, Nicole, was sweet, helpful and attentive. For start we had the calamari and guacamole and chips. The spicy garlic aioli served with the calamari was incredibly flavorful. Definitely spicey, but not overwhelming so. The guacamole was fresh, made with nice sized pieces of tomato and onion, and avocados that were not overly smashed. For dinner, I had the Ceviche Flight, which showcased Salvadoran, Peruvian & Mexican style ceviches. The citrus and herb bases for all three were delightfully zesty, joined with tender seafood, crisp vegetables and firm avocados. I'd recommend eating tortilla chips in between dishes to help balance out the acidity. Dia has great food, great service and a lot of soul.

Food: Ordered my usual London Fog Tea Latte, with a little lavender, a little vanilla, and extra frothy. I would have liked it served in a mug, but they only offer paper cups. The drink was nicely made. I am used to having the tea steeped first and then finished with frothed milk. In this case, the milk was frothed first and the tea bag was added afterward. The result was a very frothy drink, but the tea flavor was a bit weaker than I prefer. Service: I arrived close to noon and the place was about half full. There was only one person working, taking orders, handling payment, and making drinks. Because of that, it took a while to place my order. That said, the person doing all the work was super friendly and helpful, and took the time to make the drink properly. Atmosphere: The atmosphere is relaxing, with lots of big windows and natural light. There are several different seating areas with various table and chair configurations. There is counter seating, high tops, and overstuffed leather chairs. It was a cold day, but the space was very comfortable inside. Everyone was having quiet conversations and being respectful of the environment. Overall, a nice visit. It would benefit from a bit more staffing to speed things up, and ceramic cups for hot drinks would be a great addition.

I like the idea of a coffee shop during the day and a cocktail bar at night- espresso martinis must be a hit!
