Went to Blue Collar Coffee right before stopping nearby to walk the beautiful nature trails! It was my first time stopping by and they had lots of fun drinks! I got the sweet potato chai latte which was delicious, but a bit too sweet for my personal preference. They also have pastry items, which we didn't try this time around but will have to the next time we stop by. One of my favorite things about Blue Collar is that they had a pay it forward wall, which is super sweet! Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area! read more

I got a matcha latte which was fine, but wouldn't recommend. The color was great - however the sweetener and milk overpowered the taste of the tea and I didn't finish it. I would come back and try the coffee drinks sometime because they did look really cool. Lots of fun options on the menu. TBH not a fan of the decor - I know the theme is "blue collar" and they were going for a steel shop vibe but the cafe is pretty dark and feels smaller than it is because of the scrap metal on the walls. Wouldn't be somewhere I'd sit and study but fine for grab and go for me. Maybe I'm just a boomer but I liked the way it was decorated when it was Milwaukee Street Traders and miss how cozy and light it was then. I did LOVE the pay it forward wall. So sweet to encourage kindness in the community and to leave tickets for people to redeem a free drink when they're having a bad day/a nurse/a best friend/etc. Overall, I'd recommend this spot if you're coming to grab something quick but would not recommend the matcha. :) read more

This is such a wholesome sweet coffee shop in downtown Delafield! My favorite part is the pay it forward wall - pay it forward to your favorite nurse/teacher or someone having a hard day the drinks are delicious I loved the matcha. This time I ordered a veggie breakfast burrito which was ok and could have really used some hot sauce but they were out and salsa was mild. Stopped in to meet a friend and was looking forward to a hot beverage and a pastry. I've been here many times, and it's consistently good. They do an excellent job with the London Fog Tea Latte, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The one area I wish they did a little better with is the bakery. I really like a good scone. Theirs are okay, but they feel and taste like the mass produced ones you find at many coffee shops. I don't believe they are made from scratch. Should I expect scratch made bakery from a coffee shop, or am I just becoming a bit of a snob? read more

I love the ambience and the best part was the pay it forward wall, where others can pay for a menu item in advance and someone in need can redeem it. I came here on the day of one of the biggest car events in Wi. the staff were working overtime, kept the line flowing. i ordered online to skip the wait in the line seeing as it went through almost the whole building. i got my food within 10 minutes. food was absolutely delicious, i got the sausage burrito. meat and eggs were chopped a little larger than i was used to but the food was soooo good. it also helps that we're so many places to sit, the whole vibe of the place was top tier with a rustic sort of feel to it. absolutely would have again next time im in delafield! read more

Great little coffee shop in the heart of Delafield. We were determined to enjoy brunch at Belfrē when we arrived to a 45 minute wait. We were fine with the wait but needed some caffeination in the meantime. A quick search on Yelp and we found that Blue Collar Coffee was but a 5 minute walk away. Do towns get more charming than Delafield? Not by much. The walk was lovely and we were able to check out some ice sculptures along the way. We arrived at Blue Collar coffee to find it bustling with people on an early Sunday afternoon. There was a short line and we were delighted to see a menu of classic staples as well as a seasonal menu. In mood for a wintry treat, my dining companion and I opted for their peppermint mocha made with almond milk. The service was fast and efficient and our mochas were delish! Get to it! read more

To start with the basics, their "Blue Collar Creamery" coffee blend is great. Smooth & strong. Love it. I like that they also have a coffee of the day. Every one I've had has been very good. Nice to have the chance to change it up. All the staff have been attentive & friendly. Love the interior as it's has a very informal & relaxed feel, which fits the name. Old (looking) wood tables & a mix of chair types. Plus there's a good amount of seating. Only minor issue for those (like me) who intend to work or read there is that there's a Thursday morning men's bible study group. Absolutely fine with whatever religion or social group meeting, but it's a bit distracting given the group & presenter volume. Plus, the coffee shop turns off the music when they meet. So we don't have the ambient sound to provide a buffer to the group's discussion & presentation. This review is regarding the Delafield location. It's in the downtown with free parking on the street. Great shopping & dining downtown as an added bonus to the location. read more

I've moved back to Wisconsin, and closer to Delafield! Which means I can visit the cafe more often. I was able to go back recently and they've changed their interior a bit, but it's still the coziest of vibes and has plenty of space. I'm very impressed with this coffee shop. I've visited twice now, and each time I've had a pleasant experience. The iced chai latte I ordered leans more on the spiced rather than sweet side, so I'd recommend adding a flavor shot to your order. I went with a pump of vanilla and it was delicious. There is a nice variety of pastries to choose from. The blueberry muffin I ordered was fluffy and moist and packed with blueberries. There was a nice golden crust on the top as well. There is plenty of seating inside. You really have your pick of booths and tables. The patio also has a few tables, but not a lot. If you want to eat outdoors, I'd recommend arriving pretty early. Street parking is pretty much your only option, so it can sometimes be a little hard to find. Blue Collar Coffee also has two gender-neutral restrooms. If you're considering visiting this coffee shop, I'd definitely stop by. You won't be disappointed. read more

I haven't been here since the pandemic when the owner took an anti-mask stance but I needed a place to hole up in town. Firstly, I forgot how un-cozy the atmosphere is. I think it's going for garage chic? Anyway, its a weirdly dark and rusty aesthetic. Secondly, the turkey sandwich they nuked for me was truly disgusting-to the point I wondered how old the turkey was. Threw the whole thing out. Thirdly, the BELL. The door has a comically loud bell that jolted me every time someone came in or out. I'm assuming its so the staff can hear someone enter if they're in the back? If you're easily distracted, it's a nightmare. I hate being a negative nancy, so I'll end by saying the baristas were lovely-friendly and hardworking. And they had a lot of outlets... which is cool. read more

this is such a cute coffee shop I love the area around the coffee shop. The employees are so kind and helpful! My only thing i would note is that parking can be tricky when it's busy... there are several spots directly in front of the shop but if those spots are taken there is a parking lot that you can walk to that's a little bit down the street. read more

Cute cafe right in the little downtown of Delafield where there's boutiques and other restaurants. There's seating outside and inside that's open. Staff was friendly. The food looked good, but I just got their green smoothie which was delicious and the Hawaiian Island Tea which is a limited flavor. Very good as well! Highly recommend :) read more

I got a coffee there and it was not very good, I took a espresso and they served me a double espresso, it was so sour and strong, it make sense on a latte maybe, my wife had an Americano and it was the same . People were nice I took a blueberry pastry and that was not good the pastry was not flaky, was flat, and the blueberry jam was disappointing, they have Croissants but I didn't tried, it is funny to find a croissant in a place called "blue collar" in Wisconsin. I was really disappointed in my visit today. First, multiple employees weren't wearing masks even while preparing food and drinks. One had a mask dangling from one ear. The ones that were wearing masks weren't wearing them correctly. Another customer asked them to put their masks on and I was truly disappointed at their response- one employee responded sarcastically he would "remember the next time" and the other put on her mask only to take it off the minute the customer walked out the door while she was still preparing my drink. The coffee was mediocre and the sandwich I ordered barely had any of the ham, cheese, or apple on it. It was mainly bread and mustard. While I love to support small, local businesses, I won't come back to this establishment again and I wish I had just gone to Stone Creek. read more
