They offer gluten "friendly" bakery, and let us know that they try hard to contain any cross contamination.. I don't have a gluten issue, but that was good to know. I'm always wary in Lake Country, because my politics and affect differ from the majority, but the Commodore makes no distinctions. When our friends arrived, we grabbed a table and had a fantastic meal. Our Wiener Schnitzel was great, and our friends raved about the Beef Wellington. Service at the table was professional and well-trained. Maybe because I travel and have lived in several metropolitan areas, I found the prices more than reasonable for the gestalt experience.
