Been here a bunch of times. It's a nice place, but it can be a bit inconsistent. This visit, however, was a positive experience. I met a friend for a hot beverage and something to eat. I ordered a London Fog in a mug and a scone. The scone was excellent, with a great texture and not overly sweet. The London Fog was good, had nice flavor, and temperature. Could have been even better with a bit more care with the frothed milk. When we arrived, it was packed wall-to-wall with moms and children, maybe due to an event next door. I unfortunately will not be coming back here, I got the dot cake iced latte and it just tasted like a cherry latte and that's not what I was really hoping for. I can't even finish the whole drink. I threw half of it away. I also got a everything bagel with cream cheese and there was little to no seasoning on the bagel quite the disappointment they weren't even that busy so I wish they would've taken some more time on my order, but whatever they were fast, almost too fast. Cute coffee shop with lots of options. I chose my usual hot latte which was crafted with whole milk. Very creamy and good. I also got a toasted bagel with butter. They had lots of pastries to choose from cookies to scones, many with a holiday theme. The one person working was making coffees and breakfasts and doing a great job keeping the line moving. The food is very good and tasty. Nice wide selection of breakfast and lunch items, and desserts too. The 3 stars is because of the service and problem with the order and the excessive wait and they still couldn't get the order right. Visited in July and called in a to go order, was told it would take 30 minutes. We got there in about 25 minutes after driving through a rain storm to find out that they didn't have an ingredient for 1 of the items, and instead of calling us to tell us this, they decided to wait until we got there to start our order. Well there was now plenty of people there eating, people in line, phone orders piling up so we had to wait about 40 more minutes. The person behind the counter was new, so she had to go ask someone every time we had a question about the menu or availability of some items. We ordered food for 7 people, so it was a larger order, and I do understand wanting to get it right, but they should have called us back to discuss it while we were driving over there. To make matters worse, when we got the food over to the final destination and opened it up to eat, there were items missing and items that were made incorrectly. We called and talked to the manager or owner and she did end up giving us a credit on our credit card. The food was tasty, and decent portions. I just did not like the wait, their customer service, and getting the order wrong after the excessive wait. First visit with wife to get a couple of breakfast sandwiches to go - we waited about a half hour for our sandwiches. Okay, maybe short staffed. Next my wife went with her boss for lunch - they waited 45 minutes before it came. Had to eat fast so they could get back to work on time. Despite this, I went yesterday to get a breakfast sandwich to go - I waited 10 minutes just to get up to the counter while a couple of people couldn't decide what they wanted - then when I got up to the counter the girl started making several drinks and ignored me - after another 10 minutes (making 20 total already, and knowing it would be at least a half hour more for my sandwich), I left. Note all the negative reviews. If you still decide to go, remember I warned you. read more

Usually I don't order espresso out as it's typically better but this place knocked it out of the park! Doubleshot latte didn't need any sweetener as it was perfectly smooth and flavorful. I'm kind of a coffee snob and haven't had a good cup of joe in Wisconsin for years. Homemade bakery also out of this world. Cute little independent in an otherwise ugly strip mall right off the highway. The sole worker is friendly behind her mask and plexiglass protection, the place seems clean and safe. Very competent espresso, and a scrumptious pistachio muffin made for an excellent coffee break. Very robust menu for a cozy coffee shop! Lots of young families enjoying the afternoon. Easy to get to! Great breakfast or lunch stop!

Nice little place, busy....which means it must be good, waited a while for the food but they let you know up fro t and it actually didn't take as long as they said it would, wasn't bad anyways as I nursed a large latte which was great. The Reuben was good, 4-stars, only drawback for me is preference to thicker, chunkier corned beef. This was thinly shaved, but grilled bread and ratios were all spot on. Peanut butter brownie was 5-stars. Friends enjoyed their strawberry banana smoothies and one got the croissant breakfast sandwich, which I may have to get next time, looked great. Used to love this place but the amount of price increases I've seen in the 18 months I've been coming here seems out of line. $16 for pancakes doesn't sit well with me. I love to support small businesses but this just seems like you're taking advantage at this point and using inflation as an excuse. Sweet young staff though and good food. Not a ton of seating though so be prepared to wait if you don't come early! Also very slow (1 of 2 couples here early AM and our 1 order of food took 40 min to bring out). Super cute little cafe. I had heard great things about the sandwiches so made it a lunch stop with a friend. A somewhat extensive menu. I ordered the blt and friend had the French dip and ice tea at the counter then found a table. Seemed like it took awhile to get our water and tea but I'm guessing the tea was fresh brewed. After about another 10 minutes our food arrived. The sandwiches were great. Fresh artisan bread, buttered and grilled to perfection. We both enjoyed our food. I was wishing I didn't already have my daily allowance of caffeine because I really wanted to try the lavender latte!! Next time. This is the only place west of Brookfield I can get a lavender latte. They do have some unique food and drink options. Everything tasted pretty good. My issue is with the service. Ugh. I placed an order over the phone and the girl taking my order kept talking to other people while taking my order so it took forever to finish ordering. She told me they don't do food pickups until 12:20 only bakery and I said that's fine, I'd wait. I got to the restaurant at 12:20 and call to let them know I'm there. I sit and watch every other car get food. 30 minutes later I still have nothing so I try calling again to see what's going on but now no one answers. I finally yell to one of the employees taking payments from the cars so that I can get some help. I tell her I've been waiting for 30-40 minutes at that point. She just doesn't acknowledge that. Finally get my food after waiting almost an hour and I was supposed to get a vodka lemonade. There was no vodka so I told the girl who brought it out. She tells me that the vodka is already mixed in. Well I know that's not true because 1. It's illegal 2. I saw other people getting mini bottles with their drinks and 3. I tasted it, but I was so irritated by that point I just let it go and left. I've seen them mention on Facebook how slammed they've been and to patient with them, but they were not busy when I was there. Throughout my entire almost hour long ordeal there were maybe 8 other vehicles max that came and went. When I spoke up about issues it was ignored. I won't be returning. read more

As a reviewer who is new to the area but who has traveled the country dining and noshing in every nook and cranny cafe found anywhere - Pink Mocha is as good as it gets and that includes the house (French or regular) coffee. Heidi celebrates three years at this location in Hartland, WI tomorrow. Her sister Laurel bakes some mean muffins and pastries that are the best around. Pink Mocha offers a full lunch and breakfast menu along with daily specials. You can't go wrong with whatever you choose and there is plenty to choose from. I will have to come back to really give an extended review but today my kids went for the grilled cheese sandwich and Nutella waffles which my girls said were the best ever! I recommend the Strawberry Pecan Salad (I had mine without the grilled chicken) which was built on fresh mixed greens, candied pecans that had the right amount of crunch and sweet delight that sat between perfectly carved red onion and bleu cheese that is served with a warm roll and a raspberry vinaigrette that tops it all off as an award winning dish. I'm heads over heels at this place because its all so perfect, hard to find any flaw at all. The staff is friendly, service is courtese and fast. The food is fresh as can be with the finest ingredients I've found anywhere. The selection is vast and reasonably priced.
