We had three different servers, and all were excellent and courteous. Our beverages were served quickly and replenished, and each server made sure to check on us several times and always in a manner of genuine caring. After she had brought the bill out, she came back and apologized, saying the owner told her they were going to charge us $10 for the broken plate. We thought she was kidding. She was in tears telling us she knew it was an accident but he was making her do it. We have both been in the hospitality business for years, and this seemed absolutely absurd to us (broken plates/glasses are part of overhead costs!!!!), so we asked to speak with the owner. Our server came back out saying he refused to speak with us. NEVER have we EVER had this experience anywhere before.
