Chocolate cake. Our compliments to the pastry chef. White chocolate medallion. We also enjoyed strawberry sorbet.

Phenomenal dinner this evening at The Commodore. The building is beautifully designed and decorated. An East Coast refined atmosphere without being stuffy. Kevin's service team were attentive and made sure our dinner was a memorable experience. We started with our choice of water service sparkling or plain. We enjoyed fresh and crisp Mojitos, Camus wine and Butterfly Kisses (Arnold Palmer) mocktails. Bread service was warm, homemade with fresh butter medallions. Two of us enjoyed the outstanding Filet Oscar. 8 oz Prime Filet topped with Fresh Lumb Crab Meat, Bearnaise Sauce served with Asparagus and Whipped Potatoes. Another enjoyed Braised Lamb Shanks with Cauliflower, Farro, and Huckleberry Jus. All meals were perfectly prepared with the highest quality ingredients. The atmosphere is classy. The west facing windows offer a stunning view of Lake a Nagawicka. This evening the lake was covered in snow covered ice. Our 5pm reservation was early enough to enjoy a leisurely sunset. The Commodore is an outstanding dining experience we look forward to sharing with family and friends.

Love what they have done with this restaurant! The renovation is such an upgrade. It's so bright and the natural light coming in is beautiful. The location has always given guests a spectacular view of the lake. The menu also got an impressive upgrade as well featuring classics and modern twists. The staff was a well orchestrated production and everyone was on top of every little detail. Can't wait to dine again!

was excited to try the latest Bartolotta restaurant, and see how they renovated the space I've formerly been to. the exterior and interior is both BEAUTIFUL, stunning simple and classy designs, this would be a beautiful event space. we grabbed a drink at the bar before our table was ready. was pleased to find an entire mock tail section (thank you!) and lots of other classic cocktails my husband was excited about. you could tell the bartenders were super busy, they made a mention in passing they were understaffed and the bar tables would need to also come up to the bar. we were seated at a beautiful table with view of the windows; however, was too dark to see the lake I knew was there. we had three different waiters throughout the evening, all nice but you could tell still finding their flow... we were asked the same question many times and often immediately after each other. our table was near the bus station, and they kept sneaking through the side of our table by the wall which would startle us & felt a little off for their high end atmosphere. loved their crab and shrimp bisque, and also got the lobster for dinner. lobster was very nicely cooked and loved all the vegetables but it came out without the dumplings listed. we brought it up and they quickly added them but was surprised to see a this place didn't have someone on expo for quality control. we finished with the special butterscotch pudding which was INSANELY good. all in all, beautiful place, nice food, but they definitely have some kinks left to work out at the relatively new establishment.

A Tuesday night with a 6:00pm reservation, we were greeted by a smiling young lady who made sure our visit started off right; coats stored, did we want a drink in the bar first, would we like a wine menu? All great questions. We were seated at a small table for two, which at first look seemed uncomfortable, but it was just fine. We had Old Fashioneds and were given a relish platter, which was mostly olives and a few small crackers with a spread, all very supper club traditional. We then ordered the Exotic Mushrooms, where the crispy ciabatta toast was a nice combination for this unusual appetizer. It was a big order, so we actually took some home. The House Signature Overnight Prime Rib was our choice with mashed potatoes and horseradish sauce on the side. These were done to perfection (medium rare) and a good size. My only changes would be a little less au jus with the Prime Rib. It was swimming on the plate and looked a bit overwhelming. Our server was Christine M., and to say she made our meal wonderful from start to finish is an understatement. She obviously enjoys her job and knows how to make everyone feel welcome, which goes a long way towards a great meal. As we asked questions, she gently directed us to the best options, and her knowledge and attention to detail made our choices easy. Red Circle Inn did well when they hired her. As a surprise treat, I got a birthday ice cream sundae, which was delicious! Rich ice cream with just the right amount of whipped cream, chocolate, and sprinkles on top. Thank you for this treat! After this visit, I hope to return soon. The pricing was appropriate, and we left with enough food for another meal another day. Thank you, Christine! We always appreciate being treated well by a knowledgeable and friendly server. You made our evening.

I did not know this was the oldest supper club in Wisconsin, dating back to 1848! How have I not been before? Anyway, I was going for a walk with my gf, and we were talking about dinner ideas. Then I remembered seeing a lot in social media about Red Circle Inn, so I called and found out the bar seating was first-come-first-served, so we went straight there. Attire is casual, and the space is beautiful! Lots of great classic photos, pieces of history, with some signs of updates. We started with cocktails and apps: Sprecher Root Beer pork belly and classic supper club dishes Shrimp DeJonghe & French Onion Soup. All were delicious, but the French Onion Soup really stood out to me because the broth had so much flavor, and it was loaded with onions and a thick layer of cheese! My gf ordered the entree special, a bone-in glazed veal chop over mushroom risotto, and I ordered a 12oz cut of prime rib because supper club. Her risotto was cooked to the right consistency and her veal chop was tender and delicious (of course I tried her dish!). My prime rib was perfect! It had great seasoning on its own, and the jus served with it took it to another level. I think it was the best prime rib I've ever had, definitely my current one that I'll compare others to. It would have been smart to leave really full at this point, but we decided we couldn't pass on the Rhumchata bread pudding, and why not add tje dessert special Citrus Panna Cotta with fresh berries. Wow! Yes, we took home leftovers, and yes, we had to be rolled out, but it was worth it. We received excellent service from Quentin, and the GM Kyle was providing tours and history lessons, so we joined one. You need to go!

The storefront itself is so cute, I love that it's in a little house and there's plenty of space inside for sitting, groups, and events! When we came on Saturday there was actually a baby shower happening in the main room and I thought the space was perfect for this. I ordered a glow smoothie, matcha latte, and a carrot muffin. The muffin was delicious - tasted very healthy but also sweet and was the perfect morning treat after a workout. The smoothie was also great and pretty filling. The matcha was amazing. I've had matcha at a few different places in Delafield and have not been super thrilled about them. This one was great and I would 100% recommend it - not too sweet and didn't just taste like oat milk. Meg told us that in order to serve this tea, the matcha company basically had to interview her and instruct her on the best ceremonial practices. I thought that the care the servers put into the matcha was really special. Overall, such a great space to stop by if you're in the area or are in need of a gathering place!!
