We also ordered a Caesar salad that came with soft/soggy broken up pieces of rye bread as the croutons. They recently changed out their management for whatever reason which I think was a big mistake because there was quality control and commitment to quality food. They have been fantastic for years and now the quality has completely crashed. My recommendation is to stay away. Don't let this place ruin your love for pizza. My wife had The Wild Goat which is-Creamy goat cheese base, roasted mushroom medley, arugula, shaved parmesan, balsamic drizzle. Another combination with a ton of flavor. The staff was friendly and seemed interested what we thought of the pizzas, which we were happy to ell them that we loved them. They have a couple local beers and other standard fare of beers & sodas. We were just chasing pizza but they offer lots of other entrees like sandwiches, Mac & cheese and even steak & salmon. Pizza Ortolana serves its single-serving pizzas out of a converted vintage trainer that now includes a wood-burning oven. Ortolana's uses their own Napoletana-style pizza dough which is softer and chewier than traditional thin crust. I had a Margherita pizza and the sauce was delicious, with just the perfect level of tangy. They plan to offer a rotating menu focused mainly on vegetarian and vegan options, but also offer the occasional pizza with meat. The Margherita pizza I tried cost $12, while my companion's vegan Marinara pizza was only $11. Ordering and payment is handled entirely through the CashDrop app, providing a smooth and touch-free experience. Although just two months old, the good news is that Pizza Ortolana has arranged to be serving their delicious pizza at Supermoon on a regular basis.
