I really appreciated the Starbucks today. Nikki was extremely friendly and I love how she asks to start with your name when she takes your order so that she can address you properly. She had a big smile and my items were up quickly!! This is the start to many peoples day. It matters who we deal with. Thanks Nikki!

Love the cute and cozy Professional Pack Family Springtime Splash Portrait!!!

Checked in today and Jacob and Isiah both took great care of me! Loved how both Gentlemen worked with such a Compatible Flow of Speedy and Sharp attention to Detail and how they didn't take any Shortcuts when it came to Enthusiastically Organized Communication. Jacob greeted me immediately upon arrival, took my order and repeated it back with fully focused effortless Finesse, and made the whole transaction feel extra positive, personal, warm, and fun! I like how Jacob knows how to make work feel more like a Play Vacation creating Fun and Soul Freeing Fiesta Vibes while looking Stylishly Sharp and Charming, and Isiah is so good at being precise and meticulous with Excellence in his Craft too! Watching Isiah prepare drinks I was not familiar with at the Bar like the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappucino and Iced Chai Tea Lattes made me want to try them in the future because of how Stunning and delicious they looked being prepared with such high precision Expertly Designed Enthusiasm ;0) Isiah's Beast Mode Hustle is a thrill to watch and so inspiring as a Student of Bougie Hospitality and Morale Sanitizing Hydration. The Matcha Creme Frappucino Jacob made me was outstanding too! My Mom who normally doesn't enjoy Starbucks drinks because she finds them too sweet really enjoyed taking a sip of my Frappucino and even went back for seconds ;0) Jacob is so good at infusing our drinks with positive vibes and joyfully passionate laughter while he makes them too, I think that's what my Mom was sipping as an Energy Recharge Transfer into her System! ;0)

Oleato cold brew

This review is for oleato cold brew. I am not impressed at all since I could not taste the olive oil at all.

This is a joke right? "The Incredible Breakfast Sandwich??" Incredibly bad.

This is a joke right? "The Incredible Breakfast Sandwich??" Take a look at the photo yourself and let me know if it looks incredible or anywhere appetizing. Ok, maybe it's incredibly misleading when compared with the picture they have on the menu. Go order it yourself if you want to, then decide. But don't say I didn't warn you.

I like the drive thru. Good, friendly service and the wait is usually not as bad as other Starbucks I've been to.

I usually hit their San Marino spot, but this location still delivered the goods. The shop's a bit small inside, but service was nice. Grabbed my ride-or-die Koan-Im Oolong Latte and paired it with a donut from my favorite donut shop like I was assembling the perfect duo for a late night snack. The tea was lightly sweetened perfectly to my liking, smooth, and clearly crafted by someone who respects tea leaves more than I respect my sleep schedule. The cloud top was basically dalgona candy foam and felt like a bonus dessert after finishing the drink. Even with a lot of people waiing, service moved fast, in & out in about 7 mins. Quality tea, speedy service, and enough creamy foam happiness to make a milestone review feel deserved!! Highly recommend!!! Now for some poetry that's inspired my 1000th review: Warm glazed memories sift through my reverie. A pink box opened in the summer of 24. Days were bleak and hollow like a bakery shelf at closing. I saw the saddest eyes, soft as powdered sugar falling. Sweet like a dalgona cloud top koan-im oolong latte, but carrying a quiet ache no frosting could hide. That summer you saved me, like the first bite of something new when you thought you'd forgotten what butterflies felt like. The season changed and you suddenly disappeared.... just an empty pink box on the counter. Only crumbs remain now, where your strawberry-glazed humor used to melt into every moment like sugar on warm dough. My heart split like a jelly donut. Still, I'm grateful as the world is as it should be. I pass by the donut shop on 66 and smile. People think it's just about donuts. But once.... a long time ago, one saved my life. Děkuju, na shledanou, měj se via.

I'm a matcha person so I've only ever gotten their matcha, and if not just their strawberry hibiscus (no longer served), herbal tea, and strawberry milk. I love their selection of matcha: strawberry with chunks. One of the best I've had! Their blueberry matcha is pretty delicious also. The customer service is great. Everyone is kind and efficient. I'd say the baristas kind of keep to themselves though and aren't overly enthusiastic. But overall, still welcoming & nice! The atmosphere is simple with wood seating areas. I like it. However sitting for a long duration can be a little uncomfortable since there's not much back support, but luckily they have a basket with padded pillows to sit on. Recently they added tables along the corner nook area which is great! Aside from that they have little tray-like table tops to set your drinks on or laptops/books/etc; while working. There's also plenty of outlets which is a plus. Not to mention they always seem to have a good playlist goin' :) Oh! & they have outside seating as well underneath shaded umbrellas. My only complaint is it gets really hot in there during the hotter months. Especially since they're facing south and catch all the direct light early on in the day. Don't get me wrong, I love the natural lighting! It's just more prone to getting hotter & I'm not sure if they have A/C. I'm sure they probably do but it's never been exactly cold in there like most coffee shops, mainly room temperature. All in all Grid is a great spot! I highly recommend :)

The staff said their biscoff latte is their specialty so i decided to try that drink. It wasn't that sweet and it was bad. For the pastries, it looked like a lot of the ones I was hoping from browsing online were not available. I ended up getting the biscoff cheesecake. It was on the sweeter side but it was very good. For the drink, I ended up getting the banana latte. Been on a streak of getting that lately so wanted to compare with other stores. I didn't get a lot of banana in the taste. At least it had an espresso shot for the caffeine fix and did not taste like the artificial banana. Nothing special there and stand out. For the interior, they had a few seating they primarily accommodated a few groups of four and two. I was able to grab a bench seat that had an outlet. However, there wasn't enough space for my laptop and the items I ordered. WiFi was available but it had a 90 minute limit. The store had a moderate noise level and stayed busy throughout the time that I was there. The service on the order was quick and they do bring it out to you. The store also has their own house espresso which was a medium dark roast. American Express is accepted as a payment option here. Overall, it was a decent work spot. If I come back, I'd prefer to try another drink and hope other pastries are available. Would recommend the biscoff cheesecake for those that want something sweet and the house coffee beans for those that like medium roasts.

What I love most here is the ordering experience. There are multiple large touchscreens where you can fully customize your drink -- sugar level, ice level, add-ons, substitutions, you name it. I almost always go for zero sugar, and the fact that I can do that easily is a huge plus for me. It's the kind of flexibility that modern boba shops should all offer. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable, which is refreshing compared to some other spots in the area. Is it the most amazing boba I've ever had? Honestly, no -- but the ability to build your drink exactly the way you want it more than makes up for it. There's also a large display screen showing order status, so you always know when your drink is ready. It's a small touch, but it makes the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. I'll be real though -- I probably drink more coffee from the Starbucks across the street than boba from here. At the end of the day, coffee feels like the healthier daily habit. But when I'm in the mood for something different, this place is where I'll be.
