There were only a handful of tables, and almost all of them were occupied when we arrived. Everything we tried was amazing. The hot dog roll was crispy, savory, and super satisfying. The ham and cheese pastry was also incredibly crispy with that buttery flaky texture. My favorite pastry was probably the strawberry lemon creme croissant: fruity, bright, and packed with flavor without being overly sweet, which I really appreciated. For drinks, the Korean plum gochu lemonade was unexpectedly addictive. It was refreshing and citrusy with subtle hints of spice that made every sip interesting. Most of time, I do enjoy this little bakery cafe located at the corner of a Korean strip mall. Coffee is decent but for the first time, I tasted something terrible - Crab Croquette. My first bite was very dry and I wasn't sure what I was tasting. It didn't taste like crab for sure, so I had a second bite. It was bad. I asked one of the workers if I could switch it out with anything, she said she'll ask the manager. The assistant manager came and told me that she cannot swap it out and that I should have read in the description that it's only imitation crab meat. Ok, I can own that, I could have read the fine print. But it wasn't just the taste, it was also the texture, the over fried dried dough... I really wish that she could have been more understanding and more accommodating. It's only a bakery item and not a prime rib dinner. After standing second in line for 5 minutes and the guy was still ordering, I asked a different worker if it's possible to open the second register just so I can buy my loaf of bread and be on my way. I am beyond disappointed with my experience here. I bought two slices of cake, and they were both absolutely terrible. For starters, each slice was tiny and cost $8, which is insane given the quality. The cake was noticeably stale, and the cream had a hard, crusty texture that didn't taste fresh at all. I tried the Tiramisu slice, and it was a disaster, it was swimming in sugar and way too sweet. It completely lacked the smoothness and consistency that a proper Mascarpone cream should have. Although there is an outdoor seating area available, unfortunately it does not seem to be properly maintained. In addition, the staff seemed to remain indoors and did not check on the outdoor area, which made the patio feel neglected, particularly in terms of cleanliness. I also experienced some misinformation regarding my order. I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk for an additional charge and specifically asked whether the drink was unsweetened. The female staff member confirmed that it was, which led me to believe it contained no sugar or sweetener. However, the drink turned out to be sweetened. Tucked in the back of the plaza, it can get a bit busy in the parking lots since there's the market and so many other businesses and eateries. However, parking itself is never that hard to find. There's plenty of seating inside and some outdoor seating as well. I do like the floral decor and twinkling lights that they have at this location. The other Paris Baguettes I go to are usually, or were usually, part of a mall, so it's nice that this has the space that it does. I've never gone when it's super busy, but there's always other patrons there either chatting outside and hanging out or working on something inside. You can get savory and/or sweet pastries, sandwiches, full cakes or just slices, drinks, and everything else that you can get at other Paris Baguettes. Stock is decent. Sometimes the pastries are a bit hit and miss. Cronuts are a bit pricy and oily, but I never have issues with their sausage/hot dog buns and cream breads. read more

On 8/4/26 at about 5:40pm, we bought 2 sandwiches. One was tuna, and it tasted too fishy that I couldn't finish eating it. My guess is that it wasn't fresh. We also purchased 3 pastries and an iced coffee. I also asked for 2 ice waters, and was told they could only give 1 water per customer. I let them know that my daughter was in the car waiting, and we purchased 2 sandwiches, but they still refused, so I bought a bottled water. The bottled water was previously opened because when opening it, the safety seal was already broken. The selection of pastries was very limited, and there were many empty pastry shelves. I asked to speak to the manager, and the cashier told us that the manager was not there. We do not recommend this place. We spent $40+, and they couldn't even give 1 extra ice water. She finally gave in and gave me a SMALL wax coated bag for the napkins. I will start spending my money elsewhere at other Paris Baguette locations or go to 85c. The shopping center is anchored by Super H Mart and features an eclectic, international bazaar feel to it, what with its Korean super market, two Vietnamese Phó shops and now its bustling, Parisian-themed bakery. Talk about happy coincidences! I'd dropped into the plaza on a delivery gig then was drawn to the sharp, navy blue and gunmetal gray signage. Right away the store staff were a pleasure to interact with, notably ANGELO, who guided this momentarily stupored customer how to deploy their trays and tongs to serve myself from their tempting array of freshly baked goods. Both in words and deed, Angelo clearly exemplified the "We are happy to see you, but happier to serve you" slogan that hangs prominently in the store. I ordered a trio of items. A large Mocha Smoothie, minus the expresso 'cause I didn't wanna be awake all night, a Ham.& Gruyere Sandwich on a Flute-shaped baguette lovingly smeared with unsalted butter then toasted and a flaky, wondrous dark chocolate pastry. Pro Tip #1- Try your best to not visit Paris Baguette on an empty stomach, else you might as well hand over your wallet or purse because the unbelievable selection of yummy, decadent treats will enchant you! Pro Tip #2- Definitely enroll in their in-house loyalty program. From the jump they'll lavish you w/ a free pastry, just for signing up! You'll accrue loyalty points for every pre-tax dollar you spend... Which, in my case, was $20.90. The seating area inside isn't huge, but you can always sit outside the entrance door area too. I visit Paris Baguette regularly to earn points and rewards via app. This place has everything and the display area was fully stocked. I like it. Staffs are young and willing to help customers as desired. Music playing in the background was comforting. Paris Baguette foods and beverages aren't cheap these days, but everything is still delicious and worth digging into when you feel like it. Entrance may feel a bit narrow when customers are fully packed inside or lining up at front counter. Loved my usual soufflé cheesecake and small hot chocolate. Apparently a light ice request comes with strict portion control and grandma grade sass, who knew? Now you do! I was going through the reviews and had such a similar experience with the older Asian lady in the apron, usually in all black clothing that I figured why not share my encounters. Her attitude and demeanor stands out in the worst way! She's consistently rude, which is especially noticeable given how friendly and accommodating the rest of the staff has always been to me. I typically ask for light ice in my drink and I have never had any type of issues at any Paris Baguette locations until my encounters with the older Asian lady dressed in black, usually in a tan apron. The first time, she only filled my drink about 60-70% of the cup with ice. When I politely asked if she could fill the rest of the cup, she looked me up and down and bluntly told me no, indicating it was because I ordered less ice, that is all I would receive. The second time, there was an employee in training. I ordered my usual, not expecting much after the first experience. The trainee was preparing my drink, but she abruptly stopped him, saying "no, no, no fill it," which clearly caught him off guard. My last encounter was nonetheless very similar. There was a large drink order ahead of me however the older Asian lady made eye contact with me, looked me up and down in a way that felt judgmental, prioritized my drink, once again only filling it about 60-70% of the cup with ice. After these experiences, the entire interactions I had with her left me feeling very uneasy and uncomfortable as a paying customer. While any policy change regarding light ice is completely understandable, the condescending and hostile manner in which it was communicated by the older Asian lady is unacceptable and unprofessional. Clear and respectful communication should be the basic standard. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression that outweighs the otherwise great pastry and drinks. I've also shared my experience with coworkers who used to frequent this location, and now avoid due to my negative experience. Even in the evening, the space felt lively and safe, with a few families bringing their kids in for dessert. * Seating: Seating is ample: booths, cute wicker-style tables, and even outdoor seating with plants and fairy lights--definitely fits the cozy bakery vibe. *Sugar mochi donut: I tried this because I wanted to branch out from what I usually get, but I probably wouldn't get this one again (3.5/5, in my opinion). We came and Ordered a cake 72 hours in advance. The app/website says 24hours in advance. We get there first excuse is 3 weeks in advance. We spend about an hour putting in our order and they say it will be ready. I go 12 hours before pick up and ask about the cake thinking if it's ready I'll get it now the lady at the counter reassured me it would be ready in the morning. We say thank you and leave. The next day at the scheduled time we go in and ask about the cake nothing was made the order didn't exist at all. After taking so much time to order and many trips to make the order. NOTHING!!!! I was a regular every Sunday morning. I would occasionally stop week days for a coffee to go and I will never go back to support this establishment. I had too many bad experiences here with them. I recently visited Paris Baguette and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a hot coffee and a pastry, and also brought my own cup. I asked the staff if they could put some ice and water in my cup, but I was told I would be charged $1, even if I used my own cup, which didn't make much sense. I also asked for the Wi-Fi password, and they told me Wi-Fi is limited to only 30 minutes. On top of that, there were signs on the outlets saying no charging was allowed. I've been to other Paris Baguette locations before and have never encountered these kinds of restrictions. My favorite times to visit are in the morning and the evening. In the evening, the selection can be a bit sparse because the bakery is so popular with the community, but that's also part of the fun. You're encouraged to try things you might not normally choose because there are fewer options available. Evening visits are especially memorable because the bakery feels intimate and beautiful when it's lit up. My children call it "the magic garden." One thing I feel obligated to mention: if you're particularly sensitive to social dynamics (as I can be at times), you may notice that Black and Hispanic customers aren't always treated as warmly as others. In my experience, the difference is subtle and not overt, but it's something I've occasionally noticed after visiting for more than a decade. That said, I refuse to let prejudice stop me from enjoying something I love, and I don't think others should either. I was raised with manners and respect, and I make every effort to treat people the same regardless of race, religion, social standing, or background. Please don't let that observation discourage you from visiting this delicious hidden gem. It remains one of my favorite places, and I genuinely believe it's worth a 40-50 mile drive. If you enjoy thrifting, there's a great Goodwill next door and a plaza filled with specialty eateries nearby. Make a spontaneous day trip out of it with friends or family. If you have friends visiting from abroad, this is also a wonderful place to bring them so they can take home pictures, memories, and a story to tell. It's a really lovely bakery. I fell in love with the gorgeous looking pastries and cakes. My eyes were wide open with intrigue. I wanted to spend more time in here, but had to pick up the cake and start heading to the restaurant. I still ended up buying some pastries besides the cake. I love their big Berry Tart... it's so good! My daughter chose the Chocoholic Chiffon Cake. It has chocolate soft cream and chocolate crisp pearls, topped with chocolate sauce. It normally serves 10, but if you cut smaller slices, you could get 20 slices out of it. We had 11 people and there was half a cake left. The cake was really light and not too sweet. We all loved it especially my youngest daughter. I was informed that the Blueberry Chiffon Cake is very good, too. I'll have to try that one next time. Staff was super nice, friendly, and helpful. Service was quick. Ambiance was lovely. Prices are on the higher end, but hey, you're getting French inspired baked goods. It's all good. One of the staff with the eye glasses who works there being so rude to me! This store was Located in Diamond bar. They were short of staff. In the beginning it was only him at the register and there was a line waiting for the coffee & checkoutI He seems kind of frustrated but it's not my problem! 1. I tried to ordered a coffee, and he said do it one at a time. 2. I was standing in front of the register and he told me to stand on the side. I just want to asked how much longer do I have to wait for my coffee.  3. I told him that I would like to add whip cream when I ordered but ended it up without any whip cream. And then he hold the cup up on the air and said the whip cream cost $0.80. I was so pissed off not because of the $0.80, its because of his attitude. I believed that he doesn't want to be treated the same way like me as a customer. I will never buy anything from that store. I whether go somewhere else. Not worth it!
