One of my favorite things to do on a Saturday morning is to spend time at any coffee shop and relax as I don't get to do that during the week. I opted for a peppermint hot chocolate which I have not tried as mint is one of my favorite flavors. It was a little too sweet but it was still tasty so I will try modifying it next time. The service was efficient and friendly. I noticed that they have a couple new flavors which I will have to check out next time. read more

Pretty standard Starbucks quality on product. What steps this place apart is the location and service. The location is in a former bank which provides great space inside and out. Inside space is super modern coffee vibe and outdoors provides patio seating. Inside is very dimly lit. As for staff: super friendly as soon as you walked in. Good service provided. Great to see coffee bar and refills are back at Starbucks. read more

This is the BEST Starbucks for sure. I go out of the way about 15 minutes just go to this location as the drinks are made the most consistent and most importantly the staff actually seem to enjoy working there. Out of all the Starbucks I've tried this is the only location I like going to. read more

Service - the barista refused to accommodate our request to split a venti into small tall cups. Like not to the point where it's "the hack" of getting more ounces. That's totally not what we were doing but just wanted the 26 ounces just split out into the tall cups for my 3 kids. I understand the tall cups are 8 ounces which is too much for my kids individually. The guy was just sassy to my wife about it. Other Starbucks accommodate this all the time not sure why this one didn't. read more

I stopped here while waiting during traffic and grabbed a milk coffee . The coffee aroma was pleasant right away. The balance between coffee and milk was done well. It wasn't too strong or too sweet. The texture felt smooth. The drink gave me a small energy boost. Service was quick, which I appreciated. Staff were polite. The shop looked tidy even during a busy moment. I order at this Starbucks every single day since I work at a dealership right down the road. After ordering a drink earlier in the day, I came back to see if I could just get a glass of ice water. They told me that I needed to order something to be able to get a cup of water. I come here every single day... And I can't get a glass of water without purchasing something else? This place is a freaking joke. I'll start going somewhere else, coffee bean doesn't give me such a hassle. read more

This location continues to provide great service and drinks. I last came here yesterday; for a Sunday, the line was decent, and I got my drink in less than 15 minutes. I have yet to order inside. I have not tried any food items here. I have gotten my order incorrect once here, so be sure to double check your order with the staff before you pay. There is limited parking. read more

This Starbucks is Amazing really, I think any Starbucks it will take time for the employees to get used to you. I am not an employee of Starbucks but I can see how they operate and they do a good job and work hard. Starbuck Coldbrew tastes bad sometime in the morning, but i do order it out of no where. Looks like they did it again really not nice staff here the two ladies at the front at 5:01PM September 20, 2025 both had vibrant color dyed hair and gave me attitude the whole time I was in the store. They were not nice, and I simply go out of my way to support other stores due to their attitude here they are not supportive of their customers here really a shame. read more

this starbucks is the worst. I hate that it's the closest one to my work my drink is simple but wrong most of the time & more than half the time the outside of the cup is dirty or sticky. I hate complaining but when you pay $7 daily you kinda hope that there is consistency like how lazy and wasteful is this.. why not just wipe the cup off? instead you throw another cup on it. so annoying read more

This location is in Westlake Village, on Thousand Oaks Blvd, catty corner to the TO Post Office. The people are always welcoming and great. Location is clean. Service is fast. Food and drinks are consistent. Great place to get together for an informal business meeting. They still have a small supply chain issue with a few items. Prices also seem to keep creeping up. I spent $15 on a coffee drink, egg bites, and a scone. Would I get a better breakfast deal elsewhere? Absolutely. And end up with something more substantial. But I'm aware of that and this is admittedly convenient. read more

**Scam gift card, warning!**Do not purchase your gift cards at this location. On 12/10 I purchased five $50 gift cards as Christmas gifts. Of the five cards three of them showed up as a zero balance when activated. Very frustrating the store could do absolutely nothing about it. I phoned customer service who were able to give a history of the card use. Two of the cards were actually activated before I even purchased them. The full amount was wiped out about a week after I purchased them,in Corona Del Mar. The third card also activated 12/6, prior to the purchase date and was wiped out in full as well, in Riverside. None of these cards had left my possession as they were Christmas gifts, A case was opened which is under review and I am awaiting their decision. Terrible! As was the customer service. Buy your gift cards elsewhere!! read more

Idd give it ZERO Stars. I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTIONS. I sat down, and within less then 5 minutes I was hassled if I don't buy somthing then I have to leave. I literally just sat down. This place was empty anyways and I was about to order. I am a case worker who helps people who are mentally disabled and or on the spectrum and while I was sitting with the person I was working with they asked us to leave and then kindly said " but if you'd like to order anything we'd love to take you're order) I have spent so much money there. I'll never go to another star bucks again. Especially with that policy. These companies don't REALLY care about the people. You talk about being so inclusive, only when you give some money. GO and enjoy mom and pop places where people actually care. Starbucks as well as other corporations don't care about you. Remember that. It's all about money. I'm not eating any more trash poison ingredients from a massive company who also treats you like shit and also over charges you. read more

I wanted to swing by Starbucks to grab a refresher, and this location just happened to be nearby. The drive-thru line was pretty long and almost reached the end of the parking lot but I only waited in line for about 10-15 minutes until I got my drink. Chandler made my day! He was so friendly and lively. He made the wait completely worth it. I didn't want to leave the drive-thru window! read more

It's 8:50 am on Sunday morning. I am so sad...normally ALL Starbucks so polite and very welcoming EXCEPT this one. Didn't say good morning or hello. I have my Starbucks gift card, and they normally transfer the fund to my Starbucks app. She bluntly said NO I have to do it myself." Not happy and very sad . Very conveniently located near many of the car dealerships on TO Blvd. The 'make yourself a cappuccino' machine at the Infiniti dealership has been put away during COVID, so I needed to grab some coffee while waiting for my car to be serviced; enter this Starbucks. A super short walk after ordering on the app, and my beverage was ready. Pretty long drive-thru line, some patrons sitting at the outdoor tables, friendly employee who asked my name as I walked in and handed my my order. Brand spanking new Starbucks drive-thru with deceptively large indoor seating area near the auto dealers in T.O. This used to be a bank, and the space was renovated and re-imagined into two suites within the building. Dear Hubby knew about this location opening, and suggested we stop by. I don't get out and about in the community as much as he does during the week, so this was a pleasant surprise to learn about and visit. A very large Starbucks Siren graphic lives on the front of the building to make sure you know where you are visiting. Once inside, subtle lighting and soothing interior elements offer a sense of calm. We stopped by on a Sunday evening, when it was lightly populated. I'm sure it gets busy during the work week. I loved the forest mural on the main wall with seating opposite the kitchen / work area. The baristas seem to love their large working space. They have lots of elbow room to create beverages, and heat / serve food, plus support the drive-thru window. There's a small amount of outdoor seating for when May Gray / June Gloom clears out. It was too chilly to even briefly consider sitting outside in the evening hours with a damp cold in the air. We enjoyed our warm greeting from the staff, and our well-prepared beverages. I come here to Starbucks 3366 Thousand Oaks Blvd in Thousand Oaks every day. I love this place and all the employees are wonderful. The owner of the building harassed me today They opened a new Royal Business Bank and posted parking signs a couple weeks ago. But today I parked in a spot that wasn't posted until today. I never saw the sign. The first day the bank opened. He was rude to me. Harassed me for parking there. I asked when did you put the sign here. He said today and he was having my car towed . I told him he was a rude man and I will never come here again. read more

I used to love this Starbucks. Since Covid they get my order wrong every time and feel they need to consistently lean forward and talk to me (they're always so kind, granted) while I wait at the drive through for my drinks-- which is weird. They're spreading their potentially contaminated breath that way. I feel management should make sure this shouldn't happen. They should be aware of these safety measures. Just because the vaccine is out doesn't mean Covid has disappeared. Get a clue. Please. read more

One of the best Starbucks anywhere. The place is spacious. Staff is super friendly, fast and knows their drinks. You walk in feeling like you're in the perfect Starbucks. The counter area is massive so they can serve people all those fabulous drinks. How do other Starbucks locations do it with a fraction of the space? I got a large Kauai smoothie and it isn't bad, coconut water, pineapple, strawberry, and banana in a large (24oz) and it tastes like crunchy coconut water. But for $13 I feel like it could've been a lot better. A friend got the morning blend smoothie bowl ($16.50) and an iced London Fog (6) but also didn't like any of it in the end. Describing the London fog as the worst one in her entire life, and only ate the bananas on top of the smoothie bowl. I think personally it's on me that I didn't get one of their signatures, I am a BIG fan of almost every raspberry white mocha I had, but didn't end up getting them, will go next time! The pastries in the window looked so delicious too, but an almost $30 cafe visit is not in my budget as much as I hope it was. I love that they're so accommodating for different restrictions and life goals though, I have multiple friends who don't take seed oils, different milks, vegans, or gluten free and they have an option for literally everyone. I ordered some avocado toast and a side order of sourdough toast; they have the avocado toast priced just under $15 for only one piece of toast where almost anywhere else in the area is priced at $10. The one piece of sourdough toast with butter was a whopping $8+. It won't stop me going there I just won't order those food items again. It's real easy to get to , located in Westlake off Hampshire blvd off the 101 freeway., absolutely worth a visit. Would have been 5 stars if food wasn't so pricey.

The cake part was dry, and the frosting was dense and had little flavor. Maybe I just ended up getting an older one, but at $8.25, I had expected a much better item. The service was great, but as a red velvet lover, the flavor was not as expected. I would potentially try again but would sample some other treats.

I would recommend enjoying them earlier in the day, ideally with coffee or tea. Since we were sharing, our server sliced each croissant in three pieces. Thank you! The cafe itself is charming, with warm dark wood, cozy seating, and a fireplace that adds to the ambiance. Indoor temperature was a bit cool during our visit, but still a pleasant environment, and there is outdoor seating as well. The staff was friendly and service was quick. One small note: it would help if the staff had a better grasp of the menu and felt more confident describing it. The food speaks for itself and is worth highlighting. Parking was close and easy, and I especially enjoyed the light jazz playing in the background, including standards sung beautifully by Ella Fitzgerald. P.S. I always forget to snap photos.
