Poor wait time three days in a row I waited 20 mi Utes for pumpkins bread while everyone after me got there order they messed up a tea and gave me attitude when I asked for it to be remade. No one will greet you with a smile they all always look like they are in a bad mood. I went through the drive through today and ordered a black tea with no classic and they gave me a green tea with extra classic and in my cup it had what it was suppose to be the albersons even knew it was wrong just by looking at it. They told me they have more drinks to fix from the drive though than they do customers. Ultimate drive thru experience! I am always impressed at how this location can always get it right. I drive up to a looooong line and think ugh I will never make I to work on time. Then seconds later I am ordering. Tammy is the friendliest employee ever. She greets you with a cheerful get it done quick attitude. You get to the window where you are greeted with a smile and she is ready to give you your order. Seriously 10 cars ahead of me and I can be out is minimal time. There is no drive thru that can offer you a custom experience and Tammy. She is a gem! Starbucks better treat her good or she will be snatched! It's a standard Starbucks, and they make the drinks as they would at any Starbucks. The service can be very slow sometimes, especially in the mornings. There are a couple of really great employees here - very nice, friendly, and polite. It's an average Starbucks with mixed service and longer waits. read more

I cannot believe that I went to this Starbucks, bought 4 GC for my associates for Christmas then get text messages that when they went to Starbucks to use the GC there was $0 dollars on the cards. I called in today to let Starbucks know the situation calmly and they asked if I had the receipt that I bought the GCs with and of course I didn't keep the receipt because I didnt anticipate this to happen at Starbucks of all places. I did say I have the GC numbers as well as the credit card I bought the GC with and they still can't help me. Wow, this is terrible service. DRIVE THRU IS SLOWWW. Literally 10-15 min wait per car . Got to the window, they gave me the wrong drink. Not even an apology. Took a peek inside, saw a bunch of people waiting for their drinks. I have been coming to this Starbucks for the past two years and I must say, the customer service is superb and the coffee is great. The staff knows how to make the customer feel welcome and if they mess up a drink they will go to great lengths to fix the problem. However the customers are a different story. Almost every time I enter the store there is some customer harassing the employees about their mobile order, drink, etc. Dont believe the 1 star reviews most of those people are just rude and trying to get free stuff. read more

EDIT: I have to dock one star. From 4, to 3. This is because each and every time I've done a mobile order at this location, and already paid for my drinks, they are not ready upon pick-up time. This is extremely frustrating and bad service on Starbucks' part. The WHOLE POINT of doing mobile order on the app is to avoid having to order the drink. The barista wasn't even aware of the correct drink, and after 10 mins of waiting at the mobile order area, I finally received my drinks. Very hot, with no sleeve. This location is very hot and cold IMO. No pun intended. This location has the friendliest baristas, IMO. However, I went last night to get a frappucino and somehow soy sounds like breve, because that's what I got. If you want your drink fast i wouldn't recommend this place, this isn't the first time they took really long, the last time I was their it took 40-50 minutes to make me and my cousin raspberry water that has 10 pumps. Like seriously? For a water with 10 pumps of raspberry? This time it took 30-40 minutes to make my cousin, my friend and I drinks that would usually take 5-10 minutes... There were also 2 other people I over heard saying it took 30 and 50 and both of them ordered 1 drink. This is just simply ridiculous! read more

All I can say is meh..the baristas aren't rude but you're just a number ..my coffee (blonde) which he did a pour over for me was cold and service is just ok except for the sweet smiling Asian barista male and actually the female that came to my table offering to put my blinds down with a smile...that is really welcoming. Sadly Starbucks baristas are not how they used to be..so this was refreshing! Starbucks phone customer service is still the best around and that's why they are so successful. This morning (@ 7:58am )was weird...drove thru and ordered my drink and when I went to pay, the lady asked if I had any rewards and I let her know that I did but I didn't want to use it...she gave me a look and scanned my phone turned and started talking to her other co-workers, i mean no "thank you, have a good morning ", nothing just turned treated me like I was whatever. I was not impressed with the service here. I ordered in the drive thru, got to the window, paid, and then watched my drink (which was already made before I got to the window) sit there. The barista walked away after I paid to go heat some sandwiches. She didn't come back for a few minutes. When she did come back she just handed me the drink that was sitting there the whole time. I understand they get busy and need to start some processes while others are still happening. Waited for a bit before driving up to the window where the employees who worked there didn't even have the decency to speak to me to inform me they were "closed", but rather just gave me hand signals. I would understand if maybe they shut down the shop 5 minutes before they closed, but more than 20 minutes is ridiculous and very unprofessional. ok Starbucks, I get it...you dont care about your customers on a personal level. But i know you care about money so lets see...I average about $15-$20 a day, 5 days a week at your local establishment. I buy coffee and food items for myself and my office team. May I make a suggestion? Don't offer alternatives for your drinks if you are not going to make them as they are ordered. 1) I am allergic to milk 2) It's Saturday morning and I am having to work today 3) Im allergic to milk 4) I ordered a grande coconut milk vanilla latte 5) it was made with regular milk 6) Im ALLERGIC TO MILK!!!!!! Not lactose intolerant...allergic. So if youre going to be charging for soy or coconut milk at least leave out the white death and give me what I ordered. I tried to call you but you didnt answer. why didnt I take it back you ask? Well let's see...Im already at work, and I dont sip my delicious fuel until I arrive to my office. I go in, put out some fires, check voice mail, return a call or two while my coffee cools a bit as I dont like it too hot at first, so I take a sip and spit it out immediately. The back of my throat swells a little and I take an allergy pill. This is not the first time, it happens a lot. I know its saturday morning and your probably still drunk from the friday night debauchery and I know you don't really care, but there are people who dont want to drink cow pus, people who are lactose intolerant and people who are plain ol allergic to milk. Its a careless action on your part Starbucks team and I am really upset that you get my order wrong so often that I end up throwing out my drink because I could be hospitalized if I drink it. Today I asked the guy what pastries I could get for $1 (the bring your receipt back deal & get a $1 pastry) and he told me I could get any and then I asked if he could name me a few and he said again I could get any pastry.
