This is probably my favorite Starbucks location in Temecula. I go here all the time (although my "check in" doesn't reflect this - I'm trying to be better at it). I go here after I work out in the evening, when I need to study, and when I'm meeting up with a friend. Everyone who works there is always so friendly and helpful and that definitely goes a long way. This company raves about how they support groups, well it's obvious it's only certain groups and if it's not making money for them they are not supporting it. This Starbucks by far has the best well made drinks. My husband and myself will venture out to other Starbucks, but we always tend to wish we were at our local Starbucks. I don't care what anyone says, they are all different. I've received drinks that were watered down, too strong or sandwiches that were cold and the hospitality was horrible. Had to go back to this Starbucks location to have my drink re-made as my venti latte that I buy EVERYDAY was made wrong. Jeri I believe her name is looked at me like I was speaking another language. Seriously, you have never heard of a order being incorrect before and you work at a coffee shop???? Her attitude was awful, she just kept saying "OK" and rudely put in the order for another drink. I walked in at 7 AM fairly crowded the smell of coffee in the air I go up to the cash register after waiting in line for about five minutes placed my order...she asked my name can I told her Cinderella. She then asked me to come in the back and sweep the floors if I want coffee. LOL Nice to see her have such a sense of humor at 7 AM. The have some of the best starbucks coffee around and more of the breakfast/lunch food than the other one's I've found so far in Murietta/Temecula area. They have Google Wifi there and it's actually much faster than the other Starbucks, McDonalds, etc in the area. It's also a bit larger so there is plenty of sitting room vs some of the other places. read more

The are masters at avoiding eye contact, so a girl can't get her mobile order in less than 10 minutes. There are Starbucks everywhere nowadays. This one is across the street from a friend's house, so we decided to go. We got there at 8:50pm (they close at 9pm). I always feel awkward to be "those customers" who go in last minute and mess up the whole closing process. But if an establishment wanted to finish cleaning at 9pm, then they should close at 8:30pm. the older employee was completely happy with us coming in - late, while the other employee had that look in his eyes where it says "those customers...." When we got there, all the customers were sitting at the seats outside. It's a perfect solution for both sides. Customers can sit and enjoy their coffee for as long as they want, while the employees can start closing up the shop and cleaning without too many customers still inside the actual store. Tall, Grande, and Venti are the most confusing names for sizes. It'd be straight-forward if they just made it Small, Medium, and Large. If someone wanted a large drink, they'd think "Tall" would be it, but Tall = Small. Confusing. But Starbucks is Starbucks. read more

I regret not asking for the employee's name but I had ordered a tomato & mozarella sandwich. I was waiting for a bit but I hadn't heard my name so I went to the pick up counter to confirm that it was being warmed up. The cashier noticed me and asked me if I still hadn't gotten my sandwich. It looked like the person baking had made a mistake on the order so the cashier apologized, brought out two chicken & artichoke sandwiches, and politely asked me if I'd be okay with those instead. I was totally fine and she said she would refund my money so I got my sandwich and money! Everyone makes mistakes at some point and it looked like it was a busy morning. Best Starbucks experience ever!! Carol is so sweet I felt like I was going to a small town coffee shop. She remembered the gal ahead of me and her drink. When I got to the front of the line I was joking with her and she had fabulous customer service!! She was able to recommend a drink for me that would still taste great but be less calories. I've never had horrible service at any Starbucks in Temecula but this location is perfect 100% of the time. The service is always fast and if you have to wait more than three minutes they issue a genuine apology for your wait when you pick up your drink at the counter. There are two employees in particular that stand out, though I don't know their names. An older woman who works morning shifts is really nice and if they aren't too busy will strike up a friendly conversation with the customers. Really sweet woman. The other worker is a young gentlemen in his late teens or early twenties who is always nice and welcomes customers with a smile. He enjoys making small talk at the counter and is super patient when you either have a large order or a complicated one. The fact that this location is down the street from my house makes it even better and more easy to visit in times of coffee needs. We love Starbucks and visit this store often as it's in our neighborhood. We would have given it five stars except for one annoying issue - the music is always way too loud. Hard to even have a conversation. Other Starbucks we've visited over the past 15 years never had this problem. They seem to be obsessed with loud music at this location.
