Stopped into this location this morning feeling a bit under the weather. I ordered their honey citrus mint tea venti to help with with my sinus issues: along with a bacon goda breakfast sandwich. The ladies were super helpful and very patient with me as I had all types of brain farts and couldn't even remember how to properly reload my Starbucks account on my phone. It all came together before the end of my transaction with the brain fog. I truly appreciated them working with me and getting my order squared away even when I called my drink by it's street name, aka the "medicine ball." The store was very clean and the music inviting as far as ambiance soon as you walk into the establishment. Now did it help that it was like 0625a, I'm sure it helped but you know clean is clean. The Iced Banana Bread Protein Matcha is amazing! It's one of the top 5 drinkers I've ever gotten from Starbucks. This location is typically extremely busy in the drive thru so I went in! I stopped in here to grab a coffee. This is my first time dining in. These mugs are great! I appreciated the idea of sitting and listening to various tunes while sipping my Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha sans whip with oat milk. The staff were super nice! I'm a big fan of Starbucks' non-coffee drinks, and the Pink Drink is hands-down my go-to favorite, it's refreshing, just the right amount of sweet, and always hits the spot. I also love trying new non-coffee options when I'm feeling adventurous (especially anything with coconut milk!). Whenever possible, I bring my reusable cup, every little bit counts when it comes to reducing waste, and I appreciate that Starbucks makes it easy to do that. I've been to this location a dozen times and it's my favorite in the area. Service is usually prompt and their customer service is good too. It's always clean too. My ONLY complaint is the music is usually too loud... even with noise canceling headphones on. Makes me feel like I'm in a nightclub. Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, this Starbucks location has been the slowest whether going inside or drive-thru. There is also a wait even after placing an order on the mobile app. The employees also do not make an effort to spread some cheer nor get to know you. So, Starbucks isn't my first choice for coffee. At most locations, this one included, they burn it. Or, maybe the machine is not being cleaned properly or frequently enough. But, for whatever reason, I taste burnt coffee. Also, I remember a time when the snack food was so unhealthy. It was just moderately unhealthy. But, there was no HFCS. Hey, they set the bar high for themselves and then started cutting corners. Pardon me for tasting the difference. Now, the pastries are sweet in a weird-tasting way & they give me headaches. I've always felt the graininess of the chocolate powder (or whatever) in the mocha syrup. Thanks to the drive-thru at this Starbucks, I can grab a cup of coffee wearing nothing but a pair of panties and a robe. Messy hair. Day-old makeup. Morning breath. They know; they don't judge. It just doesn't get any better than that. That's pretty much the only reason that I still occasionally go there. That, and I share a rewards card with someone. That person keeps buying stuff there, so we keep getting free rewards. They keep forgetting to redeem the rewards. So, within the last few days before it expires, I fall on my sword and redeem it. Sometimes ya gotta take one for the team. If it wasn't suck a chore getting in and out of Macarthur Mall, I'd redeem it at that Teavana. But, it is a chore. And, they're hard sellers with gentle voices and sincere smiles. So, I have to avoid Teavana or risk spending $40+ in addition to the redeemed award. That leaves me with this Starbucks. Which, again, has a drive through and warm caffeinated products. And, the staff has never yelled at or cursed at me. They're usually nice. Peppy, even. But we'll forgive them for that. read more

I have no complaints! I go to the drive thru 90% of the time and I never have to wait too long. The service is quick, friendly and accurate. Also the coffee is good. It's hard to avoid the temptation of the delicious looking treats, but I have been able to hold my ground. Yesterday morning I had a spinach feta wrap. It consists of egg white, spinach and feta cheese encompassed by a yummy-licious nutritious whole wheat wrap. The best part is that its thrown on a Panini press for some heat. This Starbucks is in a rather convenient location with regards to the restaurants in the area. I like the outdoor patio and the facility itself. It is located on the corner of the stripmall and has a drive-thru. I have come here quite a few times and have yet to ever be disappointed by their coffees or their service. The people here are always cheery and overall it's just a solid place to sit down, have a cup of coffee and wind down for a bit. Between the times of 4:10pm and 4:20pm On Saturday 7/23/22 I entered this Starbucks and ordered a Caffe Latte. At this time a seemingly new employee took my order. I proceeded to the end of the counter where everyone was receiving their drinks and food. After about 15 to 29 minutes I asked the employees behind the counter if they had my order. I was told by a blonde haired young lady that a woman and her two children had ordered before me and they had to get them out first. I said okay and waited longer. After they received there drink I continued to wait as I saw at least 5 to 6 latte being placed on the counter but I'm the only person waiting for a drink. So I asked again and a tall slim fellow who seemed to be the veteran employee said yes they have my order. He then proceeded to make my caffe latte. When he finished he didn't sit it on the counter in front of me he sat the cup on the side where no one is standing. I asked him is that mine and he said it is a Venti latte. I asked don't you usually call the customer name when you present their order. No response from him. I internally asked myself how should I handle this? This location definitely struggles. It is a complete gamble as to whether or not their Nitro will be up and running. Literally 50% of the time it is broken... not even joking. The issue with this is that they do not put any type of signage out stating this and once you are in the drive-thru you are stuck due to the curb that boxes you in. By far the worst experience ever! I sat in front of the window facetiming my daughter about the fact that I was holding my last $100.00 bill after a weeks vacation in Myrtle Beach. I handed it over after ordering a Venti Americana and the Eggs & Cheddar protein box and was promptly given change as if I had given him a $20.00 bill. Just recently built. This new Starbucks has a drive-thru! Many of the baristas are transfers from the Chesapeake Square Starbucks location. They're all friendly.. a good mix of newbies and veteran baristas. The store manager is also very nice too. The interior is spacious and clean... also nicely decorated. This is consistently the slowest, unmotivated Starbucks I go to. And it's the only one around, otherwise I would never go. I mobile order :10 from the place with a simple drink and food item. I typically still have to wait :10 when I get there. It's like, "Oh? You had something to eat too? Sorry." Or, "You have a mobile order? Sorry. Didn't see it." And there's a tape of drinks or food items 6-10 things long. Then, the people behind me have to wait and wait too. And they usually have 4-7 people working! It's not like there are two people to cover the whole place. But they can surely yak up the convo about what they did last night, the joke of the day or whatever.
