If you're on the hunt for a cozy café that combines a fun vibe with fantastic coffee and tasty food, look no further than Drip'n Sip Coffee! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the inviting atmosphere--bright colors, quirky decor, and a general sense of warmth that makes it the perfect spot to unwind or catch up with friends. The staff at Drip'n Sip deserves a special mention. They were not only friendly and welcoming but also genuinely passionate about their craft, which really added to the overall experience. It's clear they take pride in what they do, and their enthusiasm is infectious! Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the coffee! I decided to try the honey bun latte, and it did not disappoint. The perfect balance of sweetness and warmth made it a delightful treat that I can't stop thinking about. It's one of those drinks that feels like a warm hug on a chilly day. As for the food, I opted for the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant--another winner! The flaky, buttery croissant was packed with savory goodness, and it made for a hearty breakfast that paired beautifully with my latte. All in all, Drip'n Sip Coffee is a gem that I'll definitely be returning to. Whether you're looking for a quick bite, a delicious coffee, or simply a great place to hang out, this spot checks all the boxes. Highly recommend!

Hampton Roads Newest Local Coffee Shop is a blast from the past. Drip 'N Sip in Hampton, VA is serving straight 90s nostalgia with a side of really good coffee. From the moment you walk in, the decor hits you with bold colors, neon signs, throwback vibes, and that unmistakable 90s energy that instantly puts you in a good mood. It feels fun, playful, and intentional, like the decade came back and opened a coffee shop. One of my favorite touches is how all of their signature drinks have 90s themed names. The menu is full of personality with options like DaBomb.com, The Blossom, and You Go Girl. It's creative without feeling gimmicky. I ordered the Ol' Dirty Mocha Frappuccino, and it did not disappoint. Rich, chocolatey, perfectly blended, and not overly sweet. I paired it with their Cinnamon Crunch Muffin, which was moist, flavorful, and had just the right amount of crunch on top. A solid combo that felt indulgent but absolutely worth it. The vibes are great, the drinks are legit, and it's clear this place was made with love for both coffee and culture. I already have my eyes on trying one of their breakfast sandwiches next time, because yes, there will definitely be a next time. All in all, Drip 'N Sip makes me wanna leave the other local coffee shops I'm with and start a new relationship with them, this is what they do. Okay, let me stop being corny. Lol

Such a great spot! The music and atmosphere are super nostalgic and cozy. The staff is always so friendly, the drinks are amazing, and the food never disappoints. I'm obsessed with th AK energy drink and the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich--definitely a must-try!

Drip N' Dip is so great! The concept, the menu offerings, the staff: perfection! I've been twice now. It was very busy the first time, so I had more time to look around, sit and enjoy the vibe, and take it all in. Every staff member was very helpful, from guiding us to where the line begins, making sure we saw the menu and answered questions, and working efficiently to prepare orders, they were great! This past Saturday, was not as busy, and the wait time was as expected for a coffee shop. You cannot order ahead (yet), so their popularity must be taken into account. I've had the same drink both times: Drip N' Sip. I loved it the first time, and it could be many visits before I try a new drink. They did have oat milk which is a plus! On my second visit, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant which was good. I plan to try a muffin when I go back. It's a vibe. A great place to grab coffee with friends and sit for a few or just sit and enjoy the music by yourself. They also sell really cute merch which is just in time for the holidays. 5 STARS! I've found my new weekend coffee shop. I'm glad my "regular" place wasn't taking mobile orders and I looked elsewhere since I was going inside anyways. This is my new routine. I'm glad they chose Hampton!

Such a cute little coffee shop with a fun 1990s theme inside--so nostalgic and cozy! There's plenty of parking and free Wi-Fi, which is always a plus. We tried the croissant breakfast sandwich and the special grilled cheese--both were so good! The coffee was amazing too--we had the iced and cold "Campfire" lattes, and they were delicious. James and Ashlynn were super friendly and helpful, and we even met the owner--so kind and welcoming! Highly recommend this place, and we can't wait to come back!

Great vibe, ambiance and nostalgic feel. Was happy to see one of my favorite baristas and the recommendations that they made to other customers seemed to be a hit. Tried the DrinNSip Latte (hot) and it was a great choice. Definitely looking forward to going back.

Off to an amazing start. I have been on the hunt for a cool new coffee shop for a bit, and this definitely fits the bill. The vibes are unique and very Instagrammable. (The TikTok kids are gonna blow this place up when they find out about it.) There was a bit of a wait, but it's because the place is super popular, which is a good problem to have. I also dug the vibes, including the addition of a CRT that was playing Antz. (Free suggestion: Get a Sega Genesis in here!) The coffee was nice--and the pricing scheme, which makes an iced coffee cost as much as a mocha. Service is on point, too: When I had a problem with the WiFi, the owner helped me fix it. As a guy who likes working out of coffee shops as a remote worker, I like having something visually stimulating like this. Great thing to have in Hampton.

Wow! That was a really great coffee! I got the Bomb.com signature coffee and requested it hot instead of iced. It was soooo good! I walked in the door and got a big friendly welcoming smile from the owner. This place is so chill, cool 90's art work all over the walls. Definitely will be back hopefully sooner than later! Highly recommend you go check them out!

The coffee is delicious with several varieties to choose from. I've been several times and never had service without a smile. And it being 90s theme with all the decor makes it that much better. This shop is what Hampton roads needed!

The decor has Polynesian touches, the drinks and food nod to Samoan flavors (like taro and Spam musubi), and you can tell it's a true family business built with a lot of pride and hard work. My friend and I first heard about this spot and literally drove about 25 minutes from Ghent Norfolk over to Bel-Aire Norfolk just to try it out, and it still remains one of our favorite coffee shops in Norfolk. Totally worth crossing town for. On my first visit, I got the Apelu Island Iced Latte, a Taro Cupcake with vanilla icing and toasted coconut, and a Spam Musubi with egg. That combo right there? Dangerous. The latte was smooth and lightly sweet with that pretty taro purple, the cupcake was super moist with the coconut giving it that little crunch on top, and the Spam Musubi with egg was the perfect salty-savory bite to go with my coffee instead of the usual basic breakfast sandwich. Second visit, I pulled back up for their Taro Pumpkin Roll Latte with oat milk (one of their fall specials), and I'm still thinking about it. It tasted like fall but with that island twist; cozy, a little earthy from the taro, and not overly sweet. Just really well-balanced and comforting. The staff has been warm and welcoming every time I've gone in; smiling, chatting with customers, and making it feel like a neighborhood spot even if you drove in from across town. It's the kind of place where you can sit, catch up with a friend, get some work done, or just enjoy your drink and snack without feeling rushed. If you're anywhere in Norfolk and haven't tried Apelu Island Cafe yet, go. From the lattes to the taro treats to the musubi, it's one of those places that makes you want to become a regular. More people need to know about this place.
