Comfortable seating, but there are only three small tables where one side is along a long booth seat and the opposite side has three small stools that don't have a back rest. The booth seats were a little run down and the leather was starting to crack. I didn't see any outlets available either. There aren't many comfortable places to sit with a table in concourse F though, so if you're able to snag one of the booth seats it's a great spot! The seating area is next to the ordering line but on the opposite side of the register, so it's relatively quiet and has the same noise level as a normal Caribou. Exceptional service. Super friendly, and during my time there I saw the employees helping people who would come by and ask for directions. They have a full drink menu, along with plenty of grab and go meals and snacks and bottled beverages.

Parking in the North Loop can be tricky as it's mainly street parking so something to keep in mind when visiting this Spyhouse location. I had my eye on the cinnamon coffee cake, so I ordered it. He was about to enter it in the payment system when he noticed that the woman before me had her payment declined. So, I stepped away as the other woman behind the counter got the female customer to swipe her card again. Everything eventually was sorted out. It allowed me to look at all the syrup bottles available for purchase. I was excited to see sugar-free raspberry syrup. You can also get growlettes. They looked so nice. I then went to pay for my item. I used a credit card. It was straightforward and nothing was declined. Yay! I got my cinnamon coffee cake. I thanked the man and left. I had the coffee cake when I returned to my hotel room. I heated it up slightly. It looked like it was smiling back at me. OMG! It was moist and so delicious. I loved it. I had a wonderful experience at the Nespresso boutique in their Mall of America location!…read more Upon entry, I was immediately greeted by a friendly sales associate (I unfortunately did not get her name) who welcomed me into the store. She told me that another associate would be with me shortly and asked if I would like an espresso or coffee while I waited. Shortly after, sales associate Princess came to assist me. Princess was true to her name and was so lovely. She complimented my lashes and eyebrows and it felt like I was chatting with a friend. She was so kind and got me all of the pods I needed as well as recommended the festive double espresso which I am so excited to try! The store itself was clean, well organized, and the sales associates made the atmosphere very inviting. I left with a bag full of nespresso pods and felt very well taken care of.
