I ordered a Double Bundtlet Tower for Valentine's Day (online order for pickup). When I arrived, the store smelled AMAZING. Multiple staff members asked how they could help, then were super quick to grab my order. The person who helped me wasn't happy with how the package was wrapped, so she took it in the back to re-wrap it, which was kind. The Bundlets come wrapped in cellophane with a bow (color of your choosing) & optional little flag (I chose Valentine's Day but there were tons of options). Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake: Nothing Bundt Cakes (NBC) has become one of my favorite guilty pleasures. I especially enjoy their individual sized "bundtlets". NBC's current/fall limited time only is the illustrious pumpkin spice, which is only available from 9/11-12/3. Even though I'm quite the pumpkin head, this flavor has alluded me the past few years. Opening the container, the cake itself looked darker than their usual white cakes. The color is a combination of brown and orange that just screams autumn and pumpkin. One of the best aspects of their bundtlets is the exceptional moistness of the cakes and that holds true with this one. There's also the same great ratio of sweet cream cheese frosting to cake, with the pièce de résistance being a giant dollop on its summit. Like usual, the cream cheese frosting steals the show, and its sweetness somewhat overpowers the mild pumpkin and spice flavors. I've yet to have a flavor I did not enjoy to some degree, but the cream cheese frosting pairs better with some flavors more than others. I ended up getting a bundtlet which was bigger than a cupcake and $4.50. I thought pricing was fair. The vanilla cake was good, extremely moist (to where there was no crumble) and had cream cheese frosting drizzled on top. Not a huge fan of this type frosting but there's was good. That said, next time I'd request a plain cake. A few tips: 1) if you want a cake flavor that appears to be out, ask if there's more in the back. The couple before me did and there was. 2)they have punch cards, be sure to get one. 3)taking your bundtlet to go, if you're not automatically given a bag, be sure to ask. This is one the coolest dessert business' I've been to in the area and a great place to visit if you are ever in St. Paul. The bundtlettes are adorable and taste great, although I do wish that they would put a bit less icing on the cakes. I love that there is a gluten free option as I'm gluten free and it's hard to find places that offer that. The bundtlettes are the perfect size for two people to share one (unless you decide that sharing is overrated and scarf down the whole thing yourself), and there are plenty of awesome flavors to choose from. Nothing bundt good things to say here (hehehe)! Now I have always enjoyed the bundt cakes from their various locations, but this review is going to focus on the service because they pretty much literally saved my ass from a potential bridezilla meltdown moment. For my friend's wedding, I was in charge of picking up their wedding cake which they ordered from this location. Came in, picked up the two-tier cake, and placed it in the passenger seat. Pretty much right when I started off in my car to the venue, the top tier slid off the bottom tier. It looks like the top tier initially was just laid atop rods that were pushed into the bottom tier and sealed with frosting and due to the angle of my seat, gravity did it's magic. To me it doesn't seem like the most secure way of constructing a tiered cake, but I really should have set it atop a flat surface. Anywho, what resulted was a crooked wedding cake that had smushed frosting on one side. Not pretty. I panicked. I pulled over multiple times along the way to try to fix it. Lots of swear words were shouted. Finally, I called the bakery to see if there was any way they could at least just redo the frosting and they were more than happy to do that. HALLELUJAH! When I came back, they had already had a new top tier ready and said that they would need just 20 minutes to fix the frosting on the bottom tier. In the end, my friend had the most perfect wedding cake and we can't thank Nothing Bundt Cakes enough for their skills and their help! read more

I was driving by and saw this and stopped in and it clicked that these were the same cakes that my fiancé's dad made me! When you walk in, they have samples of a couple different ones you can try. It's a really cute, yet small, shop. There is a catalogue of different kind of budnt cakes they have or you can make your own. We ordered a few. The customer service is great and I come here when I am craving my fiance's dad's bundt cakes and he won't make them for me! Highly reccommend this place if you've never been here.
