Twice this week my drink was made without coffee and Im highly pissed. Im not sure its the machine or new staff members but Ive spent 6$ a day on this drink this month and to get to work and realize the drink has absolutely no coffee in twice in one week is very unfortunate. The baristas made my day!!! They were super sweet and funny! Unfortunately they had to encounter a very rude customer who was not only not following the CDC guidelines but was also not wearing shoes...they acted very professional, respectful and overall extremely nice given the circumstance. I have so much respect towards those who work in customer service and even more towards those who have to deal with idiots on a daily basis and can still have a cheerful attitude. I've been here several times since I moved in the area. This location is better than the other one, on that other street in the boonies that I can never remember the name of because I dislike it. This place is always full of customers in and out. The facility is always chilly in anticipation of mounds of folks moseying in to get a pipping hot cup of coffee, or better, a pastry. They have plenty of seating for customers, but lack outlets to accommodate customers who want to do more than people watch and (watching mouths move and creating your own narratives of possible conversations). So if you come in be sure to safeguard a seat but placing your stuff in the accompanying chairs and hope that no one moves it while you wait in line. read more

As you can already tell, I am not a big fan of starbucks but every so often I will crave an iced tea or a frap. This particular location is set right next to where I work on the weekends so it is very convenient for me to just walk on over. For some strange reason, any drink I order isnt made the way I like it. I always end up having to ask them to add something or remake it. I dont have a problem with it, I just wished I didnt have to go back and ask. But other than that, the service is wonderful and all of the baristas are genuinely friendly. Pleasant, average Starbucks in the Springfield area. The location isn't too big, but seems to offer plenty of comfortable seating for customers. The prepared food section was extensive, offering a lot of options. This is a fine place to get a cup o' joe. read more

This Starbucks was really packed! There were about 12 people in line, and people kept coming in. The problem that I saw was that there were only 3 Starbucks employees, and they seemed a little bit confused. I think that another person behind the counter would help speed things along. Nevertheless, the young girl was doing a great job keeping up, and our drinks were ready fast! I ordered a Caramel Frapuccino and the drink was strong and fantastic. I was also able to get some work done, there was a power outlet available, and the WIFI was fast. It was a pleasant environment to relax and catch up on some work! read more

This location is extremely busy (probably due to the proximity to all of the highways and how close it is to the Town Centre), but despite that it provides service very quickly. There isn't that much table space, but they have plenty of counter space if you don't mind stools. read more

Honestly I wish I could rate this location a 0 just because of one the employees (Cece) I come here almost everyday and I have the same order every morning. This particular morning At the counter I asked for no whip & extra caramel drizzle and extra caramel crunch toppings. (as I always do) I saw Cece pick up my cup with my name on it and as she was almost done with i see her put whip on top so I said very kindly "I'm pretty sure I said no whip" just thinking honest mistake. then a Cognitive employ asks her "who's drink is this" and "Cece" proceeds to say it's hers because of the mistake. The other new employee starts and then continues to remake my drink perfectly. However this is not the first instance where I have run into Cece and she has messed up my drink. Honestly I specifically ask for other people to make my drinks if I see her in there. With that said I do really enjoy all the other employees and their ability to make a good coffee at this location and I'd just say be fair warned about Cece. read more

I had the worst experience at Starbucks today. I bought 1lb of coffee and asked the barista to "grid it coarse". He looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language, so I explained to him what coarse ground coffee was. He still managed to mess if up and do a fine grind. How are you gonna charge me $15 for 1lb of coffee and get the grind wrong? I could go to the grocery store and grind it myself for half that. Coffee does taste better in the east coast. I thought it was a myth, but so far the starbucks here do taste better than the ones in CA. I usually get the latte with soy milk. Tip: Get a giftcard from them and register it for online for free add-ons such as soy milk, syrup and etc. Service can be great and then spotty the next day. Saturday Feb 13 2pm Worst Starbucks service I have ever experienced just purchasing two drip coffees. No one in line and 4 employees - took forever for them to even acknowledge we were standing there ready to order. Barista just stood and looked at us assuming we knew it was time to order. Four high school students with terrible customer service skills. Guy took the first order and went and filled the order, came back and just looked at us...very inefficient as we both were getting the same thing. One of the few Starbucks in the area with Nitro Cold Brew, so it's worth the visit. Also, they have some of the fastest wifi speeds I've ever experienced at a Starbucks - reaching 53 Mbps on fast.com. The down sides are the cramped area as customers wait for their orders, and more often than not - the floors and tables are dirty from the previous customer not bothering to clean up after themselves. read more

Went here to get the buy one get one holiday drink free deal . It was from 2-5pm but I had read that members get an extra hour and I got there around 5:30pm so I ordered my two holiday drinks and the total said $9 and come change so I asked the cashier if one is free and she told me "no it's past 5" and I told her that I read it was till 6 for members and she was still like no it's past 5 so it's not half off then she swiped my card and it automatically deducted the one drink and she was like oh . The cashier was really rude and she was sure she was right about the time but she wasn't. Then I waited for my drinks and they had made the wrong ones ! I ordered a peppermint frap with soymilk but for some strange reason the cashier wrote nonfat peppermint frap on the cups . We are frequent Starbucks customers but not at this location however, when our son attends baseball practice near this location we stop by to get snacks and drinks. Yesterday's cashier had nobody but us on the line and was very rude and no customer service skills. The barista was sweating grease balls and had melted iced drinks waiting on the counter.. guess they forgot to call their customers. Because I went to nursing school in Virginia, this place was one of my default study spots and if I ever needed to run errands (e.g. groceries, toiletries, leisurely shopping), everything is nearby. I still visit this location on occasion when I'm in the immediate area. Brings back good memories. The baristas are always really nice too. I gave this Starbucks four stars because it tends to get cold. I don't know if there's a draft, if there's something wrong with the thermostat, I'm not sure. If you plan on coming here and staying for a while, bring a sweater and don't wear shorts. read more

I came here because it was the Starbucks nearest to my doctor. The store wasn't particularly nice. Was fairly small and a bit messy. The tables were very sturdy. The arrangement of the store wasn't that great either. The barista seemed a bit slow (not just my order but others too) However it's most redeeming quality is the Reserve-Clover brewing system! I had the one from Peru and it was delightful. That made my experience relatively nice. read more

This place has plenty of parking and is in a great location convenient to the Springfield metro and mall. The coffee is good and the service is both polite and quick. This Starbuck's location is ideal and convenient to the interstate. Located in a small plaza, there is always plenty of parking. However, the long lines do show the convenient location, for I know it is not the excellent service you will receive. I come in at least five mornings during the week, order the exact same thing, and still get treated like a herded animal. My last Starbucks made an effort to at least say 'Hello!' instead of, 'what do you want' and 'swipe your phone.' Not only does the lack of hospitality astound you, but so does the barista's lack of cleanliness. I do not see much pride in this location. Although lacking in politeness, the store itself is laid out well and boasts a nice outside area. I do not recommend bringing animals to this location, because it is very busy with speeding vehicles NOT on the lookout for humans, let alone furry animals. read more

This has always been my favorite Starbucks location until this past Saturday. Let me explain. I have not been in grocery stores, ordering takeout, etc for the last month. I happen to look & noticed this store was taking 'order ahead' on Saturday. Smooth ordering process as always online. Not so great experience when I showed up for pickup. Starbucks did have a great line with marked spaces for people & no one was in line. I noticed many orders sitting in front of the person working the pickup door & approached providing my name for a pickup order. I certainly didn't expect or need a nasty person with an attitude giving me a tongue lashing demanding I go wait until she calls my name. Note I did notice my order (Name easy to read) on the cup. If this person doesn't want her job, find another employee with a better attitude & customer friendly focus to work. Also, put up a sign that tells what you are to do if you made an online order. Also great to have a marked line for people walking up to order but that doesn't cut it for mobile orders. Walk up order people were scattered around the entrance waiting for their orders (not 6 feet apart & not wearing masks). This was a disturbing environment. I'm not going to be craving Starbucks any time soon. Frankly too much to spend on coffee drinks for a bad attitude employee that treated my like a child breaking rules. read more

More than once I've been disappointed. This morning my Sausage breakfast sandwich was sausageless. I hate checking other people's work but lesson learned. Check before you drive all the way to work and find out. Sure wish the customer service was more friendly. The girl that got the sandwich didn't even look at me while I was in front of her and brought it all the way across the store and threw it on the counter while talking to another customer.
