Dear reader, This Starbucks near me is exactly the sort of place one comes to appreciate on a busy morning. It is super convenient, quick, and very easy to pop into on the way to work. There is plenty of parking, and getting in and out is refreshingly simple, which feels like a small luxury during a commute. They also have a walk-up window and some outdoor seating, both of which are lovely touches. The employees are always really nice and work efficiently, and my drinks/food are consistently made to order. Overall, it's a reliable, well-run stop and one I happily return to often. read more

Ordered through the app and when I picked up and sat down for a minute, it was obvious the reward for doing so. As soon as I received my order there was a rush of guests that came in. For a pretty good sized store, next to the mall, I was surprised to only see two employees and they were working their butts off. About a 1-1.5: Not a fan of this particular Starbucks, as the drinks are not made correctly (whether they're mobile or in-person orders) - either ingredients are missing, the sizes are wrong, the customizations are not adhered to, and/or the drinks just do not taste good. The place gets a lot of traffic, so not sure if the staff is just overwhelmed or it's just a lack of attention to details. Terrible service. I was asked 3 times about my order. As I began to tell her she abruptly stopped me to ask my name. This killed the vibe. Thinking this would help her as she interrupted me as I was telling her my actual order. Another person comes and ask me the same thing, only later for her to again ask me. I came here on my day off with the intention of just getting a regular iced coffee blend. After thinking about it for a minute, I changed my mind and I stead got a venti green tea, and a small water to take with me. I like this location because it's close to the Town Center and the metro, which makes it easy to pop on in. The cafe is also much more comfortable than so e of their other branches, and there's more than a few comfortable chairs to sit in. That is not always the vase at many of these places downtown. Another positive is that the music was not so blaringly loud and this is good to enable peop,e to converse with each ither without screaming. I would even consider coming here to stay a while. They seem to be more attentive here, and I've never had any is sue with a wrong order. read more

This location is increasing earning a spot on my fav list!!! After being at the Town Center for an extended time and in need of a bevy, I decided to opt for this store because the line at the one in the mall was hella long. The baristas were super friendly and engaging. It did not take long to order my bevy and load a gift card I needed and I made my way to the pick up end of the bar to retrieve my drink. My drink was ahmazing as usual. They have plenty of seating at this location as it is slightly larger than most. Parking is plentiful but can be tight if there's heavy traffic in the shopping center. read more

I visited the store with my family, and the employee, Andre, was rude and disrespectful. He lacked basic manners and did not have the courtesy to inform us that the store was closing. Instead, he treated us as if we were criminals. I was with my elderly parents and my child. I only went to the store because they wanted to try the coffee there, but I have never been a fan of Starbucks. This experience only confirmed that Starbucks is the worst in terms of customer service, pricing, and quality. So I went ahead and ordered the grande pumpkin spiced frappuccino which carried 420 calories with it. I normally get coffee from this place, but that would have amped me up too much, and besides I wasn't looking for too much caffeine intake on this holiday day. I counted roughly four employees who were working behind the counter preparing everyone's drink order. My name was called within minutes and it was right in time after I finished getting the connection set-up. Not this one. This Starbucks occupies a corner store in the strip mall that has a Best Buy and Ulta. It's shape is a square. With glass to ceiling windows there is ample light. Windows occupy two of the 4 sides. This store runs on sunshine says a banner inside the store! I agree. Service is fast! 9 tables are available. Michael Jackson plays through the sound system. Very nice baristas making delicious drinks! I placed an order for a group of 6 people and they were very patient and got all the orders correctly. I ordered a matcha green tea Frappuccino without classic syrup because I didn't want the drink to be sweet. It came out very sweet so I thought they might have made a mistake by adding syrup because of habit. I asked them to remake it and I quickly wanted to change to another drink. They were very accommodating by making me a new drink without extra charge while the shop was super busy. We loved our new drink and had a great time with our family there! read more

Americanos are just light brown water, mobile orders take about 15 minutes to prep and then your drink is poorly made and then you get them to remake it that's another 15min, staff seems careless and so does the management (Jodi) who I have complained to in the past about the weak americanos.. we pay a premium for the product.. I love this location. There are many coffee places in the area you could choose to go to- there is even another Starbucks right across the street in the Springfield Town Center Mall, but it's the people here that make this Starbucks worth it. Each time I go in I'm greeted by folks who seem like regulars, and we all know how coffee places have regulars. If you ask them, and I did, why they hang out here they will tell you the same thing- it's the people. Sure, every barista can have an off day (I've had more than my fair share) but as a whole I'm greeted with a smile and a perfectly made drink. Outdoor and indoor seating, free wifi, easy access to the mall across the street, the METRO 2 blocks away, and a short hop to 95. Jodi, the manager, is considerate and obviously cares for her store and employees. Trust me when I say if there's a concern you can address it and they will take are of it on the spot. My favorite location. There are many different Starbucks locations in the area but this is the best one because the people and enviornment here are amazing. People here are always helpful and make drinks at light speed. Love how spacious this store is, you really get a chance to take in the distinct coffee armoas and have your mind at ease. Great variety of seating inside to just chilaxl or to be productive. Sometime's Starbucks store struggle with seating due to their size but this one is just right. Free fast WiFi. Accepts mobile orders. On rush days you'll probably want to avoid being inside the store. There is plenty of dedicated parking but even if they overfill, you can park anywhere in the plaza lot. Had to make a semi circle to park. This Starbucks is located in a plaza. If you make a left at the light, you drive pass Starbucks (because of the median) then you another left to loop back around to Starbucks. As I entered Starbucks there was a long line (not surprising), however as I waited in line I noticed the sign that said Frapaccionos were half-off from 3p -5p (until 5/13/2012). I immediately looked at my phone to see what time it was and was elated to see 4:58p. I don't think I've ever been happy about 4:58p before. I ordered the venti Cookie Crumb Frappacino (because it was 1/2 price). The Baristas were getting em (customers) in and out at the blink of an eye. I was amazed that they did not mess anyone's order up because they were moving as fast as bartenders at a packed popular nightclub. The moment of truth had arrived, my name was called for my frap. I had my straw waiting. I put my straw and took the first sip and ahhhhhh ... this frap was so worth waiting in a long line. The 1/2 price helped as well. Usually have fairly good experiences at this location however the employees seem to prioritize mobile orders that come in way after the in store orders which causes a huge back up. Today a smug and ignorant gentleman decided he was above wearing a mask and they still decided to serve him which i thought was total BS they just asked him to wait outside for his drink but he already infected the entire store with his nasty germs anyway. They have more plush, soft chairs in the seating area than your average 'Bucks, IMO, as well as outdoor seating, and staff was friendly and accommodating. It's a nice large location with plenty of easy parking, situated in the shopping center across the street from the Town Center (where the Petsmart, Best Buy, ULTA, etc are.) No issues! read more
