Back again Friendly service Clean and quiet - new inside Open every day Highly recommend !!

This location continues to rip you off. They never give you a full cup, but they charge you $7.00 for a cup that is filled 75%. I have made phone calls to them before complaining and apparently the managers do not care. See the pictures below. The bag was sealed so you can't blame it on Uber. I didn't sip any of it and I'm not looking for my money back. I will just be going somewhere else.

Iced Chai Latte w/ Oatmilk, 3 pumps Pumpkin Spice, 3 pumps Chai

Came in when I was running errands in the area. My friend and I stopped in for an early evening refreshment. The location wasn't too crowded when we came in. You could tell the inside needed to be tidied a bit; that's understandable considering we likely came in after a busy Sunday. The employee at the register was very friendly. He was patient with us as we took a few moments to decide what we wanted to order. I went for my go-to fall beverage: a venti Iced Pumpkin Chai with oat milk and light ice. My friend when for a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso topped with Pumpkin Cold Foam. We also added on some large waters last minute, which the employee was very friendly about. I stopped in the restroom as soon as we finished ordering. I was happy to see that it was fairly well-maintained. As soon as I came out, our beverages were ready. Considering there were several people waiting for orders, I thought this was a pretty quick and efficient waiting time. Despite being busy, the employee making the drinks kindly gave men some straws that I asked for right before leaving. In terms of order accuracy, both drinks were made very well. The level of light ice I got was just perfect. The taste was spot on, as this is a regular beverage for me where I can sense when it tastes off. My friend loved her beverage, as it was a new order for her. Overall, I liked my experience at this location. In terms of quality, wait-time, and service, they did a great job. I would likely frequent this location if I was in the area again.

It's a typical Starbucks! There is a lot of parking, some tables outside for nice weather, and a handful of tables inside. It can get pretty crowded especially with a lot of people waiting for their order/mobile orders. The staff is usually friendly and attentive to take orders. It's a good atmosphere to get work done if you don't mind background noise. I notice a lot of communities and groups gather here to talk and converse, more than individuals working on laptops. Space is a bit small. For example, if you want to get to the tables in the back or the bathrooms, you'd have to excuse your way through the line of people waiting to order, or squeeze by the long table that people are seated at. Nonetheless, it's Starbucks, and they get the coffee shop job done! Consistent menu, good coffee, and free wifi.

This location is very clean and the service is very fast, even when it's busy. Ample parking outside, and there's outside seating too.

Iced caramel macchiato with whole milk, standard ice and extra caramel drizzle - less ice, barely any caramel drizzle at all?
    Niraj K.

It's depends who's working there during the time you order and day's I guess. I order a iced caramel macchiato and normally comes out fantastic and other days I feel the employee's don't feel happy or motivated to make the same drink with the same care even though the establishment is empty or one customer sitting inside. The pictures are a day apart below, one the right is made by a older gentleman with curly brown hair, sorry I don't know his name , but he makes fantastic drinks even though it's super busy. Kudos to him for making my day.

The inside was warm and cozy, with plenty of seating and adorable decor. I saw many people chatting or typing away on their computers, so it is clearly a welcoming place no matter the occasion. They have a solid food menu alongside classic coffee and tea selections. While they offer fun specialty coffees and refreshers, my favorite part was their seasonal menu. This time around, I tried a bit of everything. I ordered the raspberry almond shortcake matcha as well as the sticky toffee pudding latte from their winter menu, and then added the Spanish latte from their specialty lineup! Of course, we needed even more, so after being stuck between the smoked salmon toast and the hummus toast, I opted for the latter. I was so happy with my choice! It was a light, refreshing homemade hummus topped with a Mediterranean salad of cucumber, onion, and tomato. The balance between the cheese, the creamy hummus, and the crisp salad was amazing. To finish, because a sweet treat is essential, we got one of their pastries: the cheese danish. The food was great, the drinks were even better, and the staff was super friendly. This is a must-visit spot and I can't wait to be back!

After having my first peanut butter latte in Tucson that blew me away I was super excited to see a PB Banana latte here at Chapter 2. Unfortunately, the peanut butter was subtle and I think they forgot the ripe banana because I couldn't detect any. The espresso came through nicely though. We also got their almond crossiant. The cashier asked if I wanted it warmed up and I said yes. We waited and waited and by the time we were halfway done sipping our coffee, I had to go up to ask about it. The young girl actually gave me a straight face and acted like they didn't forget and when they served it to us it was not heated up. At that point I'm like why bother asking again. All-in-all it was okay. They do have a very exciting menu with interesting flavor combo lattes. Maybe I ordered the wrong drink? Probably won't return since I was not wowed on this first visit. Onto Chapter 3 of my coffee adventures...

That's when I stumbled across Hidden Grounds Coffee House... and let's just say, this place is not so "hidden" once you find it. I ordered the smoked salmon and cream cheese toast, and every single component was fresh, high quality, and dialed in. I added avocado (highly recommend), and it just took everything to the next level. Simple, clean, and absolutely delicious. Then came the honeybee latte, hot and wow. Whatever they're doing behind the scenes with this coffee, it works. Perfectly balanced, smooth, and honestly one of those drinks you think about later in the day. This is a non-negotiable order. And because discipline is overrated on a work trip, I added an almond croissant. I should've gotten two. It's filled with something magical, I'm not even going to pretend I know what it is, but it's rich, flaky, and completely worth it. If you're anywhere near Hidden Grounds, do yourself a favor and check it out. This place knows exactly what it's doing.

The service was also great and everyone was super friendly and attentive. Only thing to note is the service charge. Not an issue that it exists, but it wasn't super clear before paying.
