I highly recommend people to get donuts and coffee from Frappe Joe's rather than Dunkin or Starbucks down the road. First of all, the baked goods are made fresh daily at Joe's rather than shipped in from a factory. You can taste the difference. Second, I've had way more positive customer service experiences at Joe's than the other two places combined. Third, they also have salads, wraps, and pitas. Try the falafel. When I ordered it, I got it in a wrap with greens, cucumbers, and tahini. I thought it great. The falafel had good spices and a crispy outside. It looked small, but I found it to be very filling. And it wasn't sloppy. I hate when you're eating a wrap and it disintegrates through your fingers. This held up well, even when I started eating it 15 mins later, so whoever crafted it knew what they were doing. I also think the price was good for what I got in return. The coffee is still great too. I wish more people would consider the quality and care that small businesses put into everything they do in order to compete with the corporate coffee shops. If they did, they'd realize how much better it all is at Frappe Joe's. And don't forget to tip, folks, since the customer service deserves it.

They suggested the Hot Maple Syrup Latte, which was a seasonal item. I had never even tried maple syrup before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I ended up loving it! The flavor was subtle and perfectly balanced -- not too sweet and not too bland. I really hope they consider adding this one to the regular menu because I would definitely order it again. The cafe itself is small and cozy, and they have a separate meeting room where you can close the door and sit together. That was a big plus for us and makes it a great spot for a work or business meeting. Overall, we had a really nice first experience. Friendly service, a great latte, and a comfortable space to sit and have a meeting. We'll definitely be back!

Service: I was warmly welcomed by the only employee working at the time (I'll update this review with his name later). Even while managing the café solo, he took the time to answer my questions, offer recommendations, and made me feel genuinely welcome. What I Ordered: I had the salmon toast, and it was excellent. The bread was perfectly toasted with just the right crunch while still staying soft inside. The sauce pulled everything together, and I appreciated him mentioning he was still refining the recipe--it's already one I'd order again. I also tried the Biscoff cookie, which was incredibly soft and packed with Biscoff pieces in every bite. The Detail Most People Miss: Even the restroom reflected the care put into the café. The tasteful wallpaper and quality tissues were small details that made the experience feel intentional. Worth It? Absolutely. Between the welcoming service, quality food, organic options, and relaxing atmosphere, this is the kind of neighborhood café I'll gladly return to. Rozzay Rating:
