It's located in a strip mall with tons of parking spots. The barista was friendly and quickly took my order, but since he was working alone, it took quite a while to get my drink and bites. I wasn't in a rush, so I didn't mind waiting. We were also entertained by some outside salon drama between two ladies. Hopefully they were able to work things out. As a Matcha aficionado, I wanted to try their honey pistachio Matcha. I also ordered some mozzarella sticks and a Cortado for my husband. My drink was a tad too sweet (too much pistachio syrup), but I still liked it. Mozzarella sticks were fine. I paid about $21 for everything including tip. I like the be kind messages on the cups and the black aesthetic was pretty cool. I wouldn't mind returning to this coffee shop as it was a pleasant drive from my house. They're open every day from 10AM to 9 PM. The café has a good amount of seating and tables. The decor is modern, open, airy, and zen. They have two kiosks where you can self order to save time, especially if it's busy. They serve different levels of matcha gelato, matcha affogato, tarts, and Basque cheesecakes. Their black sesame basque cheesecake is my favorite! I have to try their gelato for my next visit. They have various Matcha drinks on the menu, espresso, and Hojicha which has less caffeine than matcha and coffee. I've been here twice and the first time I had their Biscoff cookie Hojicha latte with pistachio milk. It was so delicious! Definitely sweet, but I so I will ask for just one pump of the syrup next time. I think Hojicha pairs better with the Biscoff cookie instead of Matcha. I ordered my husband, an espresso, Matcha latte, but it was definitely way too much caffeine for him. On my most recent visit, I ordered the banana pudding Matcha latte with oat milk. I also upgraded to a premium Matcha, but sadly, I can't remember the name of it! It was really delicious, but a bit too sweet for me. It can be tricky to find the perfect balance of sweetness and umami, but as long as I can taste the Matcha, and the drink is good, I'm happy. The cheesecake is a lovely treat. Thick, but soft, not too sweet. Yum! Unfortunately, they no longer allow reusable cups. Even Starbucks and Dunkin offer a discount and allow personal cups. There's too much waste created by plastic that could easily be avoided. But I digress. I will happily return as this location is close to me and I'm looking forward to trying some of their other seasonal drink drinks. If you're new to Matcha, you should definitely try one of their syrup drinks, or a classic matcha latte.

It's tucked away in the Hamilton Commons area on Hamilton Blvd, and the space is actually super inviting with plenty of cozy seating Their menu has a great mix of craft roasts and equipped for pour overs, espresso-based drinks and more which caters to everyone. We kept it simple for the first visit with an Iced Americano, a Latte, and a Croissant that was perfectly buttery and flaky. The real kicker, though, was their special "soul" cup--it's got this really cool, distinct look. They have their own roasting machine and will definitely go again to try more of their expertly roasted single origin beans!
