I took the suggestion from the menu and added simple syrup to the jasmine matcha and it made it very slightly sweet (if you're into a less sweet option this would be a good one for you). The cookie flavor was fine and not too sweet. I'm not following a gluten free or vegan diet so I probably won't order it again. It was a little dry for my taste as a lot of those kinds of baked goods tend to be. I think it's worth a try and I would suggest it if you're in the area. We kept it simple for the first visit with an Iced Americano, a Latte, and a Croissant that was perfectly buttery and flaky. The real kicker, though, was their special "soul" cup--it's got this really cool, distinct look. They have their own roasting machine and will definitely go again to try more of their expertly roasted single origin beans!
